High-power 2.8 W blue-violet InGaN LD was fabricated, applying AlN facet coating technology. The AlN was found to be crystallized on the facets and very stable even after 2200 h cw operation. Luminous flux over 380 lm is obtained with a phosphor-converted LD excitation white light source using just a single laser chip at 1A operating current.  相似文献

Melanocytes are unique cells that produce specific melanin-containing intracellular organelles called melanosomes. Melanosomes are transported from the perinuclear area of melanocytes toward the plasma membrane as they become more melanized in order to increase skin pigmentation. In this vesicular trafficking of melanosomes, Rab27a, melanophilin, and myosin Va play crucial roles in linking melanosomes to actin-based motors. To identify novel compounds to inhibit binding interface between Rab27a and melanophilin, a pharmacophore model was built based on a modeled 3D structure of the protein complex that describes the essential binding residues in the intermolecular interaction. A pharmacophore model was employed to screen a chemical library database. Finally, 25 virtual hits were selected for biological evaluations. The biological activities of 11 analogues were evaluated in a second assay. Two compounds were identified as having concentration-dependent inhibitory activity. By analyzing structure–activity relationships of derivatives of BMD-20, two hydroxyl functional groups were found to be critical for blocking the intermolecular binding between Rab27a and melanophilin.  相似文献

Simply connected closed symplectic 4-manifolds with and K2 = 0 are investigated. As aresult, it is confirmed that most of homotopy elliptic surfaces{E(1)k|K is a fibred knot in S3} constructed by R. Fintusheland R. Stern in Invent. We prove that the Fintushel?CStern construction of a Horikawa surface, which is obtained from elliptic surface via a rational blow-down surgery in the smooth category, can be performed in the complex category. The main technique involved is ${\mathbb{Q}}$ -Gorenstein smoothings.  相似文献

In this paper we investigate the existence and the uniqueness problems for simply connected irreducible -manifolds. By taking fiber sums along an embedded surface of square and by a rational blow-down procedure, we construct many new irreducible -manifolds which have infinitely many distinct smooth structures. Furthermore, we prove that all but at most finitely many lattice points lying in the non-positive signature region with are covered by these irreducible -manifolds.

In this article we construct an infinite family of simply connected minimal symplectic 4-manifolds, each of which admits at least two nonisomorphic Lefschetz fibration structures with the same generic fiber. We obtain such examples by performing knot surgery on an elliptic surface E(n) using a special type of 2-bridge knots. In this paper we construct a family of simply connected spin non-complex symplectic 4-manifolds which cover all but finitely many allowed lattice points () lying in the region . In this article we construct a new simply connected symplectic 4-manifold with b2+=1 and c12=2 which is homeomorphic, but not diffeomorphic, to a rational surface by using rational blow-down technique. In this article, for each finitely presented group , we construct a family of minimal symplectic -manifolds with which cover most lattice points with large in the region . Furthermore, we show that all these -manifolds admit infinitely many distinct smooth structures.
