Polyaniline (PANI)/Au composite nanotubes were synthesized and developed as an electrode material for a nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH) sensor. A MnO2 self-degradable template method was used to prepare the tube-like PANI nanomaterial. By introducing PANI nanotubes into Au colloid, Au nanoparticles (NPs) were successfully decorated onto the surface of PANI nanotubes through electrostatic effects. The morphology, composition, and optical properties of the resulting products were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, ultraviolet-visible (UV-vis) absorption spectra, and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). In addition, the obtained PANI/Au composites were used as catalysts for the electrochemical oxidation of NADH. Cyclic voltammogram (CV) experiments indicated that PANI/Au-modified glassy carbon electrode showed a higher electrocatalytic activity towards the oxidation of NADH in a neutral environment. Differential pulse voltammogram (DPV) results illustrated that the fabricated NADH sensor had excellent anti-interference ability and displayed a wide linear range from 4?×?10?4 to 8?×?10?3 M with a detection limit of 0.5?×?10?7 M. 相似文献

Sodiumion batteries(SIBs)have attracted intensive attention as promising alternative to lithium-ionbatteries(LIBs)for large scale energy storage systems because of low cost of sodium,similar energy storage mechanism and the reasonable performance.However,it is still a great challenge to search and design a robust structure of anode materials with excellent cycling stability and high rate capability for SIBs.Herein,multilayer porous vanadium nitride(VN)microsheets are synthesized through a facile and scalable hydrothermal synthesis-nitrogenization strategy as an effective anode material for SIBs.The multilayer porous VN microsheets not only offer more active sites for fast Na+insertion/extraction process and short diffusion pathway,but also effectively buffer the volume change of anode due to more space in the multilayer porous structure.The large proportions of capacitive behavior imply that the Na+charge storage depends on the intercalation pseudocapacitive mechanism.The multilayer porous VN microsheets electrodes manifest excellent cycling stability and rate capability,delivering a discharge capacity of 156.1 mA·h/g at 200 mA/g after 100 cycles,and a discharge capacity of 111.9 mA·h/g at 1.0 A/g even after 2300 cycles with the Coulombic efficiency of nearly 100%. 相似文献

Oleic acid (OA)-capped CdS nanoparticles (NPs) have been successfully synthesized via the direct reaction of Cd(CH2COO)2·2H2O with S powder in OA solvent at 230 °C under nitrogen flow, which was a kind of clean and air-stable solvent. The morphologies and structures of the as-synthesized CdS NPs are examined by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), X-ray diffractometer (XRD), and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, and the typical Ostwald ripening growth mechanism is concluded. Moreover, the collected ultraviolet–visible (UV–vis) absorption spectroscopy and photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy demonstrate good optical properties of CdS NPs. 相似文献

A facile and novel way was reported here for the synthesis of hydrophobic Ag nanoparticles (NPs), using AgNO3, tri-n-octylphosphine (TOP) and sulfur (S) powder in process. TOP was used as solvent, reducing agent and stabilizer. S could chelate with excessive TOP to form trioctylphosphine sulfide (TOPS), which served as second capping agent. The hydrophobic Ag NPs could be transformed into hydrophilic state through ligand exchange. Furthermore, surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) spectra of 4-aminothiophenol (4-ATP) were obtained on the hydrophobic and hydrophilic Ag NPs modified substrates, indicating that the as-synthesized Ag NPs had great potential for high sensitive optical detection applications. 相似文献

The direct electron transfer between hemoglobin (Hb) and an electrode was realized by first immobilizing the protein onto
SBA-15.The results of the immobilization showed that the adsorption was pH-dependent with a maximum adsorption near the isoelectric
point of the protein, and SBA-15 with a larger pore diameter showed greater adsorption capacity for Hb. UV–vis spectroscopy
and nitrogen adsorption analysis indicated that Hb was adsorbed within the channel of SBA-15 and no significant denaturation
occurred to the protein. The Hb/SBA-15 composite obtained was used for the fabrication of a Hb biosensor to detect hydrogen
peroxide. A pair of well-defined redox peaks at −0.337 and −0.370 V on the Hb/SBA-15 composite modified glassy carbon electrode
was observed, and the electrode reactions showed a surface-controlled process with a single proton transfer at a scan rate
range from 20 to 1,000 mV/s. The sensor showed a fast amperometric response, a low detection limit (2.3 × 10−9 M) and good stability for the detection of H2O2. The electrochemical results indicated that the immobilized Hb still retained its biological activity. 相似文献

Polyaniline (PANI)/Au composite hollow spheres were successfully synthesized using polystyrene/sulfonated polystyrene core/shell gel particle templates. The PANI shell thickness and the number of Au nanoparticles decorating the PANI could be controlled effectively by adjusting the experimental conditions. The morphology, composition, and optical properties of the resulting products were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and ultraviolet-visible absorption spectra. It was found that the electrical conductivity of the PANI/Au composite hollow spheres was more than 3 times higher than that of the pure PANI hollow spheres. Furthermore, PANI/Au composites were immobilized on the surface of a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) and applied to construct a sensor. The obtained PANI/Au-modified GCEs showed one pair of redox peaks and high catalytic activity for the oxidation of dopamine. The possible formation mechanism of the PANI/Au composite hollow spheres was also discussed. 相似文献
