The single-molecule surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS) spectra of Rhodamine 6G(R6G) in an aqueous environment under non-resonance conditions are studied.Series of spectra are recorded in timemapping mode,and intensity fluctuations of SERS signals and spectral diffusion are observed.The correlations between the presence frequency of SERS spectra and number of hot spots as well as the quantity of molecules in scattering volume are examined thoroughly.The results indicate that only molecules located at hot spots produce good signal-to-noise ratio Raman spectra and the origin of fluctuating SERS signals are mainly ascribed to the movement of hot spots.  相似文献

以湿化学法合成了直径约35 nm的蓬松的α-ZnS球形纳米粒子. XRD与TEM结果表明, 硫化锌球形纳米粒子由粒径约6 nm的二次晶粒组成. 光致发光光谱表明, 所得样品分别在约430 nm及360 nm处各有一个发射谱带, 前者源于ZnS的表面缺陷发射, 后者可被指认为六方相ZnS的近带边发射. 拉曼表征结果表明, 在较高激光功率的照射下, 没有观察到样品的光氧化现象, 表明所制备的硫化锌纳米粒子结构较为稳定.  相似文献

以丙烯腈和衣康酸为原料合成了聚丙烯腈-衣康酸[P(AN/IA)],与盐酸羟胺反应得到偕胺肟基聚丙烯腈-衣康酸[AO-P(AN/IA)],进一步与Cu(Ⅱ)配位得到Cu(Ⅱ)负载偕胺肟基聚丙烯腈-衣康酸[AO-P(AN/IA)/Cu(Ⅱ)]聚合物配体交换树脂。通过红外光谱和扫描电镜对AO-P(AN/IA)/Cu(Ⅱ)的结构进行了表征,并研究了AO-P(AN/IA)/Cu(Ⅱ)对砷的吸附性能。AO-P(AN/IA)/Cu(Ⅱ)在p H 3时对As(Ⅲ)和As(Ⅴ)有最大吸附量,分别为0.56mg/g和0.51mg/g。AO-P(AN/IA)/Cu(Ⅱ)对As(Ⅲ)和As(Ⅴ)的吸附过程均符合拟二级动力学方程,遵循Langmuir吸附等温式。尽管存在干扰离子,AO-P(AN/IA)/Cu(Ⅱ)对As(Ⅲ)和As(Ⅴ)的吸附选择性仍然比较好。吸附(固定床)实验表明,AO-P(AN/IA)/Cu(Ⅱ)对含砷模拟废水具备优良的分离与重复使用性能。  相似文献

在飞机的起飞、着陆、巡航飞行中,襟翼运动起着重要的作用;文章将以某型机的后缘内襟翼为研究对象,根据气动的吹风位置,对飞机的内襟翼机构采用数值法予以解算;滚珠丝杠作动器驱动滑轮架带动襟翼运动,通过滑轨的曲率变化和滑轮架的后退量变化来实现气动要求的矢量位置;该计算方法和结果已经成功运用到某型飞机内襟翼运动机构研制当中。  相似文献

The improved performance of a wavelength-tunable arrayed waveguide grating (AWG) is demonstrated, including the crosstalk, insertion loss and the wavelength tuning efficiency. A reduced impact of the fabrication process on the AWG is achieved by the design of bi-level tapers. The wavelength tuning of the AWG is achieved according to the thermo-optic effect of silicon, and uniform heating of the silicon waveguide layer is achieved by optimizing the heater design. The fabricated AWG shows a minimum crosstalk of 16 dB, a maximum insertion loss of 3.91 dB and a wavelength tuning efficiency of 8.92 nm/W, exhibiting a ~8 dB improvement of crosstalk, ~2.1 dB improvement of insertion loss and ~5 nm/W improvement of wavelength tuning efficiency, compared to our previous reported results.  相似文献

