磷酸钛—磷钨酸铵的合成及性能研究

本文研究了磷酸－磷钨酸铵的合成，离子交换性能及化学结构等方面的性质。实验结果表明，该交换剂对Ｃｓ＾２＋具有很高的选择性和交换容量，在０．１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ ＨＮＯ３介质中，该交换剂对Ｃｓ＾＝的交换容量可达０．９５ｍｍｏｌ／ｇ，在１ＡＷ模拟废液中，对ＣＳ＾＋离子仍保持较高的变换容量。     

Studies on Aggregation Interaction between Reduced Denatured Egg White Lysozymes during Refolding Procedure in Urea Solution

The aggregation interaction between reduced-denatured egg white lysozymes during refolding procedure in urea solution was studied by means of reducing and non-reducing protein electrophoreses. Results of non-reducing sodium dodecyl sulphate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis （SDS-PAGE） of the supernatant and aggregate precipitate formed in refolding process show that except being refolded to native egg white lysozymes, the reduced-denatured lysozymes can also form the aggregates with molecular weights （MW） being separately about 30.0 and 35.0 kD, while the reducing SDS-PAGE and the refolding results in the presence of sodium dodecyl sulphate show that these aggregates are formed chiefly through the misconnection of disulfide bonds between the reduced-denatured lysozymes, and the aggregate precipitates are formed through the non-covalent interactions between the aggregates with molecular weight being about 30.0 kD. From the results of electrophoresis and size-exclusion chromatographic analyses, it can be inferred that the aggregates with molecular weights being about 30.0 and 35.0 kD are bi-molecular and tri-molecular egg white lysozyme aggregates, respectively. And finally, a suggested refolding mechanism of reduced-denatured egg white lysozymes in urea solution was presented.     

阴极溶出法测定工厂废水和大气中的 S~(2-)

阴极溶出法测定S~(2-)的报道很多。俞泽穆等应用就地阴极溶出法以Na_2B_4O_7-NaOH-EDTA-抗坏血酸为底液测定S~(2-),分析下限为1.8×10~(-8)M。宋鸿镃等以NaOH-NaCl为底液,采用差示脉冲阴极溶出法测定血清中的S~(2-),检出限达1.9×10~(-9)M。本文以二乙胺为底液,采用直流和差示脉冲阴极溶出法测定废水和大气中的S~(2-),检出限分别为0.20和0.10ppb。变异系数为4.9～5.7％。回收率在92.3～101.0％之间,基本上符合环境样品分析要求。     

实验课改革研讨会在兰州召开

基础化学实验系统改革的研究是高等化学教育研究中心的重点课题之一,由兰州大学、浙江大学、北京医科大学药学院、厦门大学、苏州大学、杭州大学、西北大学等校化学系协作进行研究。1986年10月在兰州举行第一次研讨会,会上讨论了基础实验课改革的必要性,交流了改革的经验和教训,交换了国内外实验课改革的现况,部署了课题组下阶段的工作计划。经过认真讨论代表们一致认为,这几年实验课的教学质量虽然已有明显的提高,但存在问题还不少。如     

Photoluminescence properties of Ca_4La_6(SiO_4)_4(PO_4)_2O_2-based phosphors for wLEDs

The apatite compound Ca_4La_6(SiO_4)_4(PO_4)_2O_2(CLSPO) was explored as the host material for phosphors used in white light-emitting diodes(w LEDs). The crystal structure of the CLSPO host prepared by the solid-state reaction method was investigated with Rietveld refinement. The rare earth ions(Eu~(3+)/Tb~(3+)/Ce~(3+), Tb~(3+)/Tb~(3+), Mn~(2+))activated CLSPO phosphors were synthesized, and their photoluminescence properties, quantum yields, as well as thermal stabilities, were studied. Under near-ultraviolet excitations, the Eu~(3+) and Tb~(3+) -doped CLSPO compounds exhibited red and green emissions with high luminescence efficiencies. Besides, tunable emissions from green to orange were obtained by introducing Mn~(2+) ions into the Tb~(3+) -doped CLSPO samples. The results showed that the phosphors studied may have potential applications for w LEDs.

Achieving ultracold Bose-Fermi mixture of 87Rb and 40K with dual dark magnetic-optical-trap

We demonstrate that dual dark magnetic-optical-traps (MOTs) have great importance in the two-species ⁸⁷Rb and ⁴⁰K mixture compared with dual bright MOTs. The dark MOT has a little improvement in the trapping of single-species ⁸⁷Rb or ⁴⁰K gases compared with bright MOT. For the case of loading two-species ⁸⁷Rb and ⁴⁰K simultaneously, the improvement of ⁴⁰K in the dual dark MOTs is mainly from the reduction of light-assisted collision losses. The dual dark MOTs employ a pair of conical lenses to produce the hollow beam for repump laser with high efficiency. The number and density of ⁸⁷Rb and ⁴⁰K atoms after evaporative cooling in the hybrid magnetic trap with dark MOT loading are compared with those in bright MOT. The atoms with large number and high density make it easier to realize the quantum degenerate of Bose-Fermi mixture.     

A DEMONSTRATION OF 1×8 LINEAR ARRAY YBCO TRANSITION EDGE IR BOLOMETER

A high-T_c superconducting array microbolometer has been fabricated by using a YBCO film. Optical measurements gave moderate performance as individual detector, but singnificant improverment appears possible.     

功能梯度矩形厚板的三维热弹性分析

直接从三维热弹性力学基本方程出发，通过引入两个位移函数和两个应力函数，导出了一个二阶的齐次状态方程和一个四阶的非齐次状态方程。分析中采用了层合近似模型，即将板划分成厚度足够小的若干薄层，从面可将每一层内的材料常数近似为常数。给出了任意厚度的四边简支横观各向同性功能梯度矩形板的热弹性分析，特别当板较薄时，与薄板理论进行了数值对比，发现两者结果吻合很好。最后研究了材料梯度指标对热弹性场的影响，结果显示梯度指标对热应力和位移都有着显著的作用：在不同的区间，梯度指标对它们有不同的影响；并且在同一区间，梯度指标对两者的影响程度也有所不同。     

傅里叶变换轮廓术中新的相位及高度算法分析

在传统傅里叶变换轮廓术三维面型测量中,为了准确得到被测物体的高度分布,必需保证投影仪出射光瞳和摄像机入射光瞳的连线与参考面平行并且在同一水平面,否则存在较大的误差。着眼于更普通的情况,讨论双瞳连线与参考面成某一夹角时的高度计算,推导出了非平行时的参考面光场及物面变形条纹光场的表达式,并给出了高度映射公式。因而,传统的傅里叶变换轮廓术测量成为角度α=0时的特例。该方法使傅里叶变换轮廓术的测量条件得到了放宽;易于通过移动投影装置或成像装置获取全场条纹;并为在难以实现双瞳与参考面平行的特殊环境下的测量提供了可行的方法。计算机模拟及实验均证实了该方法的有效性。
