We consider a pricing and advertising dynamic-optimization problem where the goodwill dynamics evolve à la Nerlove–Arrow. The firm maximizes its profit over a finite-planning horizon corresponding to the product’s lifespan, and it turns out that the Hamiltonian is non-concave. We show the existence and uniqueness of an optimal solution under some mild conditions.  相似文献

The Sasa-satsuma(SS) dynamical equation interpret propagation of ultra-short and femto-second pulses in optical fibers. This dynamical model has important physical significance.In this article, two mathematical techniques namely, improved F-expansion and improved auxiliary methods are utilized to construct the several types of solitons such as dark soliton, bright soliton, periodic soliton, Elliptic function and solitary waves solutions of Sasa-satsuma dynamical equation. These results have imperative applications in sciences and other fields, and constructive to recognize the physical structure of this complex dynamical model. Phytochemical investigations on Hypericum oblongifolium led to the isolation of a flavone named folicitin (1) and a bicyclic conjugated lactone, folenolide (2) from the ethyl acetate fraction of methanolic extract. Both metabolites were characterised as new compounds based on detailed spectroscopic analyses. In vitro anti-oxidant potential of both the compounds was evaluated by the DPPH radical scavenging assay. Compound 1 exhibited significant antioxidant activity while compound 2 was found inactive.  相似文献

Erythrocentaurin is a relatively simple natural product present among the members of Gentianaceae. A preparative method for the isolation of erythrocentaurin from the ethyl acetate fraction of Enicostemma littorale using medium‐pressure liquid chromatography has been reported. The method consisted of a simple step gradient from 10 to 20% ethyl acetate in n‐hexane. Using a 70 × 460 mm Si60 column, this method is capable of processing 20 g of material in <3 h (purity ≈ 97%). The recovery of erythrocentaurin was 87.77%. Estimation of erythrocentaurin in extracts and fractions based on high‐pressure thin‐layer chromatography was carried out on silica gel 60 F254 plates with toluene/ethyl acetate/formic acid (80:18:2 v/v/v) as the mobile phase. The densitometric analysis was performed at 230 nm. A well‐separated compact band of erythrocentaurin appeared at Rf 0.54 ± 0.04. The analytical method showed good linearity in the concentration range of 200–1500 ng/band with a correlation coefficient of 0.99417. The limits of detection and quantification were found to be ≈60 and ≈180 ng/band, respectively. Erythrocentaurin exhibited a concentration‐dependent α‐amylase inhibition (IC50 1.67 ± 0.28 mg/mL). The outcome of the study should be considered for pharmacokinetic and biotransformation studies involving E. littorale.  相似文献

Extract of natural plants is one of the most important metallic corrosion inhibitors. They are readily available, nontoxic, environmentally friendly, biodegradable, highly efficient, and renewable. The present project focuses on the corrosion inhibition effects of Peganum Harmala leaf extract. The equivalent circuit with two time constants with film and charge transfer components gave the best fitting of impedance data. Extraction of active species by sonication proved to be an effective new method to extract the inhibitors. High percent inhibition efficacy IE% of 98% for 283.4 ppm solutions was attained using impedance spectroscopy EIS measurements. The values of charge transfer Rct increases while the double layer capacitance Cdl values decrease with increasing Harmal extract concentration. This indicates the formation of protective film. The polarization curves show that the Harmal extract acts as a cathodic-type inhibitor. It is found that the adsorption of Harmal molecules onto the steel surface followed Langmuir isotherm. Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy FTIR was used to determine the electron-rich functional groups in Harmal extract, which contribute to corrosion inhibition effect. Scanning electron microscopy SEM measurement of a steel surface clearly proves the anticorrosion effect of Harmal leaves.  相似文献

A reaction exemplifying migration of boron-substituted carbon is described. We show that α-boroalkyl groups of transient boroalkyl acyl azide intermediates readily migrate from carbon to nitrogen. This process allows access to a new class of stable molecules, α-boryl isocyanates, from α-borylcarboxylic acid precursors. The methodology facilitates synthesis of a wide range of α-aminoboronic acid derivatives, including α,α-disubstituted analogues.  相似文献

Unprotected aziridine aldehydes belong to the amphoteric class of molecules by virtue of their dual nucleophilicity/electrophilicity. The dimeric nature of these molecules, brought together by a weak and reversible aminal "connection", was found to be an important element of reactivity control. We present evidence that reversible dimer dissociation is instrumental in aziridine aldehyde transformations. We anticipate further developments that will unveil other synthetic consequences of remote control of selectivity through forging reversible covalent interactions.  相似文献

We here describe structural (X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy) and dc resistivity measurements of polymerized AC60 (A = K, Rb) at zero and high pressures. NADPH‐cytochrome P450 reductase (CPR) serves as electron donor for cytochrome P450 catalyzed monooxygenase reactions utilizing flavin mononucleotide (FMN) and flavin adenine dinucleotide (FAD) as electron transfer cofactors. Here, stable films of human and rabbit CPRs with didodecyldimethylammonium bromide (DDAB), dimyristoylphosphatidyl choline (DMPC), and poly(diallyldimethylammonium) (PDDA) were made on pyrolytic graphite (PG) electrodes for comparative structural and electrochemical studies. CD and UV‐VIS absorbance spectra suggested that near native CPR conformation is retained in PDDA films, and some conformational changes occur in DMPC or DDAB films. Cyclic voltammetry of these films gave quasireversible pairs of peaks at average formal potential ?0.246±0.008 V vs. NHE. In human CPR‐DDAB (H‐CPR‐DDAB), a second pair of peaks at +0.317 V vs. NHE was found that depended strongly on identity of buffer and salt. Excepting H‐CPR in DDAB, films showed similar voltammetry, formal potentials, and ks values. While CPR‐PDDA films had near native CPR structures, electrochemical parameters did not differ significantly from CPR‐DMPC films. The relative independence of film voltammetry from the influence of film materials for CPRs is in contrast with heme iron proteins that, while retaining near native structures, have formal potentials that depend significantly on identity of the film material.  相似文献
