拉曼光谱技术以其无损检测、灵敏度高、简便快速等独特的技术优势,在食品安全等领域展现出良好的应用潜力。白酒是一种非常受消费者喜欢的饮品,在中国有着非常悠久的历史,也是中华文化的重要组成部分,其质量安全一直受到大家的高度重视。市场上的一些企业为了降低成本总是会生产一些劣质的勾兑白酒来冒充品牌酒,其品质严重的影响着大家的利益和健康,而现行的国家检验标准中并没有明确的检测方法能够对其进行快速的辨别,所以如果能发展一种新的方法将这些劣质的勾兑白酒快速的鉴别出来,将会有效的保障大家的生命安全。利用拉曼光谱技术测量了56种散装白酒和7种瓶装品牌白酒的拉曼光谱,并以拉曼光谱中位于886 cm-1处乙醇的C—C—O伸缩振动峰为内标来对所有样品的拉曼光谱进行归一化,从而得到所有样品的归一化拉曼光谱。将归一化拉曼光谱不同位置的荧光背景强度和位于886 cm-1处乙醇的C—C—O伸缩振动峰强度相比较,结果表明瓶装品牌白酒的荧光背景基本上都明显比散装白酒的要小,可以清楚的将这两类白酒样品区分开来。一般对于拉曼光谱的测量和分析认为荧光背景的存在不利于对实验结果的准确分析...  相似文献

对延迟基因开关体系的稳定性及转变动力学进行了系统的研究.通过前向流采样及延迟随机模拟方法,获得了相空间稳态分布、转变路径和速率以及转变态系综的分布等信息.数值结果表明,基因开关体系中的延迟会减小稳态之间的间距,增大体系在转变态的布居.此外,转变速率也会随着延迟时间的增大单调增加,这些现象都说明延迟会削弱双稳基因开关体系的稳定性.转变路径由两种转录因子蛋白质的总的粒子数的差和操纵子位点的状态来描述,对转变路径的数值分析表明转录和翻译过程导致的延迟会显著影响转变动力学.特别是对于转变态系综而言,操纵子结合两种不同二聚体概率的差异随着延迟时间的增加逐渐加大.  相似文献

We herein review our studies on simulating the thermal unfolding Fourier transform infrared and two-dimensional infrared spectra of peptides. The peptide–water configuration ensembles, required forspectrum modeling, aregenerated at a series of temperatures using the GBOBCimplicit solvent model and the integrated tempering sampling technique.The fluctuating vibrational Hamiltonians of the amide I vibrational band are constructed using the Frenkel exciton model.The signals are calculated using nonlinear exciton propagation. The simulated spectral features such as the intensity and ellipticity are consistent with the experimental observations. Comparing the signals for two beta-hairpin polypeptides with similar structures suggests that this technique is sensitive to peptide folding landscapes.  相似文献

The microstructure of aqueous CuCl2 has been studied through lots of technologies for many years; however, it remains a controversial subject. In this study, a new spectroscopic method has been proposed to analyze the UV-visible spectra of thin film of CuCl2/H2O solutions at different concentrations. This method is the combination of ratio spectra, difference spectra and second order difference spectra. By using this method, two new bands at ~230 and ~380 nm are obviously observed. The bands are assigned as the contacted ion pairs[CuCl3(H2O)n]- or[CuCl4(H2O)n]2-, which demonstrates that ion pairs exist in the CuCl2/H2O solution. Such finding agrees with the recent theoretical spectra obtained by time-dependent density functional theory. Furthermore, the populations of the contacted ion pairs are discussed. This study not only offers the direct spectroscopic evidence of[CuCl3(H2O)n]- or[CuCl4(H2O)n]2- in aqueous CuCl2, but also suggests that the spectroscopic analysis method is powerful to extract the weak bands in a strong overlapping spectrum.  相似文献
