介绍了加速器驱动次临界系统(ADS)注入器Ⅱ束流聚焦单元超导螺线管的初步测试。 该测试在高度1 600 mm、 直径510 mm的垂直杜瓦中, 利用型号为cryogenic sms的超导电源对磁体进行了励磁, 并利用霍尔探头测试了其轴向磁场分布情况和漏场情况, 其中心磁场励磁后可达8.20 T, 漏场分布和计算值的相对误差小于10%。 同时, 对励磁过程中骨架的应力应变状态做了测试。 对测试结果的分析表明, 骨架结构设计合理, 应变状态变化平稳, 磁体低温稳定性能良好。The preliminary test of the superconducting solenoid for ADS injectorⅡhas been carried out in order to measure its performances. A vertical dewar with height 1 600 mm and outer diameter 510 mm was employed for this test. The magnet was energized by a cryogenic sms superconducting magnet current source. The axial magnetic distribution and leakage field were also tested through hall probes. The center field can be excited up to 8.20 T and the relative diviation between the measured value and the calculated value of the stray and leakage field is less than 10%. The measurements of the strain and stress status of the magnet skeleton show that the distortion is small and the mechanical performance is robust.  相似文献

This paper describes a superconducting magnet system for the China Accelerator Driven System (CADS). The magnetic field is provided by one main, two bucking and four racetrack coils. The main coil produces a central field of up to 7 T and the effective length is more than 140 mm, the two bucking coils can shield most of the fringe field, and the four racetrack superconducting coils produce the steering magnetic field. Its leakage field in the cavity zone is about 5× 10-5 T when the shielding material Niobium and cryogenic permalloy are used as the Meissner shielding and passive shielding respectively. The quench calculations and protection system are also discussed.  相似文献

A superconducting focusing solenoid has been designed and developed for the China Accelerator Driven System (CADS). In order to meet the requirement of focusing strength and fringe field while minimizing the physical size of the solenoid, the novel optimizing design method based on a linear programming method was employed. In this report, the design of the solenoid including magnetic field optimization, mechanical design and quench protection will be introduced. The solenoid has been fabricated and tested. The testing results show that the central field reached 8.4 T and the stray field was lower than 50 Gauss in the cavity zone.  相似文献
