The method of complex scaling, usually used in atomic and molecular resonance calculations, is generalized to the Dirac equation. It is shown that Dirac resonances are associated with nonreal eigenvalues of the scaled Dirac Hamiltonian. The perturbation theory for the resonance parameters is also discussed.  相似文献

The structure and properties of non-pyrophoric skeleton catalysts prepared from NiSi, NiAlSi, NiMg and NiZn alloys have been studied—apart from other thermal methods—by means of the derivatograph.Our experimental results have contributed to the explanation of the non-pyrophoric behaviour of these catalysts. We demonstrated that the desorption of the hydrogen content in our catalysts is not accompanied by the oxidation of active nickel. This oxidation takes place only at higher temperatures, above 200°C, at a rate proportional to the amount of active nickel.Other constituents of the catalysts (adsorbed water, hydroxide content) were also determined from the experimental data. The outstandingly high Mg(OH)2 content of the NiMg catalyst indicates that its structure is dissimilar: Mg(OH)2 also acts as support for the catalyst.  相似文献

Peptides from the hinge region of human IgG1 are potential defined carriers of synthetic immunogens. Their synthesis was carried out on the soluble support—PEG-OMe 2000 using disulfide bond synthons. The loading capacity of the polymer was increased twofold by anchoring the lysine as a simple branching unit. The amino acid leucine was used as an enzymatically cleavable linker. Peptide detachment from the polymer was performed either by classical ester bond saponification or newly by peptide bond cleavage catalyzed by thermolysin in water.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Es wurde röntgenorgraphisch und mit Hilfe derDTA, festgestellt, daß die Mellitsäure nur in einer Modifikation, der orthorhombischen1, vorliegt. Die Darstellung der Mellitsäure2,3 wurde in Einzelheiten modifiziert. Die Reinheit der Präparate wurde spektroskopisch, im IR- bzw. UV-Gebiet, und mit Hilfe der Papierchromatographie geprüft.
by means of X-ray analysis and DTA it was found that mellitic acid exists only in the orthorhombic modification. The preparation of mellitic acid was modified in part. The purity ot the samples obtained was checked by IR-and UV-spectroscopy and by paper chromatography.

A mixture of both geometrical isomers of hydrazones 3a‐3e was obtained by the coupling reactions of pyrazole‐3‐diazonium salts 2a‐2d and benzenediazonium chloride 2e with 2‐pyridylacetonitrile 1 . An improved version of the disposable multichannel immunochemical biosensor for the herbicide 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) based on a screen-printed amperometric transducer and monoclonal antibodies (MAb) against 2,4-D is reported. Entrapment within a thin Nafion film was used for the direct immobilization of MAb at the electrode surface. The amount of the tracer (2,4-D conjugated to acetylcholinesterase) bound in a competitive immunochemical reaction was determined amperometrically using acetylthiocholine iodide as substrate. The measuring procedure (times of incubation with tracer and substrate, pH, tracer concentration) was optimized. The sensor was able to detect less than 0.01 μg/L of free 2,4-D in water. One analysis (8 samples) was completed in 30 min (20 min for immunochemical reaction, 5 min incubation with substrate, 5 min measurement). The performance of the immunosensor (two configurations) was evaluated on real samples (tap water) with added 2,4-D. The determined amounts (mean values 0.097 to 0.105 and 0.89 to 1.13) corresponded well with the added contents of 2,4-D (0.100 and 1.00 μg/L, respectively).  相似文献

Using electron microscopy methods it has been determined that there are numerous crystalline inclusions in evaporated layers of amorphous selenium. The density, dimensions, modification and distribution in the cross section of a layer are essentially dependent upon the method of layer preparation. The maximum micro-inclusion density is observed in layers evaporated at a substrate temperature (ts) between 8 to 30°C. These layers also possess crystallites of monoclinic modification. In layers evaporated at ts ? 50°C inclusions of trigonal modification prevail.The parameters of the deep trapping levels for holes and electrons have been determined from photodischarge kinetics. The origin of these levels is found to be related to the phase transition. The hole traps are caused by the crystalline formation of trigonal modification, and the electron traps by crystallites of monoclinic modification.  相似文献
