DNA／聚（3-甲基噻吩）复合膜修饰电极的制备及其应用于研究8-羟基-2＇-脱氧鸟嘌呤核苷的伏安行为及测定

首先通过电聚合方法在玻碳电极表面制备了聚（3-甲基噻吩）（P3MT）修饰膜,然后在一定电位下将DNA分子电沉积到P3MT表面,制备了DNA／（P3MT）复合膜修饰玻碳电极．研究了8-羟基-2’-脱氧鸟嘌呤核苷（8-OH-dG）在该复合膜修饰电极上的伏安行为以及扫描速度、pH值和尿酸对其伏安行为和检测的影响．实验结果表明,该复合膜修饰电极结合了P3MT和DNA两者的优点,使8-OH-dG在复合膜修饰电极上的电化学行为明显改善,而且具有很好的重现性和稳定性．在0．1mol／LpH7．0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液（PBS）中,8-OH-dG的氧化峰电流与其浓度在0．28～4．2μmol／L和4．2～19．6μmol／L两个范围内成良好的线性关系,检出限为56nmol／L（S／N=3）．该研究可以为制备HPLC或毛细管电泳电化学检测器检测8-OH—dG打下一定的基础,因此在检测尿样中8-OH-dG的研究方面具有潜在的应用价值．

从推广的Yang-Baxter关系"RLL=LLR*"出发,利用高秩高斯分解,得到了动力学椭圆代数Aq,p,^π(∧gln)及其对应的Drinfeld流.其中R,R*是A(1)n-1面模型对应的谱参数有一关于代数中心平移的动力学R矩阵.

A cured model is a useful approach for analysing failure time data in which some subjects could eventually experience and others never experience the event of interest. All subjects in the test belong to one of the two groups: the susceptible group and the non-susceptible group. There has been considerable progress in the development of semi-parametric models for regression analysis of time-to-event data. However, most of the current work focuses on right-censored data, especially when the population contains a non-ignorable cured subgroup. In this paper, we propose a semi-parametric cure model for current status data. In general, treatments are developed to both increase the patients' chances of being cured and prolong the survival time among non-cured patients. A logistic regression model is proposed for whether the subject is in the susceptible group. An accelerated failure time regression model is proposed for the event time when the subject is in the non-susceptible group. An EM algorithm is used to maximize the log-likelihood of the observed data. Simulation results show that the proposed method can get efficient estimations.

We propose a dynamical elliptic algebra which is based on the relations RLL = LLR^*, where R and R^* are the dynamical R-matrices of A_n-1⁽¹⁾-type face model with the elliptic module shifted by the center of algebra. nom the high-rank Gauss decomposition,h we obtain the Drinfeld currents of dynarnical elliptic algebra .

Direct numerical simulation methods of hypersonic flat-plate boundary layer in thermally perfect gas

High-temperature effects alter the physical and transport properties of air such as vibrational excitation in a thermally perfect gas,and this factor should be considered in order to compute the flow field correctly.Herein,for the thermally perfect gas,a simple method of direct numerical simulation on flat-plat boundary layer is put forward,using the equivalent specific heat ratio instead of constant specific heat ratio in the N-S equations and flux splitting form of a calorically perfect gas.The results calculated by the new method are consistent with that by solving the N-S equations of a thermally perfect gas directly.The mean flow has the similarity,and consistent to the corresponding Blasius solution,which confirms that satisfactory results can be obtained basing on the Blasius solution as the mean flow directly in stability analysis.The amplitude growth curve of small disturbance is introduced at the inlet by using direct numerical simulation,which is consistent with that obtained by linear stability theory.It verified that the equation established and the simulation method is correct.

From the generalized Yang-Baxter relations RLL=LLR^*,where R and R^* are the dynamical R matrix of A⁽¹⁾_n-1 type face model with the elliptic module shifted by the center of the algebra, using the Ding-Frenkel correspondence, we obtain the Drinfeld currents of algebra A_q,p,π(gl_n).     

The Nondynamical r-Matrix Structure of the Elliptic Ruijsenaars-Schneider Model with N = 2

We demonstrate that in a certain gauge the elliptic Ruijsenaars-Schneider model with N = 2 admits a nondynamical r-matrix structure and the corresponding classical rmatrix is the same as that of its nonrelativistic counterpart (CalogereMoser model) in the same gauge. The relation between our (classical) Lax operator and the Lax operator given by Ruijsenaars is also obtained.     

Properties and evaluation of amidoxime-based UHMWPE fibrous adsorbent for extraction of uranium from seawater

An amidoxime-based ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fibrous adsorbent was successfully prepared by γ-irradiation-induced graft copolymerization of acrylonitrile (AN) and acrylic acid (AA), followed by amidoximation. The grafting of AN and AA on the UHMWPE fiber and the amidoximation of the grafted fiber were confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and thermogravimetric analysis. The mechanical property of the original and modified UHMWPE fibers was compared by single-filament strength test. The adsorption property of the UHMWPE fibrous adsorbent was evaluated by adsorption test in uranyl nitrate solution and seawater. The surface of the modified UHMWPE fibers was covered by the grafting layer and became rough. The tensile strength of the amidoxime-based UHMWPE fibrous adsorbent was influenced by the absorbed dose and hydrochloric acid elution, but was independent of the grafting yield and amidoximation. The uranium adsorption amount of the amidoxime-based UHMWPE fibrous adsorbent after immersing in seawater for 42 days was 2.3 mg-U/g.
