}MSo浸种对大麦种子萌发及若干性状的影响

本文报道二甲亚矾(DMSO)浸种影响大麦“早熟3号”种子的萌发以及浸种后种子的渗漏和呼吸强度等的变化.结果表明:在24℃条件干浸种，。.1%和5芳的DMSO明显促进种子的萌发，5劣DMSO浸种的促进作用尤为明显.然而这种影响效应在zs c条件下浸种则完全相反，对种子萌发有抑制作用，表现明显的温度效应.     

EXTENSION OF MULTIPLIERS AND INJECTIVE HILBERT MODULES

The author studies the problem whether a multiplier of a hereditary C^*-subalgebra B of a C^*-algebra A can be extended to a multiplier of A. One related problem is the Hahn-Banach extension theorem for Hilbert modules over C^*-algebras. It is shown that every self-dual Hilbert module over W^*-algebra or an injective C^*-algebra is injective.     

Triangular halogen trimers. A DFT study of the structure, cooperativity, and vibrational properties

Triangular halogen trimers (RX)3, where X = Br, I and R represents H, H3C, H2FC, HF2C, F3C, CH2=CH, CH[triple bond]C, and Ph, have been investigated using the density functional theory in the Perdew, Burke, and Ernzerhof method. We report herein the optimized geometries of the stable structures, their vibrational frequencies, and binding energies with the two- and three-body terms. All trimer structures possess a cyclic array of halogen atoms in the type II approach by virtue of the nonspherical atomic charge distribution around the halogens. The Br...Br interactions in trimers are very weak, whereas the I...I interactions in trimers are relatively stronger. While all bromine trimers and most of iodine trimers are predicted to be noncooperative, three of iodine trimers show weak cooperativity. The analysis of vibration modes reveals that all halogen trimers exhibit no especially remarkable frequency shifts. It is also shown that the electrostatic contribution plays a major role in the halogen...halogen interactions in halogen trimers. In contrast to bromine trimers, the relative contribution of charge-transfer component to the halogen...halogen interactions becomes more important for iodine trimers.     

Enhanced stability designs of cell membrane chromatography for screening drug leads

Cell membrane chromatography is an effective method for screening bioactive components acting on specific receptors in complex systems, which maintains the biological activity of the membrane receptors and improves screening efficiency. However, traditional cell membrane chromatography suffers from poor stability, resulting in a limited life span and low reproducibility, greatly limiting the application of this method. To address this problem, cyanuric chloride-decorated silica gel was used for the covalent immobilization of the cell membranes. Cyanuric chloride reacts with amino groups on the cell membranes and membrane receptors to form covalent bonds. In this way, the cell membranes are not easy to fall off. The column life of the cyanuric chloride-decorated epidermal growth factor receptor/cell membrane chromatography column was extended to more than 8 days, whereas the column life of the normal cell membrane chromatography column dropped sharply in the first 3 days. A cyanuric chloride-decorated epidermal growth factor receptor/cell membrane chromatography online HPLC-IT-TOF-MSn system was applied for screening drug leads from Trifolium pratense L. One potential drug lead, formononetin, which acts on the epidermal growth factor receptor, was screened. Our strategy of covalently immobilizing cell membrane receptors also improved the stability of cell membrane chromatography.     

荧光光谱法研究钙试剂羧酸钠与牛血清白蛋白结合反应特征

不同温度下,研究了钙试剂羧酸钠与牛血清白蛋白作用的荧光猝灭光谱、同步荧光光谱、三维荧光光谱和紫外可见吸收光谱特征;分别用SternVolmer方程和LineweaverBurk双倒数方程等处理实验数据,得到了26℃时反应的结合常数为7.664×104mol/L,结合位点数为1.522,结合反应的标准焓变、标准熵变和标准吉布斯自由能变分别为-58.36kJ/mol,-101.7J/K和-27.958kJ/mol;分析所得光谱,证实了在实验浓度和温度范围内,CCS与BSA反应可形成具有一定结构的复合物,获得了CCS对BSA构型的影响等重要信息。     

直接内重整熔融碳酸盐燃料电池中甲烷蒸汽重整催化剂探索性研究

选择甲烷蒸汽重整催化剂用于直接内重整熔融碳酸盐燃料电池(DIR-MCFC)中,并考察了DIR-MCFC的性能,讨论了电池放电量、气体压力、燃料气进料水/碳比(S/C)等因素对该催化剂性能的影响.结果表明,重整催化剂能够满足电池放电需求;放电量大小影响电池内的H2含量,但对CH4含量影响不大;当气体压力为0.36MPa时...     

When almost multiplicative morphisms are close to homomorphisms

It is shown that approximately multiplicative contractive positive morphisms from (with dim ) into a simple -algebra of real rank zero and of stable rank one are close to homomorphisms, provided that certain -theoretical obstacles vanish. As a corollary we show that a homomorphism is approximated by homomorphisms with finite dimensional range, if gives no -theoretical obstacle.

     

The Tracial Topological Rank of C*-Algebras

We introduce the notion of tracial topological rank for C*-algebras.In the commutative case, this notion coincides with the coveringdimension. Inductive limits of C*-algebrasof the form PM_n(C(X))P,where X is a compact metric space with dim X k, and P is aprojection in M_n(C(X)), have tracial topological rank no morethan k. Non-nuclear C*-algebras can have small tracial topologicalrank. It is shown that if A is a simple unital C*-algebra withtracial topological rank k (< ), then
