CONSTRUCTION OF SOME KIESSWETTER-LIKE FUNCTIONS-THE CONTINUOUS BUT NON-DIFFERENTIABLE FUNCTION DEFINED BY QUINARY DECIMAL

In this paper, we construct some continuous but non-differentiable functions defined by quinary decimal, that are Kiesswetter-like functions. We discuss their properties, then investigate the Hausdorff dimensions of graphs of these functions and give a detailed proof.     

A note on an SOR-like method for augmented systems

Golub et al. (2001, BIT, 41, 71–85) gave a generalizedsuccessive over-relaxation method for the augmented systems.In this paper, the connection between the SOR-like method andthe preconditioned conjugate gradient (PCG) method for the augmentedsystems is investigated. It is shown that the PCG method isat least as accurate (fast) as the SOR-like method. Numericalexamples demonstrate that the PCG method is much faster thanthe SOR-like method.     

A Note on Rings and Modules Graded by Some Special Groups

In this note we prove that the prime madicals of some graded rings and the scoles of some graded modules are also graded. The results on the relations between the prime radical and the graded prime radical are also presented. Moreover, the relations between a graded ring and its initial subring are studied.

铝交联皂石的合成和表征及催化性能

用XRD、化学分析、IR、MASNMR、TPD等手段表征了合成皂石及其铝交联物的结构。结果表明:皂石的交联密度与四面体层电荷和交联条件(Al/土比)有关。在乙醇氨化反应中,交联皂石显示了较好的催化活性和选择性。皂石的交联密度与液相产物分布的关系表明层柱材料对此反应具有择形催化作用。醇氨化反应可能是在吸附态NH_3和气相醇分子间进行的。     

Probing macromolecular adsorbed layer structure and history dependence via the interfacial cavity function

Adsorbed layers of proteins and other macromolecules often relax structurally more slowly than they form, rendering layer growth an out-of-equilibrium process. We show here how the interfacial cavity function, Phi (the average Boltzmann factor for a single probe molecule), may be determined, using kinetic data available from optical waveguide lightmode spectroscopy, and used as a continuous, in situ measure of history dependent adsorbed layer structure. The increase of Phi observed with residence time for fibronectin and lysozyme layers suggests post-adsorption clustering on a time scale longer than that predicted by a surface diffusion model.

十二烷基硫酸钠毛细管电泳法分析非还原单克隆抗体药物纯度的前处理条件优化

十二烷基硫酸钠毛细管电泳法因具有快速、分辨率高的优势，已成为单克隆抗体纯度分析的主流方法。在非还原单克隆抗体纯度检测中，其样品前处理过程对于结果有显著影响。为优化样品前处理，考察了以碘乙酰胺和N-乙基马来酰亚胺为巯基封闭剂，在pH 6.0~9.0的样品缓冲液条件下，不同种类和批次的单抗的纯度。发现在两种巯基封闭剂中，高pH的样品缓冲液会影响巯基封闭的效果，产生较多的抗体片段；而在低pH条件下，抗体片段较少，单抗的纯度更高。因此在进行非还原单抗的纯度检测中，pH 6.0的样品缓冲液为最佳的前处理条件。     

2,2’-联吡啶-1,1’-二氧化物与Mn(Ⅱ)的三聚体配合物的合成及性能

Effects of Hydrogen and Hydrogen Sulfide on Cumene Cracking Catalyzed by Pt/WO3-ZrO2. Control of Acidic and Metallic Functions

Synthesis of alumina aerogels was carried out by hydrolysis of aluminium isopropanolate and butanolate in benzene, methanol and isopropanol solutions as components of support precursors followed by gelation, drying under supercritical conditions and calcination. The influence of the type of precursor and solvent, synthesis temperature as well as drying and calcination temperature on bulk density, specific surface area and total pore volume was investigated.
