非单调类性质在连续函数研究中起着重要作用．众所周知，Weierstrass函数具有非单调类性质．本文证明了Weierstrass-Mandelbrot型函数具有非单调类性质．     

Direct and Indirect Bactericidal Effects of Cold Atmospheric-Pressure Microplasma and Plasma Jet

The direct and indirect bactericidal effects of dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) cold atmospheric-pressure microplasma in an air and plasma jet generated in an argon-oxygen gas mixture was investigated on Staphylococcus aureus and Cutibacterium acnes. An AC power supply was used to generate plasma at relatively low discharge voltages (0.9–2.4 kV) and frequency (27–30 kHz). Cultured bacteria were cultivated at a serial dilution of 10⁻⁵, then exposed to direct microplasma treatment and indirect treatment through plasma-activated water (PAW). The obtained results revealed that these methods of bacterial inactivation showed a 2 and 1 log reduction in the number of survived CFU/mL with direct treatment being the most effective means of treatment at just 3 min using air. UV–Vis spectroscopy confirmed that an increase in treatment time at 1.2% O₂, 98.8% Ar caused a decrease in O₂ concentration in the water as well as a decrease in absorbance of the peaks at 210 nm, which are attributed NO₂⁻ and NO₃⁻ concentration in the water, termed denitratification and denitritification in the treated water, respectively.     

Heisenberg's Inequality and Logarithmic Heisenberg's Inequality for Ambiguity Function

In this article we discuss the relation between Heisenberg's inequality and logarithmic Heisenberg's (entropy) inequality for ambiguity function. After building up a Heisenberg's inequality, we obtain a connection of variance with entropy by variational method. Using classical Taylor's expansion, we prove that the equality in Heisenberg's inequality holds if and only if the entropy of 2k - 1 order is equal to (2k - 1}!.     

Existence and convexity of local solutions to degenerate Hessian equations

In this work, we prove the existence of convex solutions to the following k-Hessian equation

in the neighborhood of a point $(y_0,u_0,p_0)\in {\mathbb{R}}^n\times \mathbb{R}\times {\mathbb{R}}^n$, where $g\in C^{\infty },g(y_0,u_0,p_0)>0$, $K\in C^{\infty }$ is nonnegative near $y_0$, $K(y_0)=0$ and $\text{Rank}(D_y^{2}K)(y_0)\ge n?k+1$.

汉文-维吾尔文双语语料库中段落对齐技术研究

随着信息技术的普及与推广,双语电子文本资源呈指数形式增长,这给构建大规模双语语料库提供了可能．双语对齐作为语料库加工过程中的关键技术,已经引起研究者的高度重视．针对目前可收集到的双语资源大都没有做到段落对齐,本文提出了基于回车符段落对齐基础上的多层次分段对齐思想,充分利用汉文-维吾尔文双语文本中的语言特点,根据双语文本中的数字信息,找出互为译文的句对,从而达到高质量的段落对齐目的．     

五家渠103团渔场浮游生物初步调查

为了调查１０３团渔场的淡水浮游生物，１９９６年５月经过４个样点的水样采集分析，计有藻类，原生动物，甲壳类，轮虫等７１种，同时对各样点的主要生态因素与浮游生物的分布特征作了初步的探讨。
