用多个速率升温热重法测定MgB_2的氧化活化能

用热分析仪研究了 Mg B2 在高温空气气氛下的热稳定性和氧化情况 ,结果表明 Mg B2 在 4 0 0℃开始氧化 ,70 0℃后氧化非常强烈 ,用多个速率升温热重法测定 Mg B2 的氧化活化能为 80 k J/ mol左右。     

Nanoscale Thermal Response in ZnO Varistors by Atomic Force Microscopy

We report the application of customer-built scanning thermal microscopy （SThM） based on a commercial atomic force microscope to investigate local thermal inhomogeneity of ZnO varistors. The so-called 3ω method, generally used for measuring macroscale thermal conductivity, is set up and integrated with an atomic force microscope to probe the nanoseale thermal property. Remarkably, thermal contrasts of ZnO varistors are firstly imaged by the SThM, indicating the uniform distribution of spinel phases at triple points. The frequency-dependent thermal signal of ZnO varistors is also studied to present quantitative evaluation of local thermal conductivity of the sample.     

稀土元素替代Y对YBa2Cu3O7-δ氧吸附性能的影响

用热重法研究了RBa2Cu3O7-δ(R=Gd、Er、Eu、Dy、Sm、Ho和Nd)及Y1-xLaxBa2Cu3O7-δ(x=0.1,0.5和1.0)共10种材料在高温下的氧吸附—脱附性能。结果表明,随着温度的升降循环,仅NdBa2Cu3O7-δ(R=Gd)和Y1-xLaxBa2Cu3O7-δ的氧吸附—脱附性能有较好的重复性,其余的6个样品的重复性都很差;并且这10种样品的质量变化率都没有YBCO的大。     

YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-x)分子筛的制备与应用

用不同原料或加入添加剂的方法研究了 YBa2 Cu3O7- x( YBCO)对氧的“呼吸”性能的影响。研究发现 ,加入 5 %～ 1 0 %的萘作为添加剂是提高 YBCO分子筛除氧效果的有效途径。利用加萘的YBCO分子筛已经生产出高纯氮气     

暂态热重法分析混合导电材料YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ)的透氧性能

用暂态热重法研究了 YBa2 Cu3O7-δ(YBCO)粉末在不同的温度下 N2 → O2 → N2 交变气流中的吸氧、脱氧过程 ,估算了其在不同温度下的氧吸附速率、氧脱附速率。结果表明 ,YBCO对氧有强烈的选择吸附性 ,并且其吸氧、脱氧过程是可逆的 ,氧吸附过程较迅速 ,而氧脱附过程则较缓慢 ;氧吸附或氧脱附过程在开始阶段是表面扩散 ,以后主要是体扩散。