具有3D结构的贵金属材料是具有超灵敏检测限的SERS活性基底,具有间隙位点的结构显示出很高的SERS增强,能够吸附更多的探针分子~([1]),这在生物检测~([2])和食品检测中都具有重要应用。大部分具有3D结构贵金属材料的合成需要表面活性剂或导向剂,这可能会引入非均相杂质,电沉积方法不需要表面活性剂或模板,可简单快速地制备SERS活性基底。本工作通过电沉积方法,在柔性基底PET膜上简单快速地合成花状金微结构作为SERS传感器,对罗丹明的检测限可达10~(-11) mol·L~(-1),对福美双的检测限可达0.1ppm。  相似文献

通过简单温和的水相还原反应, 在表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)的协同下合成了亚微米级枣核型多孔氧化亚铜纳米多级结构. 通过改变盐酸的加入量可以实现纳米粒子尺寸在300-900 nm范围可调. X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)分析表明, 亚微米粒子由小于10 nm的晶粒构成. 基于实验结果, 我们提出生长-刻蚀竞争生长模型来解释枣核型空心多孔结构的形成机制, 同时说明了尺寸调节机理. 利用激光拉曼光谱仪研究了样品的光学性质, 与相似尺寸的亚微米实心多面体的拉曼响应信号对比发现, 枣核型空心多孔结构的拉曼光谱表现出新颖的特性. 这些结果补充了氧化亚铜的拉曼光谱样本, 对文物表面颜料的无损拉曼检测具有一定的指导意义.  相似文献

To understand the evolution of defects in SiC during irradiation and the influence of temperature,in situ luminescence measurements of 6H-SiC crystal samples were carried out by ion beam induced luminescence(IBIL)measurement under2 MeV H^+ at 100 K,150 K,200 K,250 K,and 300 K.A wide band(400-1000 nm)was found in the spectra at all temperatures,and the intensity of the IBIL spectra was highest at 150 K among the five temperatures.A small peak from 400 nm to 500 nm was only observed at 100 K,related with the D1 defect as a donor-acceptor pair(D-A)recombination.For further understanding the luminescent centers and their evolution,the orange band(1.79 eV)and the green band(2.14 eV)in the energy spectrum were analyzed by Gaussian decomposition,maybe due to the donor-deep defect/conduction band-deep defect transitions and Ti related bound excition,respectively.Finally,a single exponential fit showed that when the temperature exceeded 150 K,the two luminescence centers’resistance to radiation was reduced.  相似文献

在北京师范大学GIC4117串列加速器原有离子激发发光(ion beam induced luminescence,IBIL)分析靶室基础上,安装了可实现80—900 K温度范围内精确控温的冷热样品台,实现高低温条件下IBIL光谱的测量.添加金硅面垒探测器,在离子辐照材料样品过程中同步采集背散射离子的计数,实现束流的在线监测.在不同温度下,利用2 MeV H~+束轰击氟化锂样品,获得的IBIL光谱中可明显观察到温度对不同发光中心发光效果的影响:激子峰和杂质峰发光在低温条件下更为清晰;高温时各类型F色心的发光强度在较小的注量下即可达到饱和值或开始衰减.辐照初期受扰激子峰(296 nm)发光强度的上升过程表明不能排除受扰激子峰与点缺陷发光中心相关的可能性,激子峰强度的上升源自低注量时核弹性碰撞产生的应变键;温度对空位迁徙速率及非辐射复合的影响是造成发光强度随注量演变差异的重要原因.  相似文献

Due to the various needs in the current applications,multifunctional composite materials with high strength and high toughness were highly desired now.Many scholars dedicated their time to find a simple,green and fast method for the preparation of multi-functional materials.In this study,inspired by the hierarchical "brick-and-mortar" structure and excellent mechanical performance of nacre,a fast green vacuum-filtration method was used to fabricate strong and multifunctional polyglutamic acid/layered double hydroxide (PGA/LDH) films mimicking nacre.The experimental results confirm that the artificial nacre has hierarchical "brick-and-mortar" structure.It exhibits excellent strength (93.5 MPa) and flexibility (easily bendable fold),combining with outstanding properties of UV-blocking and translucence properties.This work provides a way of fabricating multifunctional organic-inorganic hybrid films,which has potential applications in the areas of optical,transportation and construction fields.  相似文献
