切割磁铁作为同步加速器注入引出的关键部件之一,对磁场及切割板结构都有严格的要求。介绍了兰州重离子治癌装置(HIMM)同步加速器切割磁铁的设计情况,基于磁场优化软件OPERA,对切割磁铁磁场均匀度及杂散场的分布进行了详细的分析。根据磁场要求优化结构设计,完成了磁铁的加工。磁场测量结果分析显示,有效场区范围内磁场均匀度优于设计结果。同时通过对磁铁端部屏蔽处理,在环内侧管道处杂散磁场降到2mT以内,满足物理设计要求。  相似文献

兰州重离子加速器冷却储存环(HIRFL CSR)由一个主环(CSRm)和实验环(CSRe)构成.两个储存环的束流注入与引出都需要借助于切割磁铁的导向来完成.介绍了CSR的切割磁铁的物理设计和二维场计算. In order to satisfy the requirement of beam injection and extraction of CSR, four magnetic septums will be used in the accelerator. In the design, the shape of the lamination is optimized by 2-D magnetic field calculation.  介绍了兰州重力加速器冷却储存环实验环二极磁铁积分长线圈测磁装置的构成,描述了实验环二极铁的分散性测量、横向分布测量、传递函数等测量内容及测量方法。实验环二极铁采用不断地加减硅钢铁片垫补和加调整线圈电流的方法来调整二极磁铁的有效长度来改变分散性。通过垫补和测量,二极磁铁的分散性在优化磁场时达到±2×10-4。同时给出了二极铁的横向分布和传递函数的测量结果。对二极铁的设计和加工进行了修正。  相似文献

介绍了FAIR项目Super-FRS超导二极磁铁样机的基于FPGA的失超探测系统。该失超探测系统采用平衡桥路法, 并通过两组独立桥路以消除失超探测死区。 通过NI PXI 7830R FPGA模块实现平滑滤波和失超判断算法,并给出失超触发信号。失超数据采集模块采用预采样技术, 将失超前后一段时间内的数据采集下来,以便进行后续分析。 通过测试,失超探测模块准确检测到了失超的发生, 并触发失超保护电路和失超数据采集模块工作,有效地保护了超导二极磁铁。 : The quench detection system for Super FRS super ferric dipole prototype magnet of FAIR has been designed and built. The balance bridge was used to detect quench signal. In order to avoid blind zone of quench detection, two independent bridges were used. NI PXI 7830R FPGA was used to implement filter to quench signal and algorithm of quench decision and to produce quench trigger signal. Pre sample technique was used in quench data acquisition. The data before and after quench could be recorded for analysis later. The test result indicated that the quench of the dipole’s superconducting coil could be reliably detected by the quench detection module.  相似文献

介绍了加速器驱动次临界系统(ADS)注入器Ⅱ束流聚焦单元超导螺线管的初步测试。 该测试在高度1 600 mm、 直径510 mm的垂直杜瓦中, 利用型号为cryogenic sms的超导电源对磁体进行了励磁, 并利用霍尔探头测试了其轴向磁场分布情况和漏场情况, 其中心磁场励磁后可达8.20 T, 漏场分布和计算值的相对误差小于10%。 同时, 对励磁过程中骨架的应力应变状态做了测试。 对测试结果的分析表明, 骨架结构设计合理, 应变状态变化平稳, 磁体低温稳定性能良好。The preliminary test of the superconducting solenoid for ADS injectorⅡhas been carried out in order to measure its performances. A vertical dewar with height 1 600 mm and outer diameter 510 mm was employed for this test. The magnet was energized by a cryogenic sms superconducting magnet current source. The axial magnetic distribution and leakage field were also tested through hall probes. The center field can be excited up to 8.20 T and the relative diviation between the measured value and the calculated value of the stray and leakage field is less than 10%. The measurements of the strain and stress status of the magnet skeleton show that the distortion is small and the mechanical performance is robust.  相似文献

The C-type dipole prototypes in the injection beam line from a Separate Sector Cyclotron (SSC) to Cooling Storage Ring (CSR) are selected as R & D for CSR magnets fabrication, because they have large bending angle and small radius, and are very difficult to stack and fabricate. A method to obtain good field homogeneity has been attempted in the C-type dipole prototype. This method is not the enlarged dipole pole but two imbedded conductors and two small power supplies. 介绍了兰州重离子冷却储存环主环(CSRm)的改进W型二极磁铁和实验环(CSRe)C型二极磁铁的磁场计算和物理设计,在降低了磁铁造价和运行费用的前提下设计参数达到或超过了物理要求.根据样机的加工和检测结果来看,所有的磁场计算和物理设计的结果是可靠的.Magnetic field calculation and design of CSRm modified W-type dipoles and of CSRe C-type dipoles are presented in this paper. Under the condition of lower cost, all of the designed parameters are better than required values. Now the prototype has been fabricated and also the magnetic field measurement has been done. 本文着重论述了中国科学院近代物理研究所目前正在研制的三大磁体工程,它们包括重离子治癌工程(HIMM),强流重离子加速器(HIAF)工程,以及加速器驱动次临界系统(ADS)。在HIMM工程中的常规磁体建设中,着重介绍了联合运用钝化槽与活极头两项技术改善磁场品质的设计方法,并且运用Opera-3D设计软件,对该类高场常规磁体进行了数值分析,进一步地测量了该磁体磁场分布情况,相关的测量结果与数值模拟结果吻合良好。而对于正在处于预研阶段的HIAF工程中的快脉冲超导二极磁体,讨论了超导磁体的前期设计与结构优化技术,包括CACC超导线缆的结构设计,80 K冷屏与线圈盒结构的优化,力-磁耦合结构计算方法等。而在嬗变核废料处理的C-ADS注入器II中,核心部件是具有高磁场(高达7~8 T)的多层复合超导螺线管磁体结构,介绍了其在励磁和失超过程中相关磁学和力学多场实验测试工作。这些相关的设计和测量技术将为中国科学院近代物理研究所自主研制的磁体工程的物理和结构设计提供方法和指导。  相似文献

The 400 MeV/u 12C6+ ion beam was successfully cooled by the intensive electron beam near 1 A in CSRe.The momentum cooling time was estimated near 15 s.The cooling force was measured in the cases of difierent electron beam profiles,and the difierent angles between the ion beam and electron beam.The lifetime of the ion beam in CSRe was over 80 h.The dispersion in the cooling section was confirmed as positive close to zero.The beam sizes before cooling and after cooling were measured by the moving screen.The beam diameter after cooling was about 1 mm.The bunch length was measured with the help of the signals from the beam position monitor.The difiusion was studied in the absence of the electron beam.  相似文献
