A variety of 2-arylbenzothiazoles were prepared by the direct reaction of 2-aminobenzenethiol and aryl aldehydes by the aid of activated carbon (Shirasagi KL or Darco® KB) under oxygen atmosphere. 2-Pyridylbenzothiazole, thus obtained, was proved to work as an efficient ligand in palladium-catalyzed Mizoroki-Heck reaction.  相似文献

The IR and Raman spectra of ethyl trichloroacetate (E-TCA) and its deuterate (E-TCA-d5) have been measured in the liquid, glassy and crystalline states. Vibrational assignment was made by referring to isotopic wavenumber-shift, characteristic group frequencies of related esters and with the aid of a normal coordinate calculation on E-TCA and E-TCA-d5. It is suggested that in the liquid and glassy states there exist two molecular forms (transtranstrans and transtransgauche) with regard to the internal rotations about the ClC---C---O---CH2CH3 axis, and that the former persists in the crystalline state. The band pairs of E-TCA and the other ethyl esters are discussed in relation to the nature and number of rotational axes, effect of the heavy trichloromethyl group, and enhancement of band intensity by vibrational coupling.  相似文献

A novel glucose dehydrogenase (GDH) from a marine bacteriumCytophaga marinoflava IFO 14170 was isolated from its membrane fraction. This GDH catalyzes the oxidation of a hydroxy group of glucose, but does not react in its C-l position. This enzyme is composed of a single peptide with a mol wt of 67,000. The GDH can react under high salinity. The optimum pH is around 8.0, showing a typical property of marine bacterial enzymes. Using this novel enzyme, an enzymatic determination of 1,5-anhydro-D-glucitol (1,5AG) utilizing 2,6-dichrolophenolindophenol (DCIP) and phenazine methosulfate (PMS) as electron mediators was caried out. A good linear correlation was observed from 0.5 mM to 4 mM of 1,5AG.  相似文献

Fructosamine-6-kinases (FN6Ks) that catalyze phosphorylation of glycated amino acids, i.e., fructosyl amino acids (FAs), have been shown as a potential recognition element for glycated protein detection. However, there are only two available FN6Ks: those from Escherichia coli which is specific for ε-fructosyl lysine (ε-FK) and Bacillus subtilis which recognizes both ε-FK and α-FA as substrates. In this study, we characterized an FN6K homologue isolated from Arthrobacter, some of whose species are reported to assimilate FA. The BLAST searches of Arthrobacter genomic database, using the bacterial FN6K primary structure information, revealed the presence of an FN6K homologue in Arthrobacter aurescens TC1 strain. Indeed, enzymatic assays confirmed that the putative FN6K from A. aurescens is an FN6K that is specific for ε-FK, although the primary sequence alignments showed similarity of A. aurescens FN6Ks with FN6Ks from B. subtilis and E. coli at the same level. In this study, we describe for the first time the presence of FN6K in Arthrobacter spp. and ε-FK-specific degradation pathway from Gram-positive bacteria, providing important information for the development of FA-recognizing molecules as well as for the FA assimilation system in bacteria.  相似文献

Mechanically induced C−C bond formation was demonstrated by the laser driven shock wave generated in liquid normal alkanes at room temperature. Gas chromatography mass spectrometry analysis revealed the dehydrogenation condensation between two alkane molecules, for seven normal alkanes from pentane to undecane. Major products were identified to be linear and branched alkane molecules with double the number of carbons, and exactly coincided with the molecules predicted by supposing that a C−C bond was formed between two starting molecules. The production of the alkane molecules showed that the C−C bond formation occurred almost evenly at all the carbon positions. The dependence of the production on the laser pulse energy clearly indicated that the process was attributed to the shock wave. The C−C bond formation observed was not a conventional passive chemical reaction but an unprecedented active reaction.  相似文献

We derive the low-frequency asymptotic expansion of the exterior boundary value problems in two dimensions for second-order elliptic system concerning the theory of elastostatics.
