二维平板光子晶体直波导的制备和光传输特性的测量

利用聚焦离子束刻蚀的方法在SOI(silicon on insulator)基片上制备了W3型二维光子晶体直波导.观察并测量了近红外激光通过光子晶体波导的散射图形和透过谱.实验结果说明，激光在有引入引出脊形波导的光子晶体直波导中具有很好的传输特性. 关键词： 光子晶体波导 光子带隙 脊型波导     

转镜扫描相机记录象面的新设计理论

由于加工高次曲线已有可能,用代替圆来拟合超越曲线已无必要.本文提出转镜扫描记录象面的新设计理论和方法,能得到理想的记录象面;无离焦记录象面,等速扫描记录象面和离焦、扫描速度的不均匀性都最小的记录象面.     

部分空气桥式硅膜二维光子晶体

描述在Si基底上制备带隙在近红外波段部分空气桥式二维光子晶体（PC）.选用HF酸溶液作为腐蚀液，利用聚焦离子束刻蚀技术直接刻蚀出具有三角形空气洞结构的二维PC，并测出了二维PC完整的第一带隙透过谱的带隙范围为123—155μm.实验测得的透过谱与理论计算的空气桥式二维PC的计算结果一致.类TM0模的存在减小了带隙的宽度.由于部分SiO2支撑桥式平板，二维PC易于按所需尺寸进行制备.同时，通过改变平板下的支撑材料，可以制出有源的PC，利用这种机理可以把光从支撑材料中引出. 关键词： 二维光子晶体 带隙 平板波导     

Miller型超高速摄影系统经典设计理论的研究

对Miller型超高速摄影系统的经典设计理论进行了系统研究.这些设计理论,即离焦设计理论、共轴设计理论和等速设计理论,都有原理误差,只能做到误差的最小化,而且任何两种设计理论都不能同时在同一个系统中实现,但是可以根据系统的具体要求给出最佳设计.     

Experiments on trapping ytterbium atoms in optical lattices

Experiments on trapping ytterbium atoms in various optical lattices are presented. After the two-stage cooling, first in a blue magneto-optical trap and then in a green magneto-optical trap, the ultracold 171 Yb atoms are successfully loaded into one-, two-, and three-dimensional optical lattices operating at the Stark-free wavelength, respectively. The temperature, number, and lifetime of cold 171 Yb atoms in one-dimensional lattice are measured. After optimization, the one-dimensional lattice with cold 171Yb atoms is used for developing an ytterbium optical clock.     

A Y-Branch Photonic Crystal Slab Waveguide with an Ultrashort Interport Interval

We fabricated two-dimensional photonic crystal slab Y-branch waveguides with different intervals between the two output ports and measured their light guiding characteristics. The field intensity distributions of the TE polarized wave modes are also calculated by means of a transfer matrix method. Both the theoretical and experimental results show that the minimum interval between the two output ports is about 1.4 times the transport wavelength of 1.55μm. If the interval becomes smaller, light waves in the two branches will couple each other seriously. The result will be helpful for designs of ultracompact wave demultiplexers and all-optical integrated circuits.     

几种修饰剂共价修饰L—门冬酰胺酶降低其抗原性的对比研究

选用单甲氧基聚乙二醇、右旋糖苷、磺化右旋糖苷,肝素及小分子醋酸酐对酶分子进行了共价修饰,研究了不同修饰剂对酶分子的酶活力及其抗原性的影响。结果表明,大分子,特别是单甲氧基聚乙二醇的降低抗原性效果很好,但活力损失较大;修饰剂分子量越大,酶表面氨基修饰程度越高,解除抗原性效果越好。     

Optical properties of the direct-coupled Y-branch filtersby using photonic crystal slabs

We fabricated a new type of two-dimensional photonic crystal slab filter. The resonant cavities were directly put into the waveguide arms. The optical transmissions of the filters were measured and the results show that the optimized two-channel filters give good intensity distribution at the output ports of the waveguide. A minimum wavelength spacing of 5~nm of the filter outputs isrealized by accurately controlling the size of the resonant cavities.
