为了进一步提高氢化非晶硅薄膜晶体管 (a-Si:H TFT) 的场效应电子迁移率, 研究了批量生产条件下对欧姆接触层和栅极绝缘层进行多层 制备, 不同的工艺参数对a-Si:H TFT场效应电子迁移率的影响. 研究表明随着对欧姆接触层 (n+层) 分层数的增加, 以及低速生长的栅极绝缘层 (GL层) 和高速生长的栅极绝缘层 (GH 层) 厚度比值提高, a-Si:H TFT的场效应迁移率得到提升. 当n+层分层数达到 3层, GL层和GH层厚度比值为4:11 时, 器件的场效应电子迁移率达到0.66 cm2/V·s, 比传统工艺提高了约一倍, 显著改善了a-Si:H TFT 的电学特性, 并在量产线上得到了验证.

In this study, multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were used to encapsulate a model anticancer drug, doxorubicin (Dox). Then, the drug-loaded MWCNTs (Dox/MWCNTs) with an optimized drug encapsulation percentage were mixed with poly(lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) polymer solution for subsequent electrospinning to form drug-loaded composite nanofibrous mats. The structure, morphology, and mechanical properties of the formed electrospun Dox/PLGA, MWCNTs/PLGA, and Dox/MWCNTs/PLGA composite nanofibrous mats were characterized using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and tensile testing. In vitro viability assay and SEM morphology observation of mouse fibroblast cells cultured onto the MWCNTs/PLGA fibrous scaffolds demonstrate that the developed MWCNTs/PLGA composite nanofibers are cytocompatible. The incorporation of Dox-loaded MWCNTs within the PLGA nanofibers is able to improve the mechanical durability and maintain the three-dimensional structure of the nanofibrous mats. More importantly, our results indicate that this double-container drug delivery system (both PLGA polymer and MWCNTs are drug carriers) is beneficial to avoid the burst release of the drug and able to release the antitumor drug Dox in a sustained manner for 42 days. The developed composite electrospun nanofibrous drug delivery system may be used as therapeutic scaffold materials for post-operative local chemotherapy. 相似文献

在现有方法基础上对沉积物中磺胺类、喹诺酮类、大环内脂类和四环素类抗生素的提取、富集、净化以及仪器分析方法进行了优化。以EDTA-Mcllvaine缓冲溶液与乙腈(V:V,1:1)混合液作为提取液,利用超声波细胞破碎仪进行超声提取,串联强阴离子交换柱(SAX)和HLB固相萃取柱进行固相萃取(SPE),通过超高效液相/串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)测定沉积物中抗生素的含量。抗生素基质加标回收率在56.4%~110%,相对标准偏差为1.1%~24.3%,方法检出限0.0055~0.716 ng/g。本方法有效地提高了沉积物中抗生素的提取效率,并应用于实际样品的测定中。 相似文献

Burgers-type equations can describe some phenomena in fluids,plasmas,gas dynamics,traffic,etc.In this paper,an integrable hierarchy covering the lattice Burgers equation is derived from a discrete spectral problem.N-fold Darboux transformation(DT) and conservation laws for the lattice Burgers equation are constructed based on its Lax pair.N-soliton solutions in the form of Vandermonde-like determinant are derived via the resulting DT with symbolic computation,structures of which are shown graphically.Coexistence of the elastic-inelastic interaction among the three solitons is firstly reported for the lattice Burgers equation,even if the similar phenomenon for certern continuous systems is known.Results in this paper might be helpful for understanding some ecological problems describing the evolution of competing species and the propagation of nonlinear waves in fluids. 相似文献
