Tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) and polyethoxysiloxanes (PEOSs; prepared by the acid‐catalyzed hydrolytic polycondensation of TEOS) were subjected to the sol–gel process in the presence of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB), respectively. The PEOSs with Mw 700–26,000, as prepared by sol–gel coating of TEOS and PEOS under various conditions, were used. Uniform and crack‐free thin films of thickness 276–613 nm were prepared by spin‐coating of a PEOS solution containing CTAB. When the coating films were sintered at 400 °C, the combustion of ethoxy groups and CTAB took place to provide porous silica thin films. The structure of the thin films was found to be dependent on the molecular weight of PEOS and the molar ratio of CTAB/Si: lamellar or hexagonal phase was observed for Mw less than 15,000 and for CTAB/Si molar ratios greater than 0.10. Honeycomb structures were observed for Mw less than 5000 and for CTAB/Si molar ratios of 0.15. The reaction of tetrasulfur tetranitride ( 1 ) with various aryl and alkyl benzyl ketones ( 2a-o ), oxindole ( 11 ), benzyl α-pyridyl ketone ( 12 ) and α-phenacylpyridine ( 13 ) afforded the corresponding 1,2,5-thiadiazoles ( 3a-n, 11 and 14 ). The scope and limitations of the above reaction were investigated and the evidences suggesting the radical anion mechanism are presented.  相似文献

Two new glucocerebrosides, luidiacerebroside A (2) and B (6), were isolated from the cerebroside molecular species obtained from the less polar fraction of the CHCl3/MeOH extract of the starfish Luidia maculata using HPLC. Four known cerebrosides, CE-2b (1), astrocerebroside B (3), acanthacerebroside B (4), and CE-3-2 (5) have also been isolated and characterized. The structures of these cerebrosides were determined on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic evidence. Mass spectrometry of dimethyl disulfide derivatives was useful for the determination of the double-bond position in the long-chain base.  相似文献

Reaction of sulfinylaminobenzoyl chlorides with lead thiocyanate gave sulfinylaminobenzoyl isothiocyanates (SBIs), from which were derived aminobenzoyl isothiocyanate hydrochlorides (ABIHs). AB polyacylthioureas (PATUs) with inherent viscosities of up to 0.28 dL/g were obtained by treating the SBI with an equivalent of water in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP). Low-temperature solution polyaddition of the ABIH afforded AB PATU with inherent viscosities of up to 0.66 dL/g, which were further increased to as high as 0.75 dL/g by adding lithium bases to the polymerization mixtures. Polyaddition of isophthaloyl diisothiocyanate with intermediate diamines formed by hydrolyzing the adducts of SBI and aromatic diamines afforded copolyacylthioureas with inherent viscosities of up to 1.15dL/g. The copolymers were generally soluble in NMP, whereas solubilities of the AB PATU in analogous solvents were relatively low. Thermogravimetric analyses in both air and nitrogen exhibited weight losses of 5% at 204–236°C for AB PATU and at 170–192°C for the copolymers.  相似文献

8-Anilino-1-naphthalenesulfonic acid (ANS) is used as a hydrophobic fluorescence probe due to its high intensity in hydrophobic environments, and also as a microenvironment probe because of its unique ability to exhibit peak shift and intensity change depending on the surrounding solvent environment. The difference in fluorescence can not only be caused by the microenvironment but can also be affected by the binding affinity, which is represented by the binding constant (K). However, the overall binding process considering the binding constant is not fully understood, which requires the ANS fluorescence binding mechanism to be examined. In this study, to reveal the rate-limiting step of the ANS–protein binding process, protein concentration-dependent measurements of the ANS fluorescence of lysozyme and bovine serum albumin were performed, and the binding constants were analyzed. The results suggest that the main factor of the binding process is the microenvironment at the binding site, which restricts the attached ANS molecule, rather than the attractive diffusion-limited association. The molecular mechanism of ANS–protein binding will help us to interpret the molecular motions of ANS molecules at the binding site in detail, especially with respect to an equilibrium perspective.  相似文献

Colorimetric calibration of color imaging devices is important to realize device independent color reproductions. However the calibration for digital or video cameras is difficult because a color image is acquired for unknown objects under various unknown illuminants. An experiment was carried out based on two computational color constancy models, the finite-dimensional linear model and the spectral sharpening model, to estimate colorimetric values using image data of a color chart captured by video camera. We estimated the colorimetric values by using a single reference reflectance with known spectral reflectance in a color chart under an unknown illuminant. The accuracy was evaluated by color differences in CIELAB color space and was compared on three different color charts under three different illuminants including a fluorescent lamp. It was confirmed that the two computational models do not require prior knowledge of illuminants and surfaces. The finite-dimensional linear model gave more accurate results than the spectral sharpening model in the simulations and experiments.  相似文献
