The paper is devoted to the study of elliptic quadratic operator equations over the finite dimensional Euclidean space. We provide necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of solutions of elliptic quadratic operator equations. The iterative Newton-Kantorovich method for stable solutions is also presented.

The differential energy spectrum of cosmic rays that is obtained on the basis of the measurements of Cherenkov radiation from extensive air showers in an energy range of 1015–1020 eV is compared with the model of the propagation of primary particles in the interstellar medium with fractal properties. It is found that the shape of the experimental spectrum is in good agreement with the shape of the calculated spectrum of “all particles” at 1015–1018 eV. The average mass composition of cosmic rays that is calculated on the basis of five components does not contradict the average mass composition obtained from the experimental data for several parameters in this energy range. The structure of phytic acid and of cobalt and iron phytates and pharmacopoeial phytin have been studied by diffuse reflection electron spectroscopy and IR spectroscopy. Characteristics of the muon component in extensive air showers and the fluctuations of muons are considered. In this work, we compare experimental data with computations performed for various models of the hadron interactions of protons and iron nuclei. We propose the construction of a quantum Markov chain that corresponds to a “forward” quantum Markov chain. In the given construction, the quantum Markov chain is defined as the limit of finite-dimensional states depending on the boundary conditions. A similar construction is widely used in the definition of Gibbs states in classical statistical mechanics. Using this construction, we study the quantum Markov chain associated with an XY-model on a Cayley tree. For this model, within the framework of the given construction, we prove the uniqueness of the quantum Markov chain, i.e., we show that the state is independent of the boundary conditions.  相似文献

The lateral distribution of muons in extensive air showers with energies above 1017 eV detected by underground scintillation detectors with a threshold of 1.0 GeV at the Yakutsk array in 1986–2016 has been analyzed. The experimental data on the muon flux density at a distance of 300 m from the shower axis have been compared to the calculations within various models of hadron interactions at ultrahigh energies. The experimental data are in the best agreement with the QGSJet01 and QGSJet II-04 models. The mass composition of cosmic rays in the energy range of (1–30) × 1017 eV changes from middle nuclei to a purely proton composition.

Results obtained from an analysis of the energy spectrum of cosmic rays with energies in the region of E0 ≥ 1017 eV over the period of continuous observations from 1974 to 2017 are presented. A refined expression for estimating the primary-particle energy is used for individual events. This expression is derived from calculations aimed at determining the responses of the ground-based and underground scintillation detectors of the Yakutsk array for studying extensive air showers (EAS) and performed within theQGSJET-01-d, QGSJET-II-04, SIBYLL-2.1, and EPOS-LHCmodels by employing the CORSIKA code package. The new estimate of E0 is substantially lower than its counterpart used earlier.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider the classical Ising model on the Cayley tree of order \(k\) ( \(k\ge 2\) ), and show the existence of the phase transition in the following sense: there exists two quantum Markov states which are not quasi-equivalent. A reversed-phase hydrolytically stable packing material prepared by chemisorption of a trifluorostyrene-containing copolymer on to the surface of porous silica was tested by high-performance liquid chromatography of various aromatic compounds. It was found that the polytrifluorostyrene (PTFS) phase has an intermediate adsorption activity between those of polytetrafluoroethylene and polystyrene phases. A high selectivity of PTFS-coated silica in the separation of haloaryl compounds was observed. Wide-pore silica coated with PTFS was found to give an efficient resolution of peptides and proteins.  相似文献
