用高山乳胶室观测大天顶角超高能μ子

对甘巴拉山K6、K7、K8铅室的215个单元进行了细致的扫描,在天顶角M(=tgθ)≥2.5的范围内共找到111个μ子事例。用马鞍型曲线确定μ子簇射的能量,在E_μ≥2 TeV的范围内给出了5500米处μ子的流强、簇射能谱与簇射天顶角分布。同时对μ子在乳胶室内的行为进行了模拟计算,实验与模拟计算的结果基本上相符。     

N-对三氟甲基苯基-α-氨基烷基膦酸酯的合成、晶体结构及生物活性

采用活性基团拼接法将氟原子引入α-氨基烷基膦酸酯中,合成了一系列含氟芳基α-氨基烷基膦酸酯类新化合物,结构经元素分析,IR,1H NMR及MS确认.对所合成的化合物进行了抑制烟草花叶病毒(TMV)田间生物测试,结果表明,该类化合物具有良好的抑制TMV活性,其中4d化合物在0.0005%浓度下对烟草花叶病毒(TMV)防效达到了67.03%.就此对4d化合物作了单晶培养,并就晶体结构进行了X衍射分析.结构表明4d化合物分子属单斜晶系,空间群P21/c.晶胞参数a=1.1957(5)nm,b=1.0664(5)nm,c=1.5943(7)nm,α=90°,β=97.623(8)°,γ=90°,V=2.0150(15)nm3,Z=4.Dc=1.336 Mg/m3,μ=0.189nm-1,F(000)=840.

α-氨基膦酸酯是一类很重要的天然氨基酸类似物，具有新颖的化学结构和多 种生理活性。综述了近年来光学活性α-氨基膦酸及酯的合成进展。     

2-(1H-唑基)-1-(2,3,4-三甲氧基)苯乙酮衍生物的合成与结构表征

首先以2－溴－1－（2，3，4－三甲氧基）苯乙酮，四丁基铵－1H－1，2，4－三唑或咪唑为原料，分别合成了2－（1H－1，2，4－三唑－1－基）－1－（2，3，4－三甲氧基）苯乙酮（Ia)和2－（1H－咪唑0－1－基）－1－（2，3，4－三甲氧基）苯乙酮（Ib)与盐酸羟胺反应生成2－（1H－1，2，4－三唑－1－基）－1－（2，3，4－三甲氧基）苯乙酮肟和1－（1H－咪唑－1－基）－1－（2，3，4三甲氧基）苯乙酮肟，产率为63％－72％，并经元素分析，IR和1H NMR进行了表征。     

CLIMATIC CHANGE SINCE LITTLE ICE AGE RECORDED BY DUNDE ICE CAP

The climatic change since the Little Ice Age recorded in the Dunde Ice Cap is presentedin this paper. There have been three cold periods and three warm periods since 1400AD.Among them, the coldest one was in the 17th century. Many evidences verified the three coldand warm variations recorded in the Dundc Ice Cap. But it was found from the comparison between the Dunde Icc Cap climatic record and thewinter temperature record in Shanghai that there was a temporal dfference in climatic changebetween East China and West China. The general trend is that the cooling and warmingprocesses in West China were earlier than that in East China. In the Dunde Ice Cap, it isnow in an anomalous warm period, while it is not as warm as in Dunde Ice Cap recordaccording to the winter temperature in Shanghai. In addition to the possible cause of temporaldifference in climatic change between West China and East China, another possible cause isthat the greenhouse effect of CO_2 may already be recognizable in the Dunde Ice Cap a

Two New Metal-organic Frameworks Constructed from 3,4,5-Substituted-1,2,4-Triazole Ligands

Two new complexes,[Zn（L1）2（SCN）2]·H2O（1,L1 = 3,5-dimethyl-4-p-tolyl-4H1,2,4-triazole and [Cd3（L2）6（SCN）6]（2,L2 = 3,5-dimethyl-4-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazole）,have been hydrothermally prepared and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,IR spectroscopy,elemental analysis and PXRD.Complex 1 crystallizes in monoclinic,space group P21 /n with a = 11.246（13）,b = 9.640（11）,c = 26.13（3）,β = 100.97（3）,V = 1108.5（3） 3,Z = 4,C24 H28 N8 OS2 Zn,Mr = 572.02,Dc = 1.366 g/cm3,μ = 1.065 mm-1,S = 0.992,F（000） = 1184,the final R = 0.0602 and wR = 0.1700 for 2925 observed reflections（I 2σ（I））.Complex 2 crystallizes in triclinic,space group P1 with a = 11.6669（3）,b = 12.0957（2）,c = 14.3674（3）,α = 105.380（3）,β = 91.020（2）,γ = 92.4100（10）o,V = 1952.30（7）3,Z = 1,C66H66N24S6Cd3,Mr = 1725.08,Dc = 1.467 g/cm3,μ = 1.025 mm-1,S = 1.037,F（000） = 870,the final R = 0.0336 and wR = 0.0946 for 7819 observed reflections（I 2σ（I））.In the title complexes,complex 1 is a mononuclear molecule where the centre Zn（II） coordinates to two 3,4,5-substituted 1,2,4-triazole ligands（L1） and two terminal SCN-anions in a tetrahedral environment while six-coordinated centre Cd（II） atoms with octahedral geometry in complex 2 are bridged by virtue of substituted 1,2,4-triazole（L2） in N1,N2-bridging mode and μ2-N,N-SCN-anions into a trinuclear molecule.     

α-取代氨基氟代苯基膦酸酯衍生物的合成、晶体结构与抗癌活性

利用席夫碱与亚磷酸酯反应, 合成了新型O,O'-二烷基-α-(6-甲氧苯并噻唑-2-基氨基)-4-氟苯基膦酸酯化合物, 结构经元素分析, IR, ¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR和X单晶衍射确认. X单晶衍射测试结果表明: 化合物3d分子属于四面体晶系, 空间群I4(1)/a, a＝2.1055(3) nm, b＝2.1055(3) nm, c＝2.0521(5) nm, α＝90.00°, β＝90.00°, γ＝90.00°, V＝0.9098(3) nm³, Z＝16, D_c＝1.321 mg/m³, ＝0.250 mm^－1, F(000)＝3808. 化合物还存在着1个分子内氢键[N(2)—H(2)…O(1)]. 生物测定表明化合物3f在20 g/mL浓度下对PC3细胞的抑制率为84.3%.
