This work reports a two-step synthetic strategy to obtain a series of 6-methylenesubstituted-4-trichloromethyl-2-methylsulfanylpyrimidines from the cyclization of 5-bromo-4-methoxy-1,1,1-trichloro-pent-3-en-2-ones with 2-methyl-2-pseudothiourea sulfate, followed by nucleophilic substitution of 6-bromomethyl-4-trichloromethyl-2-methylsulfanylpyrimidine with a series of nucleophiles. A highly enantioselective catalytic asymmetric synthesis of 2H-1-benzothiopyrans is presented. The organocatalytic asymmetric domino reactions between 2-mercaptobenzaldehyde and α,β-unsaturated aldehydes proceed with excellent chemo- and enantioselectivities to give the corresponding pharmaceutically valuable benzothiopyrans in high yields with 91-98% ee. 相似文献

This work deals with the determination of fluorine by solid sampling graphite furnace molecular absorption spectrometry. The molecular absorbance of aluminum monofluoride (AlF), which is produced in the vapor phase in the presence of Al3+, is measured at 227.5 nm, a non-resonant platinum line. A conventional graphite furnace program has been used with pyrolysis and vaporization temperatures of 800 and 2300 °C, respectively. Solutions of Ba2+ and Al3+ have been used to avoid fluorine losses during the pyrolysis stage and to produce AlF in the vaporization stage, respectively. Certified coal and alumina samples were analyzed using aqueous standards for calibration. The agreement between the found concentration and the certified value, or the value obtained by another method ranged from 92 to 105%, with a relative standard deviation less than 8.5%. The limit of detection and the characteristic mass was 0.17 μg g− 1 and 205 pg, respectively. 相似文献

An alternative device for the direct solid analysis (DSA) for copper determination by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) is proposed. Copper was directly determined in commercial medicinal plants used as dietary supplements. The determination of copper in solid samples by DSA–FAAS was made by using a conventional air–acetylene flame. Between 0.05 and 1.5 mg of each test, sample was weighed directly into a small polyethylene vial connected to the device used for solid introduction into the flame. Test samples were introduced into the flame as a dry aerosol using a T-quartz cell set between the burner and the optical path. The T-quartz cell has a slit in the superior part by which the solid aerosol passes to the flame. A transient signal, evaluated as integrated absorbance, is produced and it is totally integrated in 2 s. Background signals always presented absorbance values less than 0.1. It was found a characteristic mass of 0.8 ng Cu and absolute limit of detection of 1.2 ng (3 s), or 1.2 μg g−1 if a sample mass of 1 mg was used. Optimized conditions for air flow rate, flame stoichiometry, and so on were established as well. No excessive grinding of the samples was needed and samples with particle of size less than 80 μm were used throughout. No statistical difference between the results from the proposed system and those obtained by sample digestion and determination by conventional FAAS was observed. With the proposed procedure, more than 50 test samples can be analyzed in 1 h and it can be easily adapted to conventional spectrometers for FAAS. 相似文献

Treatment of ethyl 2-(pyridin-2-ylsulfonyl)hexanoate with tributylstannane and azobis(2-methyl-2-propanitrile) (AIBN) in benzene at reflux for 36 h resulted in hydrogenolysis to give ethyl hexanoate (60%), whereas no reaction was observed after 48 h at reflux with ethyl 2-(phenylsulfonyl)hexanoate. Ethyl 2-(pyrimidin-2-ylsulfonyl)hexanoate underwent quantitative hydrogenolysis within 1 h under these conditions. This represents a mild new methodology for removal of the synthetically useful sulfone moiety. Substitution of Bu(3)SnD for Bu(3)SnH gave access to alpha-deuterium-labeled esters. Treatment of the alpha-(pyrimidin-2-ylsulfonyl) enolates derived from several esters with Selectfluor gave high yields of the 2-fluoro-2-(pyrimidin-2-ylsulfonyl)alkanoates, which were smoothly desulfonylated [Bu(3)SnH (2 equiv)/AIBN/benzene/Delta] to give 2-fluoroalkanoates. "Catalytic" tin hydride, generated from tribuytltin chloride (0.15 equiv) and excess polymethylhydrosiloxane in the presence of potassium fluoride, also effected removal of the pi-deficient alpha-(pyrimidin-2-ylsulfonyl) moiety from acid derivatives in high yields. Steam distillation (SD) extraction-solid-phase microextraction coupled to GC-MS was developed for the determination of terpenes and Bligh-Dyer extraction-derivatization coupled with GC for the determination of fatty acids such as ethyl esters were used. It was found that the three different Agave species have the same profile of fatty acids; the quantity of these compounds is different in each Agave variety. Silica may dissolve up to about 0.05 wt% in an iron excess NiZnCo spinel matrix, affecting noticeably the magnetic properties at low and high values of the applied field. The initial permeability is reduced by about 50% with the addition of only 0.1 % SiO2, while the coercivity almost triples, without noticeable changes in porosity or grain distribution. The vacancy and Fe2+ content of the sintered material also show a considerable change. The energy associated to the transformation Fe3+ Fe2+ for the samples without SiO2 was found to be 0.41–0.42 eV, while for the samples with SiO2 additions it decreased to 0.26 eV. The changes in magnetic properties are thought to be caused, more than because of the mentioned changes in ion distribution, by the stresses and defects created in the lattice due to the very small size of the Si4+ ion, which substitutes Fe3+ ions in tetrahedral sites. The preparation and X-ray crystal structures of (CyNC)Au(I)CN, (n-BuNC)Au(I)CN, and (i-PrNC)Au(I)CN.0.5CH(2)Cl(2) are reported and compared with those of (MeNC)Au(I)CN and (t-BuNC)Au(I)CN, which were previously described. These linear molecules are all organized through aurophilic interactions into three structural classes: simple chains ((CyNC)Au(I)CN and (t-BuNC)Au(I)CN), side-by-side chains in which two strands make Au...Au contact with each other ((n-BuNC)Au(I)CN), and nets in which multiple aurophilic interactions produce layers of gold(I) centers ((i-PrNC)Au(I)CN and (MeNC)Au(I)CN). All of these five solids dissolve to produce colorless, nonluminescent solutions with similar UV/vis spectra. However, each of the solids displays a unique luminescence with emission maxima occurring in the range 371-430 nm. 相似文献
