A new sol-foam-gel method was developed to fabricate La-doped BiFeO3 muttiferroic materials. It was demonstrated that a gradual increase in the content of La-doped into BiFeO3 results in its structure changing from rhombohedral to orthorhombic. A study of other property changes indicates that La-doping in BiFeO3 enhances its ferromagnetism and ferroelectricity. A temperature-dependent magnetization study suggests that the magnetic property of La-doped BiFeO3 samples varied from antiferromagnetic to ferromagnetic as the content of La-doped into BiFeO3 increased from 0 to 20%. Unique temperature-dependent zero field cooling (ZFC) and field cooling (FC) magnetization behaviors were observed in 15% La-doped BiFeO3 -- its ZFC temperature-dependent magnetization being ferromagnetic and its FC temperature- dependent magnetization being antiferromagnetic. A possible mechanism of such an interesting M-T behavior is discussed. 相似文献

Research on exchange-spring magnets has focused on the microstructures of the materials.However,research has seldom been concerned with the effect of magnetic properties of soft magnetic phase on the energy product of an exchangespring magnet.In this paper,a simple one-dimensional numerical simulation is used to investigate this effect in a Nd2Fe14Bbased exchange-spring magnet.The results reveal that the larger the anisotropy constant,the stronger the exchange coupling,and the higher the magnetization of the soft magnetic4 phase,the larger the energy product of an exchange-spring magnet.This provides evidence for choosing a soft magnetic phase in an exchange-spring magnet. 相似文献

The interaction and its variation between magnetic grains
in two kinds of magnetic recording tapes are investigated by
first-order reversal curves (FORC) and the $\delta M$ method. The
composition and microstructure of the samples are characterised by
x-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope. The FORC diagram
can provide more accurate information of the interaction and its
variation, but the $\delta M$ curves cannot. The positive
interaction field and the large variation of the interaction field

本文就纳米复合永磁材料中软磁相被交换硬化问题,从一维模型和三维模拟计算进行了分析研究. 一维和三维各向异性样品研究表明,在相同微结构下,当硬磁相的各向异性降低时,除矫顽力降低外,在磁矩全部反转之前退磁曲线是一样的. 因此,硬磁相各向异性的降低不会导致最大磁能积(BH)max增大和剩磁增加. 对于三维各向同性样品的模拟计算表明,降低硬磁相的各向异性会使剩磁和(BH)max都明显降低. 因此,增强硬磁相的各向异性并增大硬磁相晶粒尺寸是提高

Magnetic properties of soft layer/FePt--MgO exchange coupled composite perpendicular recording media 下载免费PDF全文
The magnetic properties of exchange coupled composite (ECC) media that are composed of perpendicular magnetic recording media FePt MgO and two kinds of soft layers have been studied by using an x-ray diffractometer, a polar Kerr magneto-optical system (PMOKE) and a vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The results show that ECC media can reduce the coercivities of perpendicular magnetic recording media FePt-MgO. The ECC media with granular-type soft layers have weaker exchange couplings between magnetic grains and the magnetization process, for ECC media of this kind mainly follow the Stoner Wohlfarth model. 相似文献
