矿化剂对铝酸钙粉的结构与光谱性能的影响

研究了矿化剂对制备铝酸钙粉的结构与性能的影响.研究中以铝矾土和石灰石为原料,加入一定量的矿化剂,混合均匀,经高温煅烧制得铝酸钙粉.借助于红外光谱、X射线粉末衍射、差热-热重分析等手段对不同原料的铝酸钙粉的结构、组成及性能进行了表征和研究,并对矿化剂在合成铝酸钙中的矿化机理进行探讨.研究表明:加入矿化剂后,可在更低温度条件下煅烧制备出铝酸钙粉,有利于节能减排.红外光谱分析、XRD分析、DTA-TG分析显示:未加矿化剂煅烧时,生成的产物主要是Ca3Al10O18,CaAl2Si2O8.加入矿化剂后煅烧生成的产物主要是易浸出Al2O3的CaAl3BO7和Ca3Al10O18,而不易浸出Al2O3的CaAl2Si2O8的含量大大降低.同时显示,加入矿化剂后,原料中的方解石(CaCO3)分解更容易;CaCO3与铝矾土反应更充分;更有利于促使铝矾土中的Al-Si键断裂,将铝矾土中的Al释放出来;并可降低铝酸钙的煅烧温度.研究还显示:加入矿化剂后,可以改变原产物的晶体结构与成分,有利于降低煅烧反应温度.

Transfer of pyrene-dietherphosphatidylcholine to serum lipoproteins

The nonhydrolyzable fluorescent diether analog of phosphatidylcholine, 1-O-hexadecyl-2-0-pyrenedecyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine, has been synthesized as a stable probe for the determination of phospholipid transfer to different lipoprotein classes with potential phospholipase activities. After incubation of total human serum with the new probe at 37°C for 3 hours a characteristic partition equilibrium between the main lipoprotein fractions was observed. The fluorescent lipid was not degraded under these conditions and, therefore, served as a marker for choline glycerophospholipid distribution between and transport to serum lipoproteins.     

RE(Ala)4(Im)(ClO4)3*2H2O固体配合物的合成及其红外光谱研究

本文通过稀土高氯酸盐与L-丙氨酸(L-Ala)及咪唑(Im)反应,合成了标题配合物RE(Ala)_4(Im)(ClO_4)_3·2H_2O(RE=Pr,Nd,Sm),测定了配合物的红外光谱,对其主要吸收带进行了归属。红外光谱的研究结果表明,丙氨酸以内盐的形式存在于配合物中,通过羧基与稀土离子配位,且随着RE原子量的增大,羧基与RE~(3 )间配位键离子性逐渐减弱,共价性逐渐增大;咪唑环上的N参与了配位。     

The Synthesis of l-Ethyl-1''''-(4-vinylbenzyl)-4, 4''''-bipyridinium Chloride and Iodide and its Electrochromic Property

A new compound 1-ethyl-1'-(4-vinylbenzyl)-4, 4'-bipyridinium chloride and iodide has been synthesized. The cyclic voltammogram and impedance spectra indicated that a layer of viologen's electrochromic (EC) film could be deposited on conductive ITO glass working electrode. With polyelectrolyte as ionic conduction layer, solid EC devices based on this compound have been assembled and their thickness was about 2.35 mm. When different voltages were added, they showed blue or violet red color. After optimization, its response time was less than 50 ms, the number of redox circulation was over 107 and the color of coloration states could be kept for 3 days. This kind of EC device can meet the demand of electronic ink.     

Demonstration of the two-chamber approach for high-voltage measurements using collinear laser spectroscopy

An electronic measurement of high-voltages of several ten kV with accuracy as required for precision experiments is currently only feasible using highly sophisticated voltage dividers. Collinear laser spectroscopy can provide a direct and precise measurement of high-voltages using the Doppler shift of accelerated ions. Although proposed already in 1982, a measurement with relative accuracy better than 10^?4 was not reported so far. To improve this accuracy, a dedicated new setup for high-voltage measurements will be installed at the Technische Universität Darmstadt. A two-chamber approach will be used to remove uncertainties due to the insufficiently known starting potential inside the ion source. Here we present a demonstration of the pump-and-probe technique performed in preparatory studies at the TRIGA-LASER experiment in Mainz.     

Fluorescence labeling and interaction of atherogenic lipoproteins with cultured cells

We prepared lipoprotein (a) and LDL covalently labeled with either BODIPY or rhodamine. A dual wavelength method was used for the microscopic observation of both lipoproteins during their interaction with HepG2 cells. Since a large proportion of Lp(a) colocalized with LDL on the cell surface and inside the cells, it was concluded that Lp(a) uptake into cells is mediated by LDL via internalization of LDL.     

A parameterization of the effective dielectric function of a two-phase composite medium

The effective dielectric function of a heterogeneous medium can be calculated according to the Bergman-representation. It is a general approach to calculate the effective material properties of a two-phase composite. In this article a parameterization of the effective dielectric function on the basis of the Bergman representation is suggested and fits to measured data are presented.
