In this paper, we prove controllability results for a two-dimensional semilinear heat equation with mixed boundary conditions. It is well-known that mixed boundary conditions can present a singular behaviour of the solution. A nonlocal Levinson beam model is developed to study the free vibrations of a zigzag single-walled carbon nanotube (SWCNT) in thermal environments. The equivalent Young’s modulus and shear modulus for a zigzag SWCNT are derived using an energy-equivalent model. The present study illustrates that the vibration characteristics of an SWCNT are strongly dependent on the temperature change and on the chirality of a zigzag carbon nanotube. The investigation of the chirality and temperature effects on free vibration of carbon nanotubes may be used as a useful reference for the application and the design of nanoelectronic and nanodrive devices, nano-oscillators, and nanosensors, in which carbon nanotubes act as basic elements. 相似文献

4.5 kV SiC Schottky diodes have been fabricated using Ni as the Schottky contact. A manufacturing yield of 40% is reached for the bigger area diodes (1.6×1.6 mm2) and of 70% for the smaller ones (0.4×0.4 mm2). The measured variations of barrier height and ideality factor with temperature do not agree with the thermionic model. This has been interpreted in terms of barrier height inhomogeneities using the Werner model. We extracted an average barrier height and its standard deviation . These two parameters are almost independent of the diode size. The variation of the barrier height distribution with field has also been investigated and shows a dependence similar to that of Schottky diodes realized from other semiconductor materials. 相似文献

We address the global solvability of the Kuramoto–Sivashinsky equation in a rectangular domain \([0,L_1]\times [0,L_2]\) . We give sufficient conditions on the width \(L_2\) of the domain, depending on the length \(L_1\) , so that the obtained solutions are global. Our proofs are based on anisotropic estimates. 相似文献

We establish a sufficient regularity condition for local solutions of the Navier–Stokes equations. For a suitable weak solution (u, p) on a domain D we prove that if \(\partial _3 u\) belongs to the space \(L_t^{s_0}L_x^{r_0}(D)\) where \(2/s_0 + 3/r_0 \le 2 \) and \(9/4 \le r_0\le 5/2\), then the solution is Hölder continuous in D. 相似文献

We investigate a standard measure of quantum discord for tripartite coherent states of the Greenberger–Horne–Zeilinger (GHZ) type. Furthermore, we check the monotonicity of a superquantum discord according to weak quantum measurements. We accomplish our study by manipulating the amount of quantum information lost during the perturbation of the quantum system and controlling the measurement strength. In addition, we calculate the entanglement of the system under study. Finally we compare the behavior of the three correlations. 相似文献
