Pentacyclic isoxazolines were obtained by the cycloaddition of benzonitrile oxide to norbornene-azetidinone-fused 3,1-oxazines. The constitutions of two of the isomers obtained, and the configurations and conformations of all products, were determined by means of 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy and DNOE experiments.  相似文献

The spectrophotometric study of luminol (LH2) in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), DMSO-water solutions, and alkaline DMSO and DMSO-water solutions has been done, focusing on the effect of the KOH additon on LH2 absorption and fluorescence properties. The absorption spectra indicate an acid-base equilibrium, and the luminol dianion (L2–) formation at 3 × 10–4 – 2.4 × 10–3 M KOH. The decrease of the fluorescence intensity and the variation of the excitation spectra of LH2-DMSO-KOH solutions with KOH concentration have been similarly explained. The acid-base process is reversible. The addition of HCl to the solution with 3.0 × 10–3 M KOH leads to an increase of the fluorescence intensity to its highest value, observed in pure DMSO. The addition of HCl to the LH2-DMSO solution leads to the decrease of the fluorescence intensity as a result of the LH+ 3 cation formation. In LH2-DMSO-water, the fluorescence band is shifted from 405 nm to 424 nm and increased in the intensity. In the presence of KOH (in LH2-DMSO-water-KOH solution) a new band appears, with the maximum at 485 nm and the band at 405 nm decreased. The changes in fluorescence lifetimes also evidence the different chemical species formed.  相似文献

Summary. We introduce linear semi-implicit complementary volume numerical scheme for solving level set like nonlinear degenerate diffusion equations arising in image processing and curve evolution problems. We study discretization of image selective smoothing equation of mean curvature flow type given by Alvarez, Lions and Morel ([3]). Solution of the level set equation of Osher and Sethian ([26], \[30]) is also included in the study. We prove and estimates for the proposed scheme and give existence of its (generalized) solution in every discrete time-scale step. Efficiency of the scheme is given by its linearity and stability. Preconditioned iterative solvers are used for computing arising linear systems. We present computational results related to image processing and plane curve evolution. Gas-chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry was used to investigate the hydrolysis and condensation of tetra-ethoxysilane (TEOS) in nonparental solvents (MeOH and nPrOH). In the presence of nonparental solvents, the reaction that advanced at highest rate is alkoxy group scrambling, that changes the precursor at the molecular level. Subsequent stages of hydrolysis-polycondensation process are essentially determined by the reactivity of the new molecular species formed.  相似文献

A method for the determination of 2-furaldehyde (F) and 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furaldehyde (HMF) in alcoholic beverages by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is described. A C-18 column and an acetonitrile-water mobile phase with isocratic elution were used. UV detection at 280 nm was carried out. The method was validated according to the EURACHEM guidelines. The procedure offers a high specificity and detection limits of the order of 0.005 μg mL− 1. Recoveries of 94-103% were obtained from spiked samples at different levels with both analytes. Intermediate precision calculated for a period of 2 months was + 0.8% for HMF and + 0.4% for F. The method was applied to the analysis of alcoholic beverages like bourbon, rum, brandy, liquors and aperitif wines.  相似文献

Cycloaddition of fulminic acid to 1-butyn-3-ol gave a mixture of 5-α-hydroxyethylisoxazole (I) and 4-α-hydroxyethylisoxazole (II) in the ratio 9:1. By the dehydration of 1, 5-vinylisoxazole (III) was obtained. Compound III has also been prepared by cyclization of 4-penten-2-ynal as well as its diethylacetal with hydroxylamine hydrochloride; in both instances no isomers have been obtained. Compound III spontaneously polymerizes even at room temperature yielding a polymer still containing isoxazole rings.  相似文献
