采用水热合成法,在Ti网上原位生长多孔层状Co_3O_4纳米片,并优化了电荷转移电阻。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对产物的结构、形貌进行表征,及对电极的电化学性能进行测试。结果表明,材料是由排列良好的微米矩形二维薄片组成,且具有均匀的孔隙分布。这种独特的微纳米结构的超级电容器电极材料降低了电极的电荷转移电阻,增强了活性物质的结构稳定性,从而提高了电极的电化学性能,在电流密度为100 mA·g-1时,电极循环1 000次后,电容保持率为91.8%,电荷转移电阻(Rct)为0.29Ω。这些显著的超电容性能归因于合理的二维层状结构在柔性基底钛网上的生长及柔性Co_3O_4/Ti电极活性材料的高利用率。 相似文献

The distribution characteristics of Er3+ ions doped in the oxyfluoride glass ceramics containing LaF3 nanocrystals heat-treated at 650 ℃ for different durations were investigated. The results of the integral absorption cross-section analysis demonstrated that the partition fraction of Er3+ in LaF3 nanocrystals increases with prolonging of heating time. The anomalous phenomena of Er3+ emissions in the up-and the down-conversion fluorescence spectra are well explained based on the calculated results. 相似文献

This study aims to generalize TODIM to eliminate two types of scaling effects by incremental analysis. One effect is due to an inappropriate presentation of the losses part in S-shaped value function in traditional TODIM, in which the criteria with smaller weights will contribute larger dominance values in its computing process. The other effect is derived from aggregating partial dominance measurements among heterogeneous criteria in traditional TODIM (a Portuguese acronym of Interactive and Multi-criteria Decision Making). The proposed approach firstly divides the criteria into two categories, benefits and costs, each of which is manipulated separately so as to facilitate incremental analysis. For each category, the pairwise dominance of one alternative is accumulated and normalized to represent the global dominance of each alternative. The global dominance measurements of alternatives in both categories are then combined according to benefit-cost ratio in order to rank alternatives. In addition, sensitivity analyses on the parameters of the gains/losses value function and the cutoff benefit-cost ratio demonstrate the robustness of the proposed model. Fingerprint analysis is considered one of the most powerful approaches to quality control in traditional Chinese medicines (TCMs). In this study, a binary chromatographic fingerprint analysis was developed using hydrophilic interaction chromatography (HILIC) and reversed-phase liquid chromatography (RPLC) to gain more chemical information about polar compounds and weakly polar compounds. This method was used to construct a chromatographic fingerprint of Ligusticum chuanxiong. The two chromatographic methods demonstrated good precision, reproducibility, and stability, with relative standard deviations of <2% for retention time and 7% for peak area for both HILIC and RPLC separations. Data from the analysis of 14 samples by HILIC and RPLC were processed with similarity analysis, with correlation coefficients and congruence coefficients. This binary fingerprint analysis, using two chromatographic modes, is a powerful tool for characterizing the quality of samples, and can be used for the comprehensive quality control of TCMs. 相似文献
