Design and solid phase synthesis of the 1,3,4-oxadiazole based peptidomimetic library is presented. Library synthesis starts from the coupling of the thiosemicarbazide resin with Fmoc-protected amino acid following desulfurative cyclization to 1,3,4-oxadiazoles. Following substitution of the secondary amine with the 3-nitrobenzoyl functional group and its further reduction were performed. Thus, the functionalization with amino acids could be performed on both sides of the core skeleton. After diversification and cleavage from the resin using TFA: DCM cleavage cocktail, an enantiopure library of compounds was obtained. Further evaluation of physicochemical properties was performed. 相似文献

Conductometry is used to investigate the electric conductivity of Cu(NO3)2 ? 3Н2О solutions in dimethyl sulfoxide in the 0.01–2.82 M range of concentrations and at temperatures of 288–318 K. The limiting molar conductivity of the electrolyte and the mobility of Cu2+ and NO3- ions, the effective coefficients of diffusion of copper(II) ions and nitrate ions, and the degree and constant of electrolytic dissociation are calculated for different temperatures from the experimental results. It is established that solutions containing 0.1–0.6 M copper nitrate trihydrate in DMSO having low viscosity and high electrical conductivity can be used in electrochemical deposition. 相似文献

We study the g-essence model with Yukawa interactions between a scalar field φ and a Dirac field ψ. For the homogeneous, isotropic and flat Friedmann–Robertson–Walker universe filled with the such g-essence, the exact solution
of the model is found. Moreover, we reconstruct the corresponding scalar and fermionic potentials which describe the coupled
dynamics of the scalar and fermionic fields. It is shown that some particular g-essence models with Yukawa interactions correspond
to the usual and generalized Chaplygin gas unified models of dark energy and dark matter. Also we present some scalar–fermionic
Dirac–Born–Infeld models corresponding g-essence models with Yukawa interactions which again describe the unified dark energy–dark

The Callan–Giddings–Harvey–Strominger black hole has a spectrum and temperature that correspond to an accelerated reflecting boundary condition in flat spacetime. The beta coefficients are identical to a moving mirror model, where the acceleration is exponential in laboratory time. The center of the black hole is modeled by the perfectly reflecting regularity condition that red-shifts the field modes, which is the source of the particle creation. In addition to computing the energy flux, we find the corresponding moving mirror parameter associated with the black hole mass and the cosmological constant in the gravitational analog system. Generalized to any mirror trajectory, we derive the self-force (Lorentz–Abraham–Dirac), consistently, expressing it and the Larmor power in connection with entanglement entropy, inviting an interpretation of acceleration radiation in terms of information flow. The mirror self-force and radiative power are applied to the particular CGHS black hole analog moving mirror, which reveals the physics of information at the horizon during asymptotic approach to thermal equilibrium. 相似文献
