用一阶导数分光光度法测定了蜂胶保健品中黄酮。以芦丁为对照品,测定了蜂胶保健品中总黄酮总量。芦丁浓度在0-20mg/L内,一阶导数值与其浓度具有良好的线性关系,其回归方程为y=-0.00061-0.0065x,相关系数r=0.9998。方法简便、快速、准确。 相似文献

空地攻击型无人机的作战效能评估在未来战场“去功能化”打击中具有重要的意义.在对空地攻击型无人机作战效能实时评估时,影响作战效能的评价指标体系因素相对复杂,建立作战效能评估模型存在非线性特点,因此本文引入了具有较强鲁棒性的支持向量回归机算法进行作战效能评估,在构建空地攻击型无人机评估体系基础上,利用混沌系统-遗传算法对支持向量机惩罚因子等参数进行优化,保证战场实时环境下效能评估的有效性和效率.通过实例分析,混沌遗传-支持向量机模型能够准确地对空地攻击型无人机进行有效的作战效能评估,具有良好的鲁棒性. 相似文献

The dynamic behaviour of the two-site coupled cavities model which is doped with ta wo-level system is investigated.The exact dynamic solutions in the general condition are obtained via Laplace transform.The simple analytical solutions are obtained in several particular cases,which demonstrate the clear and simple physical picture for the quantum state transition of the system.In the large detuning or hoppling case,the quantum states transferring between qubits follow a slow periodic oscillation induced by the very weak excitation of the cavity mode.In the large coupling case,the system can be interpreted as two Jaynes-Cummings model subsystems which interact through photon hop between the two cavities.In the case of λ≈△>> g,the quantum states transition of qubits is accompanied by the excitation of the cavity,and the cavity modes have the same dynamic behaviours and the amplitude of probability is equal to 0.25 which does not change with the variation of parameter. 相似文献

Coupled slow waves, slow acoustic waves, and electromagnetic waves are simultaneously achieved based on a piezoelectric material, in which a line defect is created within a honeycomb lattice array of cylindrical holes etched in a LiNbO_3 slab. Finite element simulations in frequency domain and time domain demonstrate that a highly localized slow mode is obtained in the defect. Owing to the piezoelectricity of LiNbO_3, acoustic and electromagnetic waves are coupled with each other and transmit along the line defect. Therefore, in addition to a slow acoustic wave, an electromagnetic wave with a group velocity even lower than conventional acoustic waves is achieved. 相似文献

用微扰的方法计算了一个外加周期驱动激光场所组成的,两离子系统质心量子态跃迁几率的解析表达式.以两Ca+作为囚禁离子,模拟出了在弱场的作用下声子态跃迁几率随激光束频偏和相互作用时间变化的分布图形.结果表明:随着外加周期驱动激光场的频率和相互作用时间的调节,系统质心量子态随时间周期性的坍塌与复原|在频偏范围0.85×107~1.2×107 Hz内,质心量子态跃迁几率最高能达到0.97,操控周期最长为0.6×10-6 s,从理论上质心量子态操控周期有很大的缩短|若频偏值大于1.2×107 Hz时,质心量子态跃迁几率约为0.49,激光不能有效控制质心量子态的跃迁.所得结论对实现两比特量子逻辑门等实验研究有一定的参考意义. 相似文献
