控制金属@MOF核壳纳米结构中金属纳米粒子的分布不容易实现。我们应用了合成MOF胶体粒子所用到的配位调制方法来合成Au@ZIF-8核壳纳米结构。通过使用过量的2-甲基咪唑和不同用量的1-甲基咪唑可获得不同的Au@ZIF-8。该合成方法可在ZIF-8纳米晶体中灵活调整Au纳米粒子(Au NPs)的分布。此外,我们分别研究了2种不同尺寸的荧光分子与Au@ZIF-8结合后的光致发光光谱和寿命。ZIF-8的孔径可以决定这2种分子是否可通过多孔壳结构接近Au NPs。分子光学特性对Au NPs近场的发光增强和荧光猝灭的竞争非常敏感。 相似文献

将二次阳极氧化法应用于硅基铝膜的制备, 在草酸溶液中得到了厚度可控的硅基超薄多孔氧化铝膜(PAM), 厚度小于100 nm. 实验中记录了氧化电流随时间的实时变化曲线, 发现硅衬底的氧化电流在大幅下降前有一小幅波动. 对应于Al/Si界面的氧化过程中, 孔洞底部之间的残留铝岛被优先氧化, 可将此作为终止铝氧化的标志. 扫描电镜(SEM)观察表明, 二次氧化提高了孔洞分布的均匀性, 使得孔在一定的区域内呈现有序六角分布.这种模板可进一步用于硅基纳米器件和纳米结构的制备. 相似文献

采用直流磁控溅射的方法在氧化镁(100)单晶基板上生长了一系列c轴垂直取向的FePt薄膜,通过改变沉积时的基板温度,薄膜从Fe,Pt原子无序排列的面心立方结构逐渐变化到有序排列的L10相面心四方结构.在此基础上,系统研究了FePt薄膜的化学有序度对磁和磁光性能的影响.随着有序度的增加,FePt薄膜的磁晶各向异性能,以及沿垂直方向的矫顽力、剩磁比均增加,在基板温度高于530 ℃时制备的薄膜中的磁晶各向异性能超过1 J/cm3.同时,还观察到有序FePt合金薄膜的磁光克尔光谱(克尔转角的大小和极值所对应的跃迁光子能量)随化学有序度的显著变化.

[Fe/Ni]N multilayered structure grows epitaxially on the single crystalline MgO substrate. Due to the different directions of magnetic easy axes of Fe and Ni and the strong strain, large anisotropy dispersion is assumed. According to the layer model, the magnetization of Fe and Ni layers cannot follow each easy axis because of exchange coupling, and then the anisotropies are averaged out. The reduction of the effective anisotropy enhances with the decrease of periodic thickness. Thus, the coercivity of [Fe/Ni]N multilayers reduces with decreasing periodic thickness. 相似文献

The ultrafast spin dynamic of in-plane magnetized Fe/Pt films was investigated by terahertz emission spectroscopy. The amplitude of the emitted terahertz wave is proportional to the intensity of the exciting laser beams.Both the amplitude and polarity of the terahertz wave can be adjusted by modifying the external magnetic field.The dependency of the amplitude on external magnetic fields is coincident to the hysteresis loops of the sample.Also, the polarity of the terahertz wave is reversed, as the magnetization orientation is reversed. The superdiffusive transient spin current with an inverse spin Hall effect is attributed to the main mechanism of the terahertz emission. 相似文献

Thin Mn(2 nm)/Al(2 nm) bilayers serving as buffer layers have been prepared prior to the deposition of MnAl films. The ferromagnetic τ-phase forms in the buffer layers at an optimum substrate temperature. As a template it induces the growth of following MnAl film. Compared with the case of film without buffer layer, the growth of non-ferromagnetic phase is suppressed and the structural and magnetic properties of MnAl film are improved. Weak dipolar inter-grain coupling is revealed in the MnAl film, and the magnetic reversal process is dominated by magnetic moment rotation. 相似文献

A series of Co/Alq3 granular film samples are prepared using co-evaporating technique. The microstructures and magnetic properties are investigated. The Kerr spectra and optical constants of Cox(Alq3)1-x (0.19 ≤ x ≤ 1) granular films are measured using a magneto-optical Kerr spectrometer and a spectroscopic ellipsometer in the 1.5-4.5 eV photon energy range. The Kerr rotation reaches the maximum value of 0.5° in the x = 0.65 sample. The relationship between enhanced Kerr rotation and optical constants is discussed, and the concentration dependence of MOKE spectra is also investigated. 相似文献

The magnetization-induced second harmonic generation (MSHG) in the sputtered and epitaxial-grown Co thin films was studied. The magnetic contrast of the MSHG intensity could be clearly distinguished for the cobalt films prepared by both the methods, but the signal measured in air for sputtered films was not smoother than that for the in-situ measurement of epitaxial films. Compared with the magneto-optical Kerr effect, the MSHG shows some new behaviour indicating that more information could be obtained if these two methods are combined. The MSHG reveals a giant nonlinear Kerr rotation in orders of magnitude larger than its linear one. 相似文献
