The free NH3 molecule and the [Zn(NH3)4]2+ ion were studied by the kinematic coupling approach. The pure effects of this coupling were found to be small, and some modifications had to be introduced in order to get a reasonable force field. The force constants deduced for the skeletal vibrations are comparable with those of a quasi-exact force field. Calculated frequencies for [68Zn(NH3)4]2+ and [64Zn(ND3)4]2+ are reported in addition to those of [64Zn(NH3)4]2+. Mean amplitudes of vibration for [64Zn(NH3)4]2+ are given.  相似文献

This paper presents a 3D topology optimization approach for designing shell structures with a porous or void interior. It is shown that the resulting structures are significantly more robust towards load perturbations than completely solid structures optimized under the same condi-tions. The study indicates that the potential benefit of using porous structures is higher for lower total volume fractions. Compared to earlier work dealing with 2D topology opti-mization, we found several new effects in 3D problems. Most notably, the opportunity for designing closed shells signifi-cantly improves the performance of porous structures due to the sandwich effect. Furthermore, the paper introduces improved filter boundary conditions to ensure a completely uniform coating thickness at the design domain boundary.  相似文献

Several octasubstituted zinc azaphthalocyanines (ZnAzaPcs) of the tetrapyrazinoporphyrazine type have been synthesized as potential sensitizers for photodynamic therapy (PDT). Octasubstituted complexes, with thiophen-2-yl, thiophen-3-yl or benzo[b]thiophen-3-yl peripheral groups, were synthesized and characterized. Octa(thiophen-2-yl) ZnAzaPc is a better singlet oxygen producer and has a red shifted UV absorption Q-band compared to both thiophen-3-yl and benzo[b]thiophen-3-yl substituted ZnAzaPcs. Thus, the thiophen-2-yl substituent is better suited for our purpose. Unsymmetrically substituted ZnAzaPcs were synthesized by cyclotetramerisations of pyrazine-2,3-dicarbonitriles attached to one thiophen-2-yl group and one alkylsulfanyl, thiomorpholinyl or imide group. Constitutional isomers were detected by NMR spectroscopy for some of these complexes. Compared to unsubstituted ZnAzaPc, red shifted Q-bands were observed for all these complexes, due to the presence of thiophen-2-yl groups. The least promising complexes are ZnAzaPcs with thiomorpholine or imide peripheral substituents, i.e. where the peripheral substituents are attached to the macrocycle through nitrogen atoms. Low singlet oxygen quantum yields (ΦΔ) and also low fluorescence quantum yields (ΦF) were observed for these ZnAzaPcs. In the case of combined thiophen-2-yl and alkylsulfanyl substituents, the values of ΦΔ were the highest and reached values of approximately 0.69.  相似文献

Understanding the crystallization of calcium carbonate is relevant in numerous fields like biomineralization, geology and industrial applications where calcium carbonate forms. In order to enhance the knowledge about the formation of calcium carbonate with focus on the vaterite polymorph, in this work calcium carbonate has been crystallized in aqueous solutions at temperatures from 5 °C to 90 °C. Special attention has been directed to higher temperatures for which the effect of the initial supersaturation on the resulting crystal morphologies and the onset of dendritic growth have been studied. In analogy to snow crystal formation, it has been found that in a certain temperature range hexagonal plate‐like crystals form at low supersaturation whereas dendritic patterns start to appear at higher supersaturation. The symmetrical branches characteristic for dendritic growth get less pronounced as the temperature is decreased. The results reported here related to the interdependence between supersaturation, crystal morphology and growth mechanisms, can be used in future works to predict particle formation and to design crystal architectures. Diastereoselective aza-Diels-Alder (aza-DA) reactions of an N-tert-butanesulfinyl α-imino ester with different dienes including activated and non-activated dienes in the presence of BF3·OEt2 are described. Diastereoselectivities up to 99% were observed for acyclic unactivated dienes. The absolute configurations of two aza-DA products have been solved by X-ray analysis.  相似文献

Polycrystalline spherulites of an aromatic amine derivative have been precipitated in a batch process by pH‐shift with hydrochloric acid from stirred aqueous solutions. The time dependent behaviour of the spherulites has been studied during crystallization in the temperature range from 5 °C to 60 °C. Cake resistance values have been obtained from batch filtration tests performed at 2 bar pressure difference at different stages of the crystallization process. The FBRM mean chord length of the crystals decreases with time as a result of crystal ageing into plate‐like crystals. The rate of the ageing process increases with temperature. XRD‐studies show no significant differences in the crystal structure during the ageing process, and the mechanism of the transformation was not established. The filterability of aromatic amine crystals deteriorates as the crystallization progresses. The decrease in the filterability is attributed to the appearance of small plate‐like crystals and a change in the interaction between the crystal surface and the solution, during the ageing of the particles. Four targeted octasubstituted zinc azaphthalocyanines (ZnAzaPc), substituted with thiophen-2-yl groups and ortho-substituted phenoxy groups, were obtained by cyclotetramerization of 5-aryloxy-6-(thiophen-2-yl)pyrazine-2,3-dicarbonitriles. Thiophen-2-yl substituents are known to extend the macrocyclic conjugation, and thereby cause red-shifted UV–Vis Q-bands. Peripheral phenoxy groups with bulky ortho substituents are expected to suppress aggregation and thereby improve solubility of these compounds. The reagent Zn(quinoline)2Cl2 was used for one-step syntheses of these ZnAzaPc. Four tetrasubstituted ZnAzaPc, with phenoxy, (2-isopropyloxy)phenoxy, (2-isopropyl)phenoxy or (2-tert-butyl)phenoxy substituents, were obtained as controls from 5-aryloxypyrazine-2,3-dicarbonitriles. The tetra- and octa-substituted ZnAzaPc, 5 and 6, were obtained in 30–50% yields after purification by chromatography on silica. UV–Vis Q-bands with high molar extinction coefficients (100 000–160 000), were observed at 635 nm for compounds 5, and at 660–665 nm for 6. Grass-green solutions were obtained of compounds 6 in most organic solvents, whereas the less soluble compounds 5 gave blue-green solutions. 2D NMR methods were applied in analyses of DMSO-d6 solutions of ZnAzaPc 5 and 6. Broad and partly overlapping 1H NMR signals for some of the compounds indicate some aggregation as well as presence of two or more structural isomers. Molecular ions of ZnAzaPc 5 and 6 were determined by mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF).  相似文献
