A novel SBA-15-based fluorescent sensor, SBA-PI: mesoporous SBA-15 structure modified with iminostilbene groups, was designed, synthesized, and characterized by Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), ultraviolet–visible spectroscopy, field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), low-angle X-ray diffraction techniques (low-angle XRD), and N2 adsorption–desorption techniques. The SBA-PI as a sensor with a selective behavior for detection of Cu2+ comprises iminostilbene carbonyl as the fluorophore group. The SBA-PI sensor displays an excellent fluorescence response in aqueous solutions and the fluorescence intensity quenches remarkably upon addition of Cu2+. Other common interfering ions even at high concentration ratio showed either no or very small changes in the fluorescence intensity of SBA-PI in the absence of Cu2+. A limit of detection of 8.7 × 10−9 M for Cu2+ indicated that this fluorescence sensor has a high sensitivity and selectivity toward the target copper (II) ion. The fabricated Cu2+ sensor was successfully applied for the determination of the Cu2+ in human blood samples without any significant interference. With the selective analysis of Cu2+ ions down to 0.9 nM in blood, the sensor is a promising and a novel detection candidate for Cu2+ and can be applied in the clinical laboratory. A reversibility and accuracy in the fluorescence behavior of the sensor was found in the presence of I¯ that was described as a masking agent for Cu2+.

Abstract The reaction between dibenzoylacetylene and enol systems, such as acetylaceton or cyclohexane-1,3-dione in the presence of
triphenylphosphine in THF/H2O, leads to 4-acetyl-3-benzoyl-1-phenyl-1,5-hexanedione and 2-hydroxy-3-(2-oxo-2-phenylethyl)-2-phenyl-3,5,6,7-tetrahydro-1-benzofuran-4(2H)-one. Subsequently, these compounds undergo cyclization and elemination reactions in acidic dichloromethane at room temperature
to produce known highly functionalized furan derivatives.

The complexation reaction of N-phenylaza-15-crown-5 (PhA15C5) with UO22+ cation was studied in acetonitrile–methanol (AN–MeOH), acetonitrile–butanol (AN–BuOH), acetonitrile–dimethylformamide (AN–DMF) and methanol–propylencarbonate (MeOH–PC) binary solutions, at different temperatures by conductometry method. The conductance data show that the stoichiometry of the complex formed between PhA15C5 with UO22+ cation in most cases is 1:1 [M:L], but in some solvent systems a 1:2 [M:L2] complex is formed in solutions. The results revealed that, the stability constant of (PhA15C5·UO2)2+ complex in the binary mixed solvents varies in the order: AN–BuOH>AN–MeOH>AN–DMF. In the case of the pure organic solvents, the sequence of the stability of the complex changes as: AN>PC>BuOH>DMF. A non-linear relationship was observed for changes of logKf of (PhA15C5·UO2)2+ complex versus the composition of the binary mixed solvents. The corresponding standard thermodynamic parameters (ΔHc°, ΔSc°) were obtained from temperature dependence of the stability constant. The results show that the values and also the sign of these parameters are influenced by the nature and composition of the mixed solvents. 相似文献
A series of polychalcogenotrimethylsilane complexes Ar(CH2ESiMe3)n, (Ar=aryl; E=S, Se; n=2, 3, and 4) can be prepared from the corresponding polyorganobromide and M[ESiMe3] (M=Na, Li). These represent the first examples of the incorporation of such a large number of reactive ?ESiMe3 moieties onto an organic molecular framework. They are shown to be convenient reagents for the preparation of the polyferrocenylseleno‐ and thioesters from ferrocenoyl chloride. The synthesis, structures, and spectroscopic properties of the new silyl chalcogen complexes 1,4‐(Me3SiECH2)2(C6Me4) (E=S, 1 ; E=Se, 2 ), 1,3,5‐(Me3SiECH2)3(C6Me3) (E=S, 3 ; E=Se, 4 ) and 1,2,4,5‐(Me3SiECH2)4(C6H2) (E=S, 5 ; E=Se, 6 ) and the polyferrocenyl chalcogenoesters [1,4‐{FcC(O)ECH2}2(C6Me4)] (E=S, 7 ; E=Se, 8 ), [1,3,5‐{FcC(O)ECH2}3(C6Me3)] (E=S, 9 ; E=Se, 10 ) and [1,2,4,5‐{FcC(O)ECH2}4(C6H2)] (E=S, 11 illustrated; E=Se, 12 ) are reported. The new polysilylated reagents and polyferrocenyl chalcogenoesters have been characterized by multinuclear NMR spectroscopy (1H, 13C, 77Se), electrospray ionization mass spectrometry and, for complexes 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 7 , 8 , and 11 , single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The cyclic voltammograms of complexes 7 – 11 are presented. 相似文献
A highly active alternative to Pt electrocatalysts for the oxygen reduction reaction (ORR), which is the cathode‐electrode reaction of fuel cells, is sought for higher fuel‐cell performance. Our theoretical modelling reveals that B‐doped Pd (Pd‐B) weakens the absorption of ORR intermediates with nearly optimal binding energy by lowering the barrier associated with O2 dissociation, suggesting Pd‐B should be highly active for ORR. In fact, Pd‐B, facile synthesized by an electroless deposition process, exhibits 2.2 times and 8.8 times higher specific activity and 14 times and 35 times less costly than commercial pure Pd and Pt catalysts, respectively. Another computational result is that the surface core level of Pd is negatively shifted by B doping, as confirmed by XPS, and implies that filling the density of states related to the anti‐bonding of oxygen to Pd surfaces with excess electrons from B doping, weakens the O bonding to Pd and boosts the catalytic activity. 相似文献
In this work, Pb(II)N,N-bis(salicylidene)-ethylenediamine; [Pb(salen)]; was applied as lead precursor to synthesis PbSe nanostructures. Besides [Pb(salen)], SeCl4 and reducing agents like N2H4·H2O have been employed for the production of PbSe nanostructures via a solvothermal route at 180 °C for 3 h in propylene glycol. The effect of preparation factors such as temperature, reaction time, and surfactant on the morphology of PbSe nanostructures was investigated. The experimental results indicated that PbSe synthesized at 150 and 210 °C was composed of agglomerated particles. On the other hand, the use of KBH4 as reducing agent led to produce PbSe with higher particle size and agglomeration. The as-prepared PbSe nanostructures were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, EDS, and FT-IR. 相似文献
Here, we introduce a new technique called embedded passivated-electrode insulator-based dielectrophoresis (EπDEP) for preconcentration, separation, or enrichment of bioparticles, including living cells. This new method combines traditional electrode-based DEP and insulator-based DEP with the objective of enhancing the electric field strength and capture efficiency within the microfluidic channel while alleviating direct contact between the electrode and the fluid. The EπDEP chip contains embedded electrodes within the microfluidic channel covered by a thin passivation layer of only 4 μm. The channel was designed with two nonaligned vertical columns of insulated microposts (200 μm diameter, 50 μm spacing) located between the electrodes (600 μm wide, 600 μm horizontal spacing) to generate nonuniform electric field lines to concentrate cells while maintaining steady flow in the channel. The performance of the chip was demonstrated using Gram-negative (Escherichia coli) and Gram-positive (Staphylococcus aureus) bacterial pathogens in aqueous media. Trapping efficiencies of 100 % were obtained for both pathogens at an applied AC voltage of 50 V peak-to-peak and flow rates as high as 10 μl/min. 相似文献
