We consider the choice of a functional to measure the distance between two parametric curves. We identify properties of such a distance functional that are important for geometric design. Several popular definitions of distance are examined, and new functionals are presented which satisfy the desired properties. We present the first 13C magnetic resonance imaging study of CO2 transient adsorption/desorption processes in a zeolite 5A column. CO2 transient concentration profiles were measured with a centric scan spin-echo single point imaging technique. The adsorption wave profiles were determined under flow conditions, with the results analyzed by the Bohart-Adams model. The model adequately accounts for the spatial and the temporal behavior of CO2 in the column. CO2 adsorption rate constants were calculated from the fit. Desorption profiles were acquired by blowing a helium stream through a zeolite 5A column saturated with CO2. An asymmetry between the adsorption and desorption profiles is readily apparent. A linear relationship between the CO2 condensed phase concentration and square root of time was observed.  相似文献

Polygonum capitatum, a traditional Miao medicinal plant, has significant effects on the treatment of urinary system infections and pyelonephritis. However, no study about the comprehensive quality evaluation of P. capitatum has been reported. In this contribution, a rapid and validated method based on HPLC coupled with triple quadrupole MS was established for the simultaneous determination of six active flavonoids, six phenolic acids, and a lignan in extracts of P. capitatum. These compounds were separated within 10 min on a C18 analytical column with gradient elution. All analyses were performed on an Agilent XDB C18 column (2.1 × 100 mm, 3.5 μm) with a linear gradient elution of acetonitrile/water. The proposed method was applied to analyze 15 batches of samples with acceptable linearity (r2, 0.9923–0.9992), precisions (RSD, 1.0–3.0%), repeatability (RSD, 2.0–3.2%), stability (RSD, 2.2–3.2%), and recovery (RSD, 2.1–3.6%) of the 13 compounds. These results demonstrated that this presented method was effective and reliable for the comprehensive quality evaluation of P. capitatum. Moreover, our study can provide chemical evidence to reveal the material basis of its therapeutic effects.  相似文献

Different divalent metal ions (Ba2+, Sr2+, Ca2+, Zn2+) were selected as crosslinkers. The mechanical properties, cytocompatibility, histocompatibility, cell proliferation and long-term cultivation were investigated. The resulting microcapsules had good sphericity, smooth surface and particle size distribution of 300–400 μm. Sr2+ microcapsules exhibited a better mechanical strength. The molecular weights cut-off of all membranes were between 24 and 67 kDa. All microcapsules had no cytotoxicity. After intraperitoneal transplantation, the recovered microcapsules still maintained good mechanical strength and morphology with no fibrosis or macrophage aggregation phenomena. The microencapsulated PC12 cells showed no significant variation after recultivation following microcapsule breaking. The cell activity sequence of different microcapsules after 72 h was as follows: bare control cell >Sr2+ > Ca2+ > Ba2+ > Zn2+. After 9 weeks’ in vitro culture, the cell survival rate was higher than 80 %. This paper will be of scientific interests for the basic research and clinical application of alginate/chitosan microcapsules embedded with drugs or cells.  相似文献

哈茨木霉CGMCC 2979生物转化栀子中的京尼平苷制备京尼平   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用微生物直接转化药材的方法,将栀子中的京尼平苷转化为京尼平,无需糖苷酶和京尼平苷的制备. 在培养温度为30 ℃,pH 6.1以及栀子载量为80 g/L的条件下,48 h京尼平苷的转化率为97.8%. 转化后的京尼平通过XAD-16N大孔树脂偶联硅胶层析的方法,制备得到纯度大于95%的京尼平,收率为62.3%. 在催化、转化机制研究中,从哈茨木霉CGMCC2979的发酵液中分离得到了分子量为74.4 kDa的京尼平苷β-葡萄糖苷酶,该酶最优催化条件为50 ℃和pH 4.0-5.0. Km和Vmax分别为3.6 mmol/L和775 μmol/h/mg蛋白. 本文提供了一种简便、高效制备京尼平的新方法.  相似文献

The intrinsic liquid interface of Na-K alloy allays concerns about dendrite growth on metal anodes that are thermodynamically within the room temperature(20-22℃).Nevertheless,it hinders the formation of a stable electrode structure due to the inferior wettability induced by considerable liquid tension.In addition,the dominant ionic carrier in the Na-K alloy is subject to multiple factors,which is not conducive to customized battery design.This review,based on recently reported frontier achievements on Na-K liquid anodes,summarizes practical strategies for promoting the wettability by hightemperature induction,capillary effect,vacuum infiltration,and solid interface protection.Furthermo re,four selection mechanisms of the dominant ionic carrier are presented:(1) ion property dominated,(2)cathode dominated,(3) separator dominated,and(4) solid electrolyte interface dominated.Notably,initial electrolytes in energy storage systems have been unable to play a decisive role in ionic selection.Utilizing a superior wettability strategy and simultaneously identifying the dominant ionic carrier can facilitate the tailored application of dendrite-free Na-K liquid anodes.  相似文献

使用自制的钴催化裂解碳氢气法制备多壁纳米碳管,并对其进行退火、掺杂等一系列预处理,然后使用高压高纯氢源,在中压(12 MPa)和室温条件下,进行钾掺杂多壁纳米碳管的储氢性能实验.结果表明:预处理对纳米碳管的储氢性能有很大影响.实验条件下,经过氮气退火,并在1.0 mol/L硝酸钾溶液中掺杂的多壁纳米碳管吸氢量最大(H/C质量分数为3.2%).上述样品在室温下的放氢量一般不超过其吸氢量的50.8%.  相似文献

基于孔隙介质的Biot理论1,研究了横观各向同性液体饱和多孔介质中平面波的传播特性。首先导出了波传播的特征方程并给出了其解析解,结果显示:有4种不同波速的平面体波传播;第一准纵波,第二准纵波,准横波和反平面横波。文中给出了波速和衰减的解析表达式,数值计算了频散曲线和衰减曲线,并讨论了各类准体波位移之间的耦合关系。  相似文献

混沌运动能在一定的范围内按自身的规律不重复地遍历所有状态。利用这个特点 ,本文将混沌运动引入到双相介质参数反问题的研究中。首先利用边界元方法实现了由介质参数到地表位移的非线性映射 ,然后通过建立合成位移与实测位移的相关函数将参数识别问题归结为优化问题 ,最后利用混沌运动指导优化搜索求得介质参数。算例结果表明了混沌搜索方法用于双相介质参数反演问题的可行性和有效性  相似文献
