通过酰胺化反应制备了四-2,9,16,23-氨基酞菁钴(TAPcCo)与多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)的复合材料,红外光谱、扫描电镜和紫外可见吸收光谱分析表明复合材料中酞菁分子与碳管之间是通过酰胺键结合的,紫外吸收光谱还表明两者之间存在着强烈的电子相互作用。同时还研究了复合材料修饰的玻碳电极对香兰素(VNL)的电催化作用。循环伏安法表明,修饰电极对VNL有着良好的电催化活性,相对于裸玻碳电极VNL在修饰电极上峰电位负移了20mV,峰电流增大了12倍,且VNL在电极表面的反应受吸附控制。方波伏安法证实了这一反应过程中有质子参与。同时,方波伏安法研究还发现:峰电流与香兰素浓度在4.2μmol·L-1~5mmol·L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限(3.3S/N)为0.44μmol·L-1。  相似文献

以氯化亚锡为还原剂,SDH(丁二酰二酰肼)为供氮体,经配体交换反应得到[99mTcN(PNP5)·(NOEt)]+,通过TLC和HPLC分析,其放化纯度大于90%.该标记物是一种体外稳定性良好的阳离子配合物,在小鼠和狗体内的心肌初始摄取量高,滞留好,肝和肺等非靶组织清除快,有利于早期心肌显像,有望成为一种新型的心肌灌注显像剂.  相似文献

We are concerned with the following \(p(x)\)-Laplacian equations in \(\mathbb{R}^{N}\)

The nonlinearity is superlinear but does not satisfy the Ambrosetti-Rabinowitz type condition. Our main difficulty is that the weak limit of (PS) sequence is not always the weak solution of this problem. To overcome this difficulty, by adding potential term and using mountain pass theorem, we get the weak solution \(u_{\lambda }\) of perturbation equations. First, we prove that \(u_{\lambda }\rightharpoonup u\) as \(\lambda \rightarrow 0\). Second, by using vanishing lemma, we get that \(u\) is a nontrivial solution of the original problem.

Developing highly efficient catalytic protocols for C–sp(3)–H bond aerobic oxidation under mild conditions is a long-desired goal of chemists. Inspired by nature, a biomimetic approach for the aerobic oxidation of C–sp(3)–H by galactose oxidase model compound CuIIL and NHPI (N-hydroxyphthalimide) was developed. The CuIIL–NHPI system exhibited excellent performance in the oxidation of C–sp(3)–H bonds to ketones, especially for light alkanes. The biomimetic catalytic protocol had a broad substrate scope. Mechanistic studies revealed that the CuI-radical intermediate species generated from the intramolecular redox process of CuIILH2 was critical for O2 activation. Kinetic experiments showed that the activation of NHPI was the rate-determining step. Furthermore, activation of NHPI in the CuIIL–NHPI system was demonstrated by time-resolved EPR results. The persistent PINO (phthalimide-N-oxyl) radical mechanism for the aerobic oxidation of C–sp(3)–H bond was demonstrated.

A biomimetic catalytic approach for the aerobic oxidation of C–sp(3)–H bonds using galactose oxidase model compound was developed. EPR showed that the CuI-radical intermediate species was critical for O2 activation.  相似文献

Arrays of ultrasmall and uniform carbon nanodots (CDs) are of pronounced interest for applications in optical devices. Herein, we describe a low-temperature calcination approach with rather inexpensive reactants. After glucose molecules had been loaded into the pores of metal–organic frameworks (MOFs), well-defined CD arrays were produced by heating to 200 °C. The size and spacing of the CDs could be controlled by the choice of templating MOF: HKUST-1, ZIF-8, or MIL-101. The sizes of the obtained CDs were approximately 1.5, 2.0, and 3.2 nm, which are close to the corresponding MOF pores sizes. The CD arrays exhibited interesting photophysical properties, including photoluminescence with tunable emission and pronounced nonlinear optical (NLO) effects. The NLO properties of the obtained CD arrays were significantly different from those of a CD suspension, thus indicating the existence of collective phenomena.  相似文献

为研制新的肿瘤乏氧显像剂, 设计合成了2-(2-甲基-5-硝基咪唑基)乙基氨荒酸钾(MNIE-DTC)和4-(2-甲基-5-硝基咪唑基)丁基氨荒酸钾(MNIB-DTC)两种氨荒酸盐配体, 并制得了相应的99mTcN核配合物99mTcN(MNIE-DTC)2和99mTcN(MNIB-DTC)2. 所获得的两种99mTcN核配合物均为电中性, 具有较高的体外稳定性. 在荷乳腺癌的TA-2小鼠体内分布实验结果显示, 两种配合物均具有一定的肿瘤摄取, 给药1 h后, 99mTcN(MNIE-DTC)2和99mTcN(MNIB-DTC)2的肿瘤摄取率分别为(0.50±0.01)%ID/g和(0.64±0.10)%ID/g. 注入肼苯哒嗪后, 两种配合物的肿瘤摄取明显增高, 表明这两种配合物都具有对乏氧肿瘤的选择性.  相似文献

通过配体交换反应制备了[99mTcN(PNP5)(DEDC)]+和[99mTcN(PNP5)(DPODC)]+两种新配合物, 其放化纯度均大于90%. 生物性能研究结果表明: 两种配合物在小鼠心肌中的初始摄取高, 肝、肺等非靶组织清除快, 靶/非靶比高, 有利于早期心肌显像. 其中, [99mTcN(PNP5)(DEDC)]+在小鼠中的性质较优, 且其在狗体内的性质接近99mTc-tetrofosmin, 有望成为一种新型心肌灌注显像剂.  相似文献
