A variety of 2-arylbenzothiazoles were prepared by the direct reaction of 2-aminobenzenethiol and aryl aldehydes by the aid of activated carbon (Shirasagi KL or Darco® KB) under oxygen atmosphere. 2-Pyridylbenzothiazole, thus obtained, was proved to work as an efficient ligand in palladium-catalyzed Mizoroki-Heck reaction.  相似文献

Chromium catalysts combined with phosphorous‐bridged bisphenoxy ligands were found to be highly active for ethylene polymerization. The most efficient catalyst precursor among them, generated by combining bis[3‐tert‐butyl‐5‐methyl‐2‐hydroxyphenyl](phenyl)phosphine hydrochloride ( 1a ) and CrCl3(THF)3, was characterized. X‐ray analysis of (3‐tert‐butyl‐5‐methyl‐2‐phenoxy)(3‐tert‐butyl‐5‐methyl‐ 2‐hydroxyphenyl)(phenyl)phosphine bis(tetrahydrofuran)chromium dichloride ( 6 ), obtained by the reaction of 1a and CrCl3(THF)3 in the presence of NaH, revealed a unique structure in which one phenol moiety of the bisphenol did not coordinate to the chromium center. Complex 6 showed higher activities than those observed in the in situ catalyst system. Polyethylene of various molecular weights was obtained with differing activators. The highest activity (113.5 kg mmol (cat)?1 h?1) was observed when TIBA/TB was used as a cocatalyst. A medium molecular weight polymer with narrow molecular weight distribution (Mw = 128,700, Mw/Mn = 1.8) was obtained using a 6 ‐TIBA/B(C6F5)3 system. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. [chemical reaction: see text]. Three new ent-trachylobane diterpenoids (1-3) were isolated and structures elucidated from Mitrephora glabra Scheff. (Annonaceae). Mitrephorone A (1) possesses a hexacyclic ring system with adjacent ketone moieties and an oxetane ring, both of which are unprecedented among trachylobanes. All compounds were evaluated for cytotoxicity against a panel of cancer cells, where 1 displayed the most potent and broadest activity, and against a battery of antimicrobial assays, where all compounds were approximately equipotent.  相似文献

Michael addition reactions of acetoacetates and malonates with acrylates in a 5 M KOH aqueous solution without using any other catalysts are described. When they are either tert-butyl or benzyl esters, the reaction proceeded very rapidly to afford moderate to high yields of the corresponding bis-Michael adducts that are unexpectedly stable under these conditions.  相似文献

A novel synthetic basic resolving agent, cis-1-aminobenz[f]indan-2-ol (ABI), was rationally designed by introducing effective CH/pi interaction sites to cis-1-aminoindan-2-ol (AI), whose chiral recognition ability has been reported from our laboratory. ABI was applicable to a wide variety of racemic arylalkanoic acids and showed moderate to excellent chiral recognition ability, which was obviously higher than that of AI. The fundamental and important role of CH/pi interactions, such as tunable CH(sp(2))/pi and CH(sp(3))/pi interactions, in the chiral recognition by ABI was revealed by X-ray crystallographic study.  相似文献

The reaction of the quinoxaline N‐oxides 7a,b with diethyl ethoxymethylenemalonate gave the 1‐methylpyridazino[3,4‐b]quinoxaline‐4,4‐dicarboxylates 8a,b , whose reaction with N‐bromosuccinimide or N‐chlorosuccinimide afforded the 3‐halogeno‐1‐methylpyridazino[3,4‐b]quinoxaline‐4,4‐dicarboxylates 9a‐d. The reaction of compounds 9a‐d with hydrazine hydrate resulted in hydrolysis and decarboxylation to provide the 3‐halogeno‐1‐methylpyridazino[3,4‐b]quinoxaline‐4‐carboxylates 10a‐d , whose reaction with nitrous acid effected oxidation to furnish the 3‐halogeno‐4‐hydroxy‐1‐methylpyridazino[3,4‐b]quinoxaline‐4‐carboxylates 11a‐d , respectively. The reaction of compounds 11a‐d with hydrazine hydrate afforded the 3‐halogeno‐1‐methylpyridazino[3,4‐b]quinoxalin‐4‐ols 12a‐d , whose oxidation provided the 3‐halogeno‐1‐methylpyridazino[3,4‐b]quinoxalin‐4(1H)‐ones 6a‐d , respectively. Compounds 6a‐d had antifungal activities in vitro.  相似文献

Seventy eight N(3)-substituted derivatives of uridine (1), thymidine (2), 2'-deoxyuridine (3), 6-azauridine (4), 2',3'-O-isopropylideneuridine (5), and arabinofuranosyluracil (6) were synthesized and their antinociceptive effects were evaluated. N(3)-(2',4'-Dimethoxyphenacyl)uridine (1l), N(3)-(2',4'-dimethoxyphenacyl)2'-deoxyuridine (3l), and N(3)-(2',5'-dimethoxyphenacyl)arabinofuranosyluracil (6m) possessed 93, 86, and 82% of the antinociceptive effects tested by hot plate, respectively. The antinociceptive effects of three derivatives were 5.8, 5.4, and 5.1-folds of the effect of N(3)-phenacyluridine (1h) (16%), respectively. The structure-activity relationship of N(3)-substituted pyrimidine nucleosides was also discussed.  相似文献

The investigation of the MeOH extract of the leaves of Chisocheton weinlandii Harms (Meliaceae) revealed two new open‐chain spermidine alkaloids, chisitine 1 ( 1 ) and chisitine 2 ( 2 ). Their structures were elucidated by NMR spectroscopy, tandem‐mass spectrometry, and independant syntheses (Scheme 3). Detailed MS/MS fragmentation pathways are discussed for both compounds based on H/D exchange and 18O‐labeling experiments (Schemes 1 and 2).  相似文献
