Untersuchung des anisotropen Kriechverhaltens vorgeschädigter Werkstoffe am austenitischen Stahl X8 CrNiMoNb 16 16

Übersicht Ziel der Untersuchung ist es, den Einfluß von Kriechschädigung und Belastungsvorgeschichte auf das weitere Kriechverhalten nach einer Änderung der Belastungsrichtung zu bestimmen. Die ermittelten Kriechbruchzeiten werden stark von der Änderung der Belastungsrichtung beeinflußt. Dieses Verhalten wird mit einer tensoriell nichtlinearen Theorie erklärt, indem man den Einfluß der Vorschädigung mit einem zweistufigen Tensor darstellt.

More on regular linear spaces

We extend the enumeration of regular linear spaces in 1 to at most 19 points. In addition, one of the 5 missing cases in the previous list is settled. The number of regular linear spaces of type (15|2¹⁵,3³⁰) is 10,177,328. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Combin Designs.     

The configurations 123 revisited

As is known, there are 229 symmetric configurations 12₃, (Daublebsky von Sterneck in Monatshefte Math Phys 5:223–255, 1895; Gropp in J Comb Inf Syst Sci 15:34–48, 1990). We use tactical decompositions by automorphism group (TDA) to study these configurations in detail. In (Daublebsky von Sterneck in Monatshefte Math Phys 14, 254–260, 1903) the automorphism groups of the configurations were determined. We find some errors there and correct them. For the configurations with a rather big automorphism group, we give models which display the structure of the group.     

Über Endliche Planare Funktionen, ihre Zugehörenden Schiebebenen, und Ihre Abgeleiteten Translationsebenen

Die von Coulter und Matthews entdeckten planaren Funktionen geben die einzigen bekannten Beispiele von endlichen Schiebebenen, die keine kommutativen Semikörperebenen sind. Wenn e gerade ist, können wir diese Funktionen als 2-dimensionale Funktionen über dem Unterkörper GF(3^e/²) betrachten. Dann berechnen wir die sogenannte abgeleitete (oder derivierte) Translationsebene, die zur Matrix der ersten partiellen Ableitungen korrespondiert. Wir zeigen, daß diese Ebene (der Ordnung 3^e) zur desarguesschen Ebene PG(2,3^e) isomorph ist. Da in dieser Ebene die Schiebfläche kein Oval ist, haben wir ein Gegenbeispiel zur Vermutung gefunden, daß die Schiebfläche immer ein Oval der abgeleiteten Translationsebene ist.     

Projektive Darstellung der Moulton-Ebenen

The Moulton planes can be characterized as 2-dimensional topological projective planes having a 4-dimensional collineation group, which fixes exactly one nonincident point-line-pair aw. We give a representation of these geometries on the real protective plane such that a and W coincide with the origin and the line of infinity. This representation shows that the collineation groups of nonisomorphic Moulton planes act differently, although they are isomorphic as topological groups.     

Inelastic analysis of plastic compressible materials using the viscoplastic model

In this study the theory of viscoplasticity is employed to provide a unified approach to the problems of plasticity and creep. For plastic compressible materials, the viscoplasticity equation is formulated and the effective range of the equation is discussed. The Drucker-Prager potential is used to describe the plastic compressible yielding and the strength-differential effect. The influence of the strength-differential effect is investigated for a pressurized cylinder.
