Searching new light‐absorbing materials to replace toxic lead halide in solar cells is very important and highly desirable. In this research, we firstly demonstrated that tellurium iodide (TeI4) could be used as a light‐absorbing material in solar cells due to its suitable optical band gap and the active lone‐pair electron orbital in Te4+. The best power conversion efficiency (PCE=3.56%) was achieved with a concentration of 0.9 M TeI4 in DMF:DMSO (4 : 1, v,v) without any heat treatment or antisolvent dripping. Our study indicates the promising potential of TeI4 for photovoltaic and optoelectronic applications. 相似文献

A novel and highly efficient thiophenquinolone-based red iridium(III) complex bearing a bulky fluorophenyl moiety is designed and synthesized. The complex shows intensive red phosphorescence (596 nm with shoulder at 642 nm), high photoluminescence efficiency (0.62) and broad full width at half maximum (81 nm). The bulky fluorophenyl moiety introduced into the complex could improve the efficiency of electroluminescence with the maximum current efficiency, power efficiency and the external quantum efficiency up to 29.0 cd/A, 30.4 lm/W and 17.6% due to the effective steric hindrance in solid states. 相似文献

The Harary index is defined as the sum of reciprocals of distances between all pairs of vertices of a connected graph. For a connected graph G=(V,E) and two nonadjacent vertices vi and vj in V(G) of G, recall that G+vivj is the supergraph formed from G by adding an edge between vertices vi and vj. Denote the Harary index of G and G+vivj by H(G) and H(G+vivj), respectively. We obtain lower and upper bounds on H(G+vivj)−H(G), and characterize the equality cases in those bounds. Finally, in this paper, we present some lower and upper bounds on the Harary index of graphs with different parameters, such as clique number and chromatic number, and characterize the extremal graphs at which the lower or upper bounds on the Harary index are attained. 相似文献

Ellagic acid (C(14)H(6)O(8)), a naturally occurring phytochemical, found mainly in berries and some nuts, has anticarcinogenic and antioxidant properties. It is found that fluorescence of Ellagic acid (EA) is greatly enhanced by micelle of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) surfactant. Based on this effect, a sensitive proposed fluorimetric method was applied for the determination of Ellagic acid in aqueous solution. In the Borax-HCl buffer, the fluorescence intensity of Ellagic acid in the presence of CTAB is proportional to the concentration of Ellagic acid in range from 8.0×10(-10) to 4.0×10(-5) mol L(-1); and the detection limits are 3.2×10(-10) mol L(-1) and 5.9×10(-10) mol L(-1) excited at 266 nm and 388 nm, respectively. The actual samples of pomegranate rinds are simply manipulated and satisfactorily determined. The interaction mechanism studies argue that the negative EA-Borax complex is formed and solubilized in the cationic surfactant CTAB micelle in this system. The fluorescence intensity of EA enhances because the CTAB micelle provides a hydrophobic microenvironment for EA-Borax complex, which can prevent collision with water molecules and decrease the energy loss of EA-Borax complex. 相似文献

A modal theory for gratings of deep grooves and arbitrary shape is developed. The theory is implemented with an algorithm of recursion reflection-transmission coefficient matrix (RTCM). Several cases of plane wave with arbitrary polarization and arbitrary angle of incidence diffracted from gratings of deep grooves and arbitrary profile are calculated.
