高效毛细管电泳法分离测定黄芩复方制剂中的黄芩甙 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
建立了清开灵口服液和双黄连口服液中黄芩甙定量分析的高效毛细管电泳方法。选择毛细管区带电泳分离模式,以40mmol/L硼砂缓冲液(pH9.0)为电泳介质,未涂层石英毛细管(50μmi.d.×39.5cm,有效分离长度34.8cm)为分离通道,对硝基苯甲酸为内标,压力进样(68.95kPa×s),17kV恒压电泳(25℃),于285nm下分离分析两种黄芩复方制剂中的黄芩甙。实验结果表明,黄芩甙可在15min内与其它成分得到很好的分离,在10~640mg/L范围内定量分析。加样回收率分别为:清开灵口服液(100.31±1.98)%,双黄连口服液(100.60±2.36)%。方法简便、快速、准确,重现性好,可用于黄芩复方制剂。 相似文献

为了克服非分辨空间目标识别研究中外场观测和计算机仿真手段的局限性,采用实验方法模拟了天基光照场景,用仪器和技术平行类比望远镜观测时光源-目标-探测器方位,并测量了某高保真卫星模型的光谱双向反射分布函数.分析了空间目标光谱散射模型、实验场旋转轴系和环境模拟设备布局.根据在轨卫星的轨道和姿态建立了外场观测几何到室内5轴旋转系统的角度映射关系.利用该关系控制旋转系统实现了对某卫星过境观测的平行模拟,并对目标混合光谱进行了测量和定标.实验结果发表明:目标光谱数据中存在"闪光"和峰值波长迁移现象;旋转系统各轴定位精度为0.5°,光谱数据相对测量误差为0.018%.该方法能实现空间目标观测的全角度平行模拟,测量结果为非分辨目标外形、材料、旋转等特性的识别提供参考. 相似文献

近年来珠三角地区民航运输量日益增长,广州白云机场运输量处于持续饱和状态,在《广东省推进基础设施供给侧结构性改革实施方案》中,提出了建设珠三角新干线机场、广州第二机场等16个机场改扩建项目,那么对珠三角地区的民航运输需求量的预测将为新建机场的规划提供基础.采用指数平滑模型、灰色预测、线性趋势外推法三种方法对2004-2017年珠三角地区民航运输量进行分析,建立组合预测模型,预测未来珠三角地区特征年民航客运量和货运量. 相似文献

Pace recognition subjected to various conditions is a challenging task. This paper presents a combined feature improved Fisher classifier method for face recognition. Both of the facial holistic information and local information are used for face representation. In addition, the improved linear discriminant analysis (I-LDA) is employed for good generalization capability. Experiments show that the method is not only robust to moderate changes of illumination, pose and facial expression but also superior to the traditional methods, such as eigenfaces and Fisherfaces. 相似文献

This paper presents vehicle detection and tracking algorithms based on real-time background (RTB) and phase-correlation (PC) in the video sequence of urban highway with fixed camera. Firstly moving objects are obtained by subtracting RTB from serial images. After classification, PC is used to determine corresponding regions of moving objects between consecutive frames. The problems of vehicles' merging and splitting, sudden stop, and restart are also considered. Experiments show that the method is practical and can realize real-time detection and tracking of vehicles on highway. 相似文献
