Seven novel steroid glycosides, acanthifoliosides A-F (1-6), and the methyl ester of 6 (7), were isolated from the marine sponge Pandaros acanthifolium as minor components. Acanthifoliosides are characterized by a rare C-15 and C-16 oxidized D ring, which was previously found in saponins produced by starfishes. Very uncommon is the presence of additional sugar residues at C-15 or C-16. Their structures were determined on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analyses, including two-dimensional NMR and HRESIMS data. The absolute configurations of the aglycones were assigned by comparison between experimental and TDDFT calculated CD spectra of 1, whereas the absolute configurations of the monosaccharide units were determined by chiral GC analyses of the acid methanolysates. Some of the acanthifoliosides exhibit moderate antiprotozoal activity but to a lesser extent than the most potent pandarosides.  相似文献

A new cembranolide, acerolide (1) together with the known compound pseudopterolide (2) were isolated from the 2-propanol extract of the soft coral Pseudopterogorgia acerosa. The structure of 1 was determined on the basis of detailed spectroscopic analysis. Compound 1 showed moderate in vitro cytotoxicity against a panel of 14 tumor cell lines.  相似文献

Three new spiculoic acids 1-3 and two members of a new closely related family of natural products named zyggomphic acids 4 and 5 were isolated from the very little studied marine sponge Plakortis zyggompha. Both families of compounds share a unique trans-hydrindan-2-one skeleton with six stereogenic centers. A total of 15 new metabolites were isolated from this sponge, all are of polyketide origin. The structures were elucidated using LC-MS, 1D, and 2D NMR methods. The absolute stereochemistry was determined by circular dichroism. The large number of close bioactive analogues allowed us to propose preliminary structure-activity relationships as antitumoral and antimycobaterial agents.  相似文献

The thermal stability of nanocrystalline 3R-CuCrO2 obtaining by hydrothermal method was investigated by annealing treatment, XRD, FT-IR, XPS and TG. The three temperature domains corresponding to thermal stability of 3R-CuCrO2 nanocrystals (25–400 °C), destabilization of nanocrystalline 3R-CuCrO2 phase (400–800 °C) and recrystallization of 3R-CuCrO2 in microcrystalline state over 800 °C, were determined by the specific hydrothermal synthesis conditions. This study has indicated that nanocrystals with delafossite structure synthesized by hydrothermal method exhibit nanocrystalline state up to a reasonably high temperature, about 390 °C, which could be interesting for technical applications and the classical theory of the grain growth.  相似文献

The electrical photoconductivity and conductivity at (and near) the surface of a TiO(2) single crystal (rutile) was studied in a range of temperatures between 300 and 573 K and under different ambient gases (oxygen and nitrogen) by means of impedance spectroscopy. The long times required (many hours) to reach steady state photoconductivity can be explained by the reduction of the material upon illumination. At about 475 K a maximum is observed in the equilibrium photoconductivity and a minimum in the rate constants of the rise and decay after switching on and off, respectively, the light. After switching off the light a fast decay takes place during the first milliseconds followed by a slow exponential decay. The first one is related to recombination through defects, while the latter is due to re-oxidation processes of the material. The results are correlated with measurements of photocatalytic activity.  相似文献

The new plakortide Q (1) has been isolated from the little studied marine sponge Plakortis zyggompha, together with the six new cyclic peroxide analogues 2-7 in their methyl ester forms 2a-7a. Their structure was fully elucidated through NMR and MS analyses and the relative stereochemistry of the 1,2-dioxane ring was established after interpretation of the coupling constant values and the NOESY data. The carboxylic acid function of these compounds was proved to be very reactive and methylation was found to take place during the purification process. The non-esterified peroxides exhibited more cytotoxic activity against human tumor cell lines than their corresponding methyl esters.  相似文献

The cubic spinel oxides Li(1+x)Ti(2-x)O(4) (0 < or =x< or = 1/3) are promising anode materials for lithium-ion rechargeable batteries. The end member of the Li-Ti-O series, Li(4)Ti(5)O(12), can accommodate Li ions up to the composition Li(7)Ti(5)O(12). Whereas a number of studies focus on the electrochemical behaviour of Li insertion into and Li diffusion in the Li intercalated material, only few investigations about low-temperature Li dynamics in the non-intercalated host material Li(4)Ti(5)O(12) have been reported so far. In the present paper, Li diffusion in pure-phase microcrystalline Li(4)Ti(5)O(12) with an average particle size in the microm range was probed by (7)Li solid state NMR spectroscopy using spin-alignment echo (SAE) and spin-lattice relaxation (SLR) measurements. Between T = 295 K and 400 K extremely slow Li jump rates tau(-1) ranging from 1 s(-1) to about 2200 s(-1) were directly measured by recording the decay of spin-alignment echoes as a function of mixing time and constant evolution time. The results point out the slow Li diffusion in non-intercalated Li(4)Ti(5)O(12) x tau(-1) (1/T) follows Arrhenius behaviour with an activation energy E(ASAE) of about 0.86 eV. Interestingly, E(ASAE) is comparable to activation energies deduced from conductivity measurements (0.94(1) eV) and from SLR measurements in the rotating frame (0.74(2) eV) rather than from those performed in the laboratory frame, E(A)(low-T) = 0.26(1) eV at low T.  相似文献

The sponge Cacospongia scalaris (family Thorectidae), collected at the Cap de Nice (Cǒte d'Azur), is shown to contain a series of truncated, linear C21 difuran terpenoids comprising the known sponge products furospongin-1 ((+)- 1 ), furospongin-2 ( 2 ), and dihydrofurospongin-2 ((?)-(E)- 3 ), besides the new products cacospongione A ((?)- 4 ), cacospongienone A ((?)-(Z)- 6 ), and cacospongienone B ((?)-(E)- 6 ), whose absolute configurations have been assigned by chemical correlations with (+)- 1 . Possibly, one of the two cacospongienones is an artifact, as these two terpenoids interconvert on standing. This is the first finding of linear C21 difuran terpenoids, which are typical of the Spongiidae, in a member of the family Thorectidae.  相似文献
