采用磁控溅射法制备出透明导电氧化物NiO薄膜.椭偏(SE)测试表明NiO薄膜在可见光区域透光性良好,通过调节生长、退火温度可调控NiO的折射率.采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)手段研究表明,通过退火、改变衬底温度等,可有效改变NiO薄膜的晶体结构以及表面形貌,实现对NiO导电性的调控. 采用优化后的NiO材料为阳极阻挡层制备出的聚合物太阳能电池器件的效率为2.26%,是同等条件下采用 PEDOT:PSS阻挡层的电池器件的3倍以上.  相似文献

GaAs nanowires are synthesized on fused quartz substrates by using molecular beam epitaxy via a vapor-liquidsolid mechanism with gold as the catalyst. High resolution-transmission electron microscopy is used to probe crystal quality and growth direction. Miero-photolumineseenee measurements are carried out to examine the optical properties of GaAs NWs. The low-temperature photoluminescenee (PL) emission of nanowires (NWs) has a peak at 1.513eV, 2meV lower than the zinc blende GaAs free exciton energy. The temperature-dependent band gap of NWs is seen to be somewhat different from that observed in bulk OaAs, and the PL rapidly quenches above 150K, with an activation energy of 6.3meV reflecting the presence of the longitudinal twins' structure.  相似文献

The microstructure of poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) and [6,6]-phenyl-C61 butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM) blends with various annealing temperatures are investigated in detail by the near-edge x-ray absorption fine structure. Under higher anneMing temperature (Tanneal ≥ 160℃), P3HT shows an unusual fluidity and aggregation in the surface. After annealing, the enrichment polymer component recrystallizes and forms a single P3HT phase layer in the surface of blend films. Moreover, it gives direct evidence of the PCBM content diffusing to the near surface of blend films during annealing treatment. These findings are beneficial to improving the morphology of polymer/fullerene blend films.  相似文献
