The reaction of 2-ethyl-3-tetrahydrofuryl thiocyanate (I) and triphenylacetonitrile (VIII) with methylmagnesium iodide in ether was studied using GC/MS, PMR and13C NMR spectroscopy. The reaction of (I) with CH3MgI gives the product of the homolysis of the C-S bond, namely, bis(2-ethyl-3-tetrahydrofuryl) disulfide (II), in 81% yield. Novel peptide dendrimer with Lys-2His repeating units was recently synthesized, studied by NMR (Molecules, 2019, 24, 2481) and tested as a nanocontainer for siRNA delivery (Int. J. Mol. Sci., 2020, 21, 3138). Histidine amino acid residues were inserted in the spacers of this dendrimer. Increase of their charge with a pH decrease turns a surface-charged dendrimer into a volume-charged one and should change all properties. In this paper, the molecular dynamics simulation method was applied to compare the properties of the dendrimer in water with explicit counterions at two different pHs (at normal pH with neutral histidines and at low pH with fully protonated histidines) in a wide interval of temperatures. We obtained that the dendrimer at low pH has essentially larger size and size fluctuations. The electrostatic properties of the dendrimers are different but they are in good agreement with the theoretical soft sphere model and practically do not depend on temperature. We have shown that the effect of pairing of side imidazole groups is much stronger in the dendrimer with neutral histidines than in the dendrimer with protonated histidines. We also demonstrated that the capacity of a nanocontainer based on this dendrimer with protonated histidines is significantly larger than that of a nanocontainer with neutral histidines. 相似文献

A plane problem for an electrically conducting interface crack in a piezoelectric bimaterial is studied. The bimaterial is polarized in the direction orthogonal to the crack faces and loaded by remote tension and shear forces and an electrical field parallel to the crack faces. All fields are assumed to be independent of the coordinate co-directed with the crack front. Using special presentations of electromechanical quantities via sectionally-analytic functions, a combined Dirichlet–Riemann and Hilbert boundary value problem is formulated and solved analytically. Explicit analytical expressions for the characteristic mechanical and electrical parameters are derived. Also, a contact zone solution is obtained as a particular case. For the determination of the contact zone length, a simple transcendental equation is derived. Stress and electric field intensity factors and, also, the contact zone length are found for various material combinations and different loadings. A significant influence of the electric field on the contact zone length, stress and electric field intensity factors is observed. Electrically permeable conditions in the crack region are considered as well and matching of different crack models has been performed. 相似文献

Adsorption of bovine serum albumin by macroporous glasses and fiber sorbents was studied. Differences in the mechanism of protein Sorption by sorbents depending on the chemical nature of the surface and the texture of the initial matrix were found. Optimum conditions for protein immobilization on thin-layer sorbents were determined. The reversibility of protein adsorption was studied by the radioactive indicator technique. The extent of reversibility of protein adsorption by thin-layer titanium hydroxide coatings was shown to depend significantly on the texture of the initial matrix.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. The reaction ofRS(SR)-2,3-dibromo- and 2,3-dichlorotetrahydrofurans with ethylmagnesium bromide in ether was investigated. Adsorption of bovine serum albumin (BSA) was studied at different acidities of the medium on the non-charged and titanium hydroxide-modified surfaces of the carbon fibers (ACF and ACF-B (Ti)). The fiber covered with titanium hydroxide was shown to have the highest adsorption capacity at pH = 4.7, which is close to the isoelectric point of BSA. The cathodic polarization has the greatest effect on the BSA desorption ability, which enabled the determination of conditions for recovering the adsorption capacity of the fibrous sorbent. 相似文献

Efficient and straightforward methods for characterization of polymers with inherent microporosity are demanded in their targeted design for particular applications. Among critical parameters to be obtained are the size of the pores and polymer stability against photoirradiation. Herewith, we demonstrate the efficiency of electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopy applied to this task. We use stable nitroxide radicals (2,2,6,6-tetramethylpyperidine-1-oxyl) (TEMPO) as reporter spin probes for EPR and investigate a series of perspective polymers with inherent microporosity developed for pressure sensitive paints (PSP), namely, poly(1,1,1,3,3,3-hexafluoroisopropylmethacrylate-co-2,2,3,3,4,4,4-heptafluorobutylmethacrylate) (FIB), its two modifications poly(1,1,1,3,3,3-hexafluoroisopropylmethacrylate-co-2,2,3,3,4,4,4-heptafluorobutylmethacrylate-co-1-(4-(4-chloro-2,3,5,6-tetrafluorophenyl)piperazin-1-yl)prop-2-en-1-one) (NS4) and poly(1,1,1,3,3,3-hexafluoroisopropylmethacrylate-co-2,2,3,3,4,4,4-heptafluorobutylmethacrylate-co-1-(4-(4-tert-butylphenylsulfonyl)piperazin-1-yl)prop-2-en-1-one) (NS5), as well as poly(1-trimethylsilyl-1-propyne) (PTMSP) and poly(1,1,2,2-perfluorooctylmethacrylate) (PFOMA). Nitroxides were incorporated into the pores of the polymers post-synthetically via a gas-phase sorption, and the mobility of nitroxides tracked by EPR yielded information on the pore sizes and polymer degradation under ultraviolet light. The conclusions obtained by EPR have been supported by a variety of other techniques, thus demonstrating EPR to be a very convenient tool for express analysis of porous polymers. 相似文献
