Mono-dispersed cross-linked polystyrene micro-spheres prepared by seed swelling polymerization method

A two-step swelling procedure was adopted to synthesize mono-dispersed and highly cross-linked poly (St-divinylbenzene) particles with PSt micro-spheres (1.80 μm in diameter). The PSt micro-spheres were prepared by a dispersion polymerization method and used as seeds. The effects of monomer concentration, ratio of ethanol to water, swelling reagents, crosslinking reagents, swelling temperature and agitation speed on particle size were investigated in detail. The morphologies and size distributions of these micro-spheres were examined by SEM and particle size analysis (PSA). The T _g of the micro-spheres was measured by DSC. The results indicate that the particles (6.20 μm in diameter) exhibit excellent mono dispersed property and high crosslinking degree when the concentration of the swelling reagent was 25%, the concentration of the crosslinking reagents was 23%, the swelling temperature was 30°C and the stirring speed was 150 r/min. __________ Translated from Chinese Journal of Applied Chemistry, 2007, 24(11): 1289–1294     

The Synthesis of Glycoglycerolipids

A convenient synthetic route was developed for the synthesis of the novel glycolipids: 1,2-di-O-acyl-3-O-(2‘-acylamide-2‘-denxy-ct-D-glucopyranosyl)-sn-glycerols. 10 new compounds of glycolipids with different acyl groups were obtained.     

Covalent functionalization of multi-walled carbon nanotubes by lipase

Lipase from Candida rugosa was covalently anchored onto acid-treated multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) through a self-catalytic mechanism. A variety of characterization techniques including FTIR, Raman spectroscopy, and XPS were employed to demonstrate the formation of the ester linkage between lipase and MWNTs. The MWNTs-lipase biocomposites showed significantly increased solubility in some common-used organic solvents, such as THF, DMF and chloroform. This study may offer a novel and facile route for covalent modification of carbon nanotubes, and expand the potential utilization of both lipases and MWNTs in the fields of biocatalyst and biosensor.     

关于广义分散控制系统无穷远固定模的进一步研究

目前,广义系统的研究已成为控制理论的一个相当活跃的分支.在一些实际系统中,系统不仅具有广义性的特点,而且具有分散性的特点.基于广义系统的这种特点,最近中国科学院的王朝珠、王恩平研究了广义分散控制系统,[1]提出并研究了广义分散控制系统的无穷远固定模,得出了许多出色的结论.本文继续[1]的工作.本文的结论揭示了广义系统无穷远固定模与正常系统分散固定模的内在联系,进而表明一切用来判别分散控制系统固定模的方法均可相应地适用于广义系统无穷远固定模.     

IPv4/IPv6翻译网关的研究

In this paper, a model of translation gateway is proposed. The communications between IPv4 network and IPv6 network are realized by using the Microsoft intermediate driver technology in environment of Windows 2000.     

聚丙烯腈热处理的反应机理

本文作者将聚丙烧腈样品分别在200°,250℃……的真空和空气中,以及在180°, 200℃……的氨气中,以逐步升温的方式进行热处理。在每一阶段处理的前后,对样品和产物的红外光谱、重量、它们在浓硫酸和冰醋酸中的溶解度、在浓硫酸中的紫外光谱、以及它们在冰醋酸回流抽提后所余残渣的红外光谱都进行了测量。提出了足以解释所有主要现象的反应机理,其中包括三个重要步骤的反应:(1)特征基团的产生,(2)分子内部的环化,(3)较高温度下的脱氨反应。从每个步骤反应的分析可以看出,热处理所得产物只能是含多核呲啶骈环不长、结构杂乱的高聚物。由于过去学者提出的反应机理只是根据部分实验结果考虑了分子内部环化的发生,而不可能发现到环化的必然中断,因此有些作者根据这机理所作关于产物的半导体电磁性能的解释是值得进一步研究的。     

甘油糖脂的合成 Ⅰ.1,2-二-O-脂酰基-3-O-(α-D-吡喃半乳糖基)-sn-甘油的合成

采用一种有效的方法合成了具有不同链长的二脂酰基α D 半乳糖型甘油糖脂 .将半乳糖烯丙苷化 ,重结晶得到α D 半乳糖烯丙苷 .随后将糖环的羟基用苄基保护 ,再利用OsO4 /NMO(N 甲基 N 氧吗啉 )的二羟基化条件将 1 O烯丙基氧化成为邻二羟基 ,得到 3 O ( 2′ ,3′ ,4′ ,6′ 四 O 苄基 α D 吡喃半乳糖基 ) sn 甘油 .其与不同链长的脂酰氯进行脂酰化反应 ,然后氢解去掉苄基得到五种二脂酰基α D 半乳糖苷基甘油 .利用1HNMR ,13 CNMR ,2DNMR ,IR和MS对化合物的结构进行了确证 .
