有限长FGM圆筒的热/机应力的解析解

利用微分方程的级数求解方法,分析了两端简支的有限长功能梯度圆筒的轴对称稳态热弹性问题,推导出了稳态温度场与应力场的解析解。分析中采用指数函数模型来描述FGM圆筒中材料性能在厚度方向的连续变化,同时忽略温度对材料性能的影响。另外,论文以金属钼和多铝红柱石制成的功能梯度圆筒为例,给出了稳态温度场和应力场的数值结果。     

Effect of Alumina and Chromium Interlayers on Microstructures and Optical Properties of Thin Ag Films on Glass Substrates

Effects of alumina and chromium interlayers on the microstructure and optical properties of thin Ag films are investigated by using spectrophotometry, x-ray diffraction and AFM. The characteristics of Ag films in Ag/glass, Ag/l2O3/glass and Ag/Cr/glass stacks are analysed. The results indicate that the insertion of an Al2O3 or Cr layer decreases the grains and influences the reflectance of Ag films. The reflectance of the Ag film can be increased by controlling the thickness of alumina interlayer. The stability of Ag films is improved and the adhesion of Ag films on glass substrates is enhanced by alumina as an interlayer.

负离子元素杂质破坏模型

探讨了HfO₂薄膜中负离子元素杂质破坏模型，并得出薄膜中的杂质主要来源于 镀膜材料. 用电子束蒸发方法沉积两种不同Cl元素含量的HfO₂薄膜，测定薄膜 弱吸收和损伤阈值来验证负离子元素破坏模型. 结果表明，随着Cl元素含量的增加薄膜的弱 吸收增加损伤阈值减小. 这主要是因为负离子元素在蒸发过程中形成挥发性的气源中心而产 生缺陷，缺陷在激光辐照过程中又形成吸收中心. 因此负离子元素的存在将加速薄膜的破坏 . 关键词： 负离子元素杂质 缺陷 吸收     

纳米氧化铜的制备及常温脱硫效能研究

采用硝酸铜为原料、氢氧化钠溶液为沉淀剂、使用体积比为1∶1的乙醇-水溶液为分散剂的直接沉淀法制备，通过改变工艺条件得到了三种纳米氧化铜产品，平均粒径分别为25.63，10.74和7.57 nm。采用TG-DTA、FIR、XRD和TEM等对纳米氧化铜进行表征。对产品的常温脱硫活性进行了穿透试验，并与已开发的其他常温精脱硫产品进行了比较，结果表明纳米氧化铜应用于H₂S脱硫，可在常温条件下具有优异的脱硫活性，对H₂S的脱除精度可以达到0.05 mg·m^-3以下。经过优选，产品在3 000 h^-1空速下穿透硫容达到25.3%，高于同类型的其他脱硫剂产品。     

STUDY ON BURDOCK STUNT VIROID (BSV)——THE DENATURING BEHAVIOR AND OCCURRENCE IN SEPARATE PLANT OF BSV RNA-1 AND RNA-2

By two-dimensional electrophoretic technique, it was confirmed that BSV RNA-1 and RNA-2 contained circular molecules and that they Were more stable than the ether viroids in thermodynamics. BSV RNAs extracted from individual diseased plants gave only one specific band on analytical polyacrylamide gel, either BSV RNA-1 or RNA-2. No plant which has yet been detected contained both. No variation whatever was observed in the electrophoresis mobility, even over a period of two and a half years for BSV RNA-1 and RNA-2.The calli developed from diseased leaves grew rather slowly compared with healthy ones. The replication of BSV RNA-1 in calli which had continuously grown for 6—8 months was evidenced by the distinct band of BSV RNA-1 on file gels.

人血清与头发中铜,锌,铁,钙,镁,锰含量的相关分析

平行测定了５４例（男３１例，女２３例）成人血清和头发中铜，锌，铁，钙，镁和锰的含量，相关分析结果表明，血清与头发中６种元素的不相关两类样品比较，血清测定方法简便，误差小，但在检测人体内元素含量水平时，头发的测量结果比血清更灵敏。
