Summary Complexes of general formula MLmCl2 · nH2O, where M=cobalt(II) or nickel(II); L=2-(4-methyl, 2-pyridyl)-benzimidazole (mpbi), 2-(4-methyl, 2-pyridyl)benzothiazole (mpbt), 2-(4-methyl, 2-pyridyl)benzoxazole (mpbo), 2-(4-methyl, 2-quinolyl)benzoxazole (mqbo), or 2-(4-methyl, 8-quinolyl)benzoxazole (mqbo); m=1,2; n=0–3, were prepared and characterized by t.g.a., conductance and magnetic measurements, i.r. and diffuse-reflectance electronic spectra.All the ligands behave as bidentate and coordinate through the pyridine- and isoxazole-nitrogen atoms.The nickel complexes have distorted octahedral or fivecoordinate structures. The cobalt complexes arepseudo-tet- rahedral except Co(mpbo)2Cl2·2H2O where the metal is six-coordinate.  相似文献

The investigation of the inhibitory activity on the Ca,Mg-dependent ATP-ase substrate of some Cu(II) and Ni(II) complexes with polyamines and imidazole derivatives is reported. These results show that the Cu(II) complexes have high inhibitorial effect with the exception of the following very stable compounds: square planar [Cu(N-PropIm)2(NCS)2], distorted octahedral [Cu(bipy)2(NCS)2] and five coordinate [Cu(Me6tren)(NCS)] (SCN). The Ni(II) derivatives present a medium inhibitorial activity except to the stable tetrahedral [Ni(N-PropIm)2(NCS)2], hexacoordinate [Ni(dpt)(tn)(NCS)] (SCN) and fivecoordinate [Ni(dpt)(tn)]Br2 and [Ni(Me6tren)(NCS)] (SCN). New bialgebra structures on the Heisenberg-Lie algebra and their quantizations are introduced. To describe an innovative sentinel lymph node (SLN) guidance approach using a radionuclide tracer, 3D augmented reality-guided imaging, and near infrared (NIR) fluorescence over-lay imaging with hand-held probes to optimize accuracy, efficiency, and precise navigation for sentinel node (SN) localization in head and neck cancer. In a cT1N0M0 squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue, pre-operative radionuclide lymphoscintigraphy was performed with a sentinel node-specific radiolabeled tracer. Intraoperatively, a 3D hand-held augmented reality (AR) scanning SPECT probe assessed concordance of the SN with pre-operative SPECT-CT images. The real-time optical video was linked to the SPECT-CT images for added precision. Final guidance to the SN was performed using ICG fluorescence imaging. Dynamic and SPECT-CT showed bilateral lymphatic drainage from the tumor. The 3D hand-held AR SPECT probe SN localization was concordant with pre-operative imaging. The optical video successfully demonstrated the lymphatic drainage in real-time through a unique overlay fluorescence image. The ICG localized to the same nodes identified by both the SPECT-CT and hand-held SPECT images. The use of dual radiation and fluorescence tracers improved SN detection, especially for SN close to the injection site. The hand-held probes allowed the surgeon to dissect continuously, without needing to change tools. The combination of augmented reality, nuclear medicine, and over-lay fluorescence imaging allowed greater accuracy for matching the preoperative imaging with intraoperative identification and precisely guiding the dissection. This method uniquely permitted the surgeon to efficiently dissect the SN with accurate visualization and optimal precision.  相似文献

Summary We have synthesized and characterized halocuprate(II) complexes with isoxazolium and imidazolium derivatives. The compounds are of three types: a) Cu(LH)X3 · n H2O where L=isoxazole (isox), 3,5-diMeisox, or 5-amino-3,4-diMeisox (5-ADI); X=Cl or Br; n=1–2; b) (LH)2CuCl4 where L=5-ADI, N-ethylimidazole (N-EtIm) or N-PropIm; c) (3-AMIH)2Cu2X6 where 3-AMI=3-amino-5-methylisox; X= Cl or Br.Complexes (a) seem to be zwitterions with an oxygenbonded ligand and approximately tetrahedral structure; compounds (b) are distorted tetrahedral, nearly square planar; derivatives (c) are polymeric or dimeric with near square planar geometry.  相似文献
