The palladium catalyzed phosphination of functionalized aryl bromides, triflates, and chlorides with triphenylphosphine to yield aryldiphenylphosphines was catalyzed by thermally stable palladium catalysts supported on charcoal and aluminia. The addition of NaI promoted both the rates and yields in the phosphination with Pd/C.  相似文献

Silver nanoparticles were synthesized by the use of a two-armed polymer with a crown ether core [poly(styrene)]-dibenzo-18-crown-6-[poly(styrene)] based on the flexibility of the polymer chains and the complex effect of crown ether with Ag(+) and Ag. The size of silver nanoparticles could be tailored by controlling the initial concentrations of the polymer and Ag(+), and the molecular weight of the polymer. The emission of silver nanoparticles was blue-shifted, and the intensity of the photoluminescence of silver nanoparticles stabilized by the polymer was significantly increased due to the complex effect between the crown ether embedded in the polymer and the silver nanoparticles.  相似文献

软刻蚀是一类基于自组装和复制模塑等原理的非光刻微米和纳米加工方法。它为形成和制作微米、纳米图案提供了简便、有效、价廉的途径。在软刻蚀中,用一个表面带图案的弹性模板来实现图案的转移,其加工的分辨率可达30nm-100μm。软刻蚀是微接触印刷、复制模塑、转移微模塑、毛细微模塑、溶剂辅助微模塑等的总称。本文将简介软刻蚀的原理、方法以及它们在微米和纳米加工、微电子学、材料科学、光学、微电子机械系统、表面化学等方面的应用。  相似文献

The effects of molecular weight and concentration of poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) homopolymer or symmetric short polystyrene-block-poly (methyl methacrylate) (PS-b-PMMA) diblock copolymer on the size of the nanostructures of its blends with symmetric long PS-b-PMMA diblock copolymer have been investigated by atomic force microscopy. By careful controlling of the film thickness, solvent selectivity, and annealing time, PMMA cylindrical microdomains oriented normal to the film surface were obtained in all thin films. With the addition of both low- and high-molecular-weight PMMA homopolymers, the cylindrical domain sizes increased although it was less obvious for the lower molecular weight homopolymer. In contrast to the homopolymer, adding the short chain diblock copolymer resulted in a decrease in the cylindrical domain size, which was ascribed to the reduction of the interfacial tension and increase in the stretching energy.  相似文献

In recent years, magnetic nanoalloys (MNAs) have attracted many attentions from all over the world, due to their potential applications in the broad fields of magneto-optics, data storage, engineering, and biology. Among these MNAs, Pt–M (M = Fe, Co, Ni) MNAs have been considered to be the most promising ones, due to their superparamagnetism and response to a magnetic field. Here, we firstly review the experimental work on the synthesis, characterization, and magnetic properties of Pt–Fe, Pt–Co, and Pt–Ni MNAs. Then, we discuss the recent theoretical work on Pt–Fe, Pt–Co, and Pt–Ni MNAs. Moreover, we also review the main applications of Pt–Fe, Pt–Co, and Pt–Ni MNAs in the fields of biology, information storage, and magnetic separation. It is found that the size, shape, and composition of Pt–Fe, Pt–Co, and Pt–Ni MNAs play a critical role on their fundamental magnetic properties from both the experimental and theoretical points of view. It is expected that this review could be a valuable resource for both experimental and theoretical researchers, who are interested in Pt-based MNAs.  相似文献

以水为反应介质,微波辐射促进8-羟基-7-喹啉甲醛与取代芳酰肼的缩合反应,制备了15种喹啉酰腙席夫碱化合物。反应在15~30min内完成,收率较高、后处理操作简便。化合物结构经1H NMR、13CNMR、IR和高分辨质谱确证。初步抗肿瘤活性测试结果表明,在20μg/mL浓度下,部分化合物对细胞周期分裂蛋白25B(CDC 25B)抑制率达到90%以上,具有潜在的抗肿瘤活性。  相似文献

Characterized with a large gas production and low combustion temperature, the guanidine nitrate (GN) gas-generating agents are studied and applied widely. The determination factors of thermal decomposition properties of guanidine nitrate and basic cupric nitrate (GN/BCN) gas-generating agents for airbag application was investigated by the thermogravimetry–differential scanning calorimetry–mass spectrmetry–Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (TG-DSC-MS-FTIR) and automatic calorimeter. Five different mass ratios were concerned. Our study showed that the onset reaction temperatures of GN/BCN mixtures were lower than that of individual GN and BCN. The thermal decomposition of GN/BCN mixtures could be divided into three stages, including the dissociation and escape of crystal water, solid (GN)-solid (BCN) phase reaction, and liquid (GN)-solid (BCN) phase reaction. When mass ratio of GN/BCN was 62.24/37.73, the largest value of the reaction heat was measured to 3152.7 J g?1, with N2 and H2O as the major gases during thermal decomposition.  相似文献

In this work, an ultrasensitive fluorescent polarization immunoassay (FPIA) method based on the quantum dot/aptamer/antibody/gold nanoparticles ensemble has been developed for the detection of adenosine triphosphate (ATP). DNA hybridization is formed when ATP is present in the PBS solution containing the DNA-conjugated quantum dots (QDs) and antibody-AuNPs. The substantial sensitivity improvement of the antibody-AuNPs-enhanced method is mainly attributed to the slower rotation of fluorescent unit when QDs-labeled oligonucleotides hybridize with antibody modified the gold nanoparticle. As a result, the fluorescent polarization (FP) values of the system increase significantly. Under the optimal conditions, a linear response with ATP concentration is ranged from 8 × 10−12 M to 2.40 × 10−4 M. The detection limit reached as low as 1.8 pM. The developed work provides a sensitive and selective immunoassay protocol for ATP detection, which could be applied in more bioanalytical systems.  相似文献

The indium-mediated Barbier-type allylation reaction of aldehydes with allyl bromide, which gives corresponding homoallyl alcohols, was investigated. The reaction medium and the effects of substituents were discussed in detail. The results showed that various aldehydes, including aromatic, heterocyclic, and aliphatic aldehydes, with different substituents could all react well with excellent yields of 91–97% in aqueous tetrahydrofuran at room temperature within about 1 h.
