光谱分析和延迟荧光检测研究外源水杨酸对拟南芥光合作用的影响 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
外源水杨酸在影响植物活性氧代谢以及光合作用等方面起着重要作用.该文以野生型拟南芥和胁迫条件下内源水杨酸含量较高的cpr5突变体和内源水杨酸含量较低的eds-4突变体为材料,采用光谱分析和延迟荧光检测分析手段,研究了不同浓度的外源水杨酸对三种拟南芥离体叶片光合能力的影响,实验发现100和300 μmol·L-1较低浓度的外源水杨酸对野生型拟南芥离体叶片,eds-4叶片的光合作用都有一定的促进作用,而对cpr5叶片的光合会产生抑制,形成一种胁迫.500μmol·L-1较高浓度的外源水杨酸对三种拟南芥离体叶片均形成了一种胁迫,进而阻抑和降低了叶片的光合效能.DCF(dichloro fluorescein)标记活性氧检测了外源水杨酸作用下叶片活性氧产生量的变化,发现在500μmol·L-1外源水杨酸作用下60min内叶片组织中活性氧产生了明显的积累. 相似文献

This paper finds the approximate analytical scattering state
solutions of the arbitrary l-wave Schr?dinger equation for the
generalized Hulthén potential by taking an improved new
approximate scheme for the centrifugal term. The normalized
analytical radial wave functions of the l-wave Schr?dinger
equation for the generalized Hulthén potential are presented and
the corresponding calculation formula of phase shifts is derived.
Some useful figures are plotted to show the improved accuracy of the
obtained results and two special cases for the standard Hulthén
potential and Woods--Saxon potential are also studied briefly. 相似文献

Using a proper approximation scheme to the centrifugal term, we study any l-wave continuum states of the Schrdinger equation for the modified Morse potential. The normalised analytical radial wave functions are presented, and a corresponding calculation formula of phase shifts is derived. It is shown that the energy levels of the continuum states reduce to those of the bound states at the poles of the scattering amplitude. Some numerical results are calculated to show the accuracy of our results. 相似文献

By applying a Pekeris-type approximation to the centrifugal term, we study the spin symmetry of a Dirac nucleon subjected to scalar and vector modified Rosen-Morse potentials. A complicated energy equation and associated two-component spinors with arbitrary spin-orbit coupling quantum number k are presented. The positive-energy bound states are checked numerically in the case of spin symmetry. The relativistic modified Rosen-Morse potential cannot trap a Dirac nucleon in the limiting case α→ 0. 相似文献

Employing the Pekeris-type approximation to deal with the pseudo-centrifugal term, we analytically study the pseudospin symmetry of a Dirac nucleon subjected to equal scalar and vector modified Rosen-Morse potential including the spin-orbit coupling term by using the Nikiforov-Uvarov method and supersymmetric quantum mechanics approach. The complex eigenvalue equation and the total normalized wave functions expressed in terms of Jacobi polynomial with arbitrary spin-orbit coupling quantum number k are presented under the condition of pseudospin symmetry. The eigenvalue equations for both methods reproduce the same result to affirm the mathematical accuracy of analytical calculations. The numerical solutions obtained for different adjustable parameters produce degeneracies for some quantum number. 相似文献
