不同气压背景下激光烧蚀Al靶产生等离子体特性分析

分子氮配合物的研究进展

自第一个分子氮配合物[Ru(NH_3)_5N_2]~(2+)被发现以来,关于 N_2配合物的合成及配位N_2的反应和活化有极其广泛和大量的文献报道。尤其是在七十年代该项研究在世界范围内都是极为热门的研究课题,我国也进行了分子氮配合物的大协作研究。进入八十年代以来,分子氮配合物的研究虽然还是重大基础研究课     

铜(Ⅰ)配合物[Cu(C8H4O2F3S)(PPh3)2]合成、性质、晶体结构及反应机理的探讨

Reaction of copper powder with 2-thenoyltrifluoroacetone and PPh₃ yielded the complex [Cu(C₈H₄O₂F₃S)(PPh₃)₂], which have been characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectra. The crystal is monoclinic, space group P2₁/n , a=1.0584(1), b=1.6738(1), c=2.2728(9) nm; β =94.22(2); V =4.0152 nm 3; Z=4; D_c=1.299 g·cm^-3; R=0.048, R_W=0.054. Copper (Ⅰ) ion is coordinated by two O and two P atoms forming distorted tetrahedron.     

胰岛素样生长因子-1对血管平滑肌细胞PI3K／PTEN信号通路的影响

目的：探讨胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)促血管平滑肌细胞(VSMC)增殖的细胞内信号转导机制。方法：体外培养的兔血管平滑肌细胞分3组处理，以细胞计数、噻唑盐比色法测定细胞增殖能力，以磷脂酰肌醇-3激酶(PI3K)特异性抑制剂渥漫青霉素(WT)孵育细胞间接反映PI3K作用。Western Blot定量磷酸酶PTEN表达水平，免疫沉淀、特异底物diC16PIP3绿色试剂法测定PTEN脂质磷酸酶活性。结果：IGF-1(100μg／L)使细胞计数及MTT比色A值分别增加至对照组的2．8倍和3．8倍，WT抑制VSMC增殖，并完全逆转IGF-1的作用(均P<0.01)。各浓度IGF-1对PTEN蛋白表达水平无明显影响，其对PTEN活性的抑制呈浓度(10～100μg／L)及时间(3min～24h)依赖性(均P<0．01)。结论：IGF-I促VSMC增殖作用与活化PI3K蛋白激酶的促生长活性及抑制PTEN脂质磷酸酶的负性调节细胞生长作用有关。     

2-苯基苯并咪唑衍生物非线性光学性质的从头算研究

采用HF／6-31G^*方法优化分子构型，在此基础上用CPHF方法系统地研究了多种基团取代的2-苯基苯并咪唑衍生物的二阶非线性光学系数βvec，并对βvdc的影响因素进行了探讨，为进一步设计综合性能优良的有机非线性光学材料提供理论指导．     

Synthesis and Properties of Novel Hemicyanine Dye-β-Cyclodextrin

A series of novel hemicyanine dye-β-cyclodextrin compounds： mono-6-deoxy-β-cyclodextrin-6-[p-（p-substituted styryl）pyridium] p-totylfulfonates were synthesized by the condensation of mono-6-deoxy-β- cyclodextrin-6-（p-methyl pyridinium） p-toluenesulfonate with （un）substituted benzaldehydes. Their structures were established by 1^H NMR, IR, UV-Vis and elemental analysis. The absorption and fluorescence properties of the novel compounds were measured in solution and the photostability of a selected hemicyanine dye-β-cyclodextrin compound was also investigated.

1 INTRODUCTION Benzimidazole is an interesting heterocyclic compound because it is found in various naturally occurring drugs, such as omeprazole, astemizole and emedastine difumarate[1]. Temperature-calibrated fiber-optic refractometer based on acompact FBG-SMS structure

A novel all-fiber temperature-calibrated refractometer based on a compact fiber Bragg grating(FBG) single-multi-single(SMS)structure is proposed and experimentally demonstrated.The sensor head is composed of a FBG combined with a SMS structure,in which the middle multimode fiber(MMF)section is etched by a time-controlled hydrofluoric.The transmission dip of SMS is extremely sensitive to ambient refractive index(RI)variation,whereas the upstream FBG provides the necessary temperature information for RI calibration.All aforementioned functions are performed via a compact FBG-SMS structure not longer than 25 mm.The proposed sensing device provides a linear RI sensitivity over water or waterbased solutions(RI values near 1.33 at optical wavelengths for most biological and many environmental applications),and has temperature-calibration capability.Hence,the said refractometer is a good candidate for sensing in chemical and biological applications.     

稀土硼化物LaB6晶体材料的弹性性质和力学性能

利用密度泛函理论和Birch-Murnaghan物态方程,系统分析了LaB6晶体材料的弹性常数参数、体弹性模量、剪切弹性模量及其他力学性能。结果表明:LaB6晶体具有较大的弹性常数参数C11,说明在此主轴应力方向上具有较大的弹性常数;同时它还具有较大的体弹性模量,并且体弹性模量具有各向同性,剪切弹性模量具有各向异性;LaB6晶体的杨氏模量为227.85 GPa,泊松比为0.26,体剪弹性模量比值达到1.44,表明其脆性较强,不易发生弹性形变;LaB6晶体的硬度达到11.56 GPa,平均弹性波速达4.87 km/s。LaB6的带隙宽度为0.20 eV,呈金属性,内部电子具有较强的局域性,La和B之间具有较强的共价键成分。
