The purpose of the study is to describe the effect of a suppressor to environmental noise with a typical Finnish rifle shooting range that has a shooting shelter and some noise berms. The noise measurements were carried out at Kyronpelto shooting range situated near Mikkeli in Finland. The range is equipped with wooden shooting shelter, the shooting distance is 150 m, and it has berms on sides and at the impact end. The terrain is relatively flat in the area. The best noise area reduction caused by a suppressor could be seen at angles of 315–45° from the shooting direction. The projectile noise dominates at angles 45–70°, and the effect of the suppressor is very small. To the side and back the shooting shelter has already gained significant noise attenuation, and therefore the suppressor cannot reduce the noise area much more. When there was a relatively tight shooting shelter to the side and back, the suppressor did not reduce the environmental noise area significantly any more. It can be calculated that the noise area of 65 dB (LAImax) is reduced from 95 ha to 50 ha (0.95 km2–0.50 km2) with the help of a suppressor. However, most of the area is situated to the shooting sector and it has to be unoccupied for safety reasons.  相似文献

A series of 7‐(2‐oxoalkoxy)coumarins have been synthesized by conjugating substituted 7‐hydroxycoumarins with different chloroketones. The anti‐inflammatory properties of 7‐(2‐oxoalkoxy)coumarins were studied in LPS‐induced inflammatory response in J774 macrophages. Western blot was used to determine the expression of iNOS and COX‐2, NO was determined by measuring its metabolite nitrite by Griess reaction and IL‐6 was measured by ELISA. Seventeen of the studied compounds inhibited NO and IL‐6 production over 50% at 100 μM concentrations. IC50 values of the best inhibitors were 21 μM/24 μM (NO/IL‐6) for compound 12 and 30 μM/10 μM (NO/IL‐6) for compound 20 . The main result was that the substitution with 7‐(2‐oxoalkoxy) group improved the anti‐inflammatory properties of most of the investigated 7‐hydroxycoumarins.  相似文献

The infrared spectrum of CO2 in the region 540–830 cm?1 has been studied with a Fourier spectrometer at a resolution of 0.010 cm?1. In addition to the fundamental ν2, more than 10 “hot” band transitions of 12C16O2 have been identified. The rotational constants involved have been derived. Special care has been taken in obtaining accurate constants for the level 0110. The ν2 fundamentals of the isotopic molecules 13C16O2, 16O12C18O, and 16O12C17O have also been observed in a natural sample.  相似文献

New high yield preparation methods were developed for the pharmaceutically interesting compounds, 1‐benzyl‐, 1‐methyl‐, and 1H‐5‐[(2‐oxo‐2‐phenyl)ethyl]imidazoles 1a‐c , respectively. The title compounds were synthesized by four different methods using various starting materials. Two of the methods involved transformation reactions of the key intermediates, 1‐substituted‐5‐[(2‐nitro‐2‐phenyl)ethenyl]imidazoles 2a‐c and 1‐substituted‐5‐[(2‐nitro‐2‐phenyl)ethyl]imidazoles 3a‐c , while the other two utilized the oxidation of 1‐substituted‐5‐[(2‐hydroxy‐2‐phenyl)ethyl]imidazoles 4a‐c , with chromic oxide, and the umpolung reaction of benzaldehyde followed by a condensation reaction of the umpolung intermediate with imidazolecarboxaldehydes 6a‐c.  相似文献

Imidazole‐4(5)‐carboxaldehyde and 4(5)‐cyanoimidazole were N‐benzylated and N‐methylated using benzyl chloride and methyl iodide on zinc oxide (ZnO), alumina, and KF/alumina under basic conditions without solvent. Triethylamine (Et3N) or potassium carbonate was added as base in the reactions on ZnO and alumina. Imidazole‐4(5)‐carboxaldehyde was also benzylated on silica and carbon nanotubes. The effect of bases and solids on the product distribution of 1,4‐ and 1,5‐substituted compounds was investigated. In some cases, the product ratios were different for imidazole‐4(5)‐carboxaldehyde and 4(5)‐cyanoimidazole. In the reactions on KF/alumina the 1,4‐product was favored for both compounds. The combination of Et3N and ZnO favored the 1,5‐product, however for the nitrile effect was not so pronounced. When N‐benzylation and methylation of the aldehyde were performed in the presence of catalytic amount of zinc chloride with Et3N as base, the product distributions were the same as in the reactions on ZnO. Nitrile gave different product ratios on ZnO and in the presence of ZnCl2. In addition, a mixture of N‐benzylimidazole and 1,3‐dibenzylimidazolium was produced when imidazole was benzylated on KF/alumina. Only the latter product was afforded when two equivalents of benzyl chloride were used.  相似文献
