Nitrobenzenesulfochlorination of β-aminopropioamidoximes leads to a set of products depending on the structure of the initial interacting substances and reaction conditions. Amidoximes, functionalized at the terminal C atom with six-membered N-heterocycles (piperidine, morpholine, thiomorpholine and phenylpiperazine), as a result of the spontaneous intramolecular heterocyclization of the intermediate reaction product of an SN2 substitution of a hydrogen atom in the oxime group of the amidoxime fragment by a nitrobenzenesulfonyl group, produce spiropyrazolinium ortho- or para-nitrobenzenesulfonates. An exception is ortho-nitrobenzenesulfochlorination of β-(thiomorpholin-1-yl)propioamidoxime, which is regioselective at room temperature, producing two spiropyrazolinium salts (ortho-nitrobezenesulfonate and chloride), and regiospecific at the boiling point of the solvent, when only chloride is formed. The para-Nitrobezenesulfochlorination of β-(benzimidazol-1-yl)propioamidoxime, due to the reduced nucleophilicity of the aromatic β-amine nitrogen atom, is regiospecific at both temperatures, and produces the O-para-nitrobenzenesulfochlorination product. The antidiabetic screening of the new nitrobezenesulfochlorination amidoximes found promising samples with in vitro α-glucosidase activity higher than the reference drug acarbose. 1H-NMR spectroscopy and X-ray analysis revealed the slow inversion of six-membered heterocycles, and experimentally confirmed the presence of an unfavorable stereoisomer with an axial N–N bond in the pyrazolinium heterocycle.  相似文献

Research work has been carried out to determine the power-efficient regime of operation of an electric-pulse setup for breaking and crushing natural stones. The optimal energy and geometrical parameters of the method (dependence of the degree of breakdown of materials on the voltage and the electrode spacing in the switching unit) have been established. The proposed method makes it possible to effectively perform drilling in vertical wells for installing heat exchangers of thermal pumps.  相似文献

We consider a birth–death process with birth rates and death rates +i(i?1)θ, where i is the current state of the process. A positive competition rate θ is assumed to be small. In the supercritical case where λ > μ, this process can be viewed as a demographic model for a population with high carrying capacity around (λ?μ). The article reports in a self-contained manner on the asymptotic properties of the time to extinction for this logistic branching process as θ → 0. All three reproduction regimes λ > μ, λ < μ, and λ = μ are studied.  相似文献

Polyamine (PA) catabolism is often reduced in cancer cells. The activation of this metabolic pathway produces cytotoxic substances that might cause apoptosis in cancer cells. Chemical compounds able to restore the level of PA catabolism in tumors could become potential antineoplastic agents. The search for activators of PA catabolism among bicyclononan-9-ones is a promising strategy for drug development. The aim of the study was to evaluate the biological activity of new 3,7-diazabicyclo[3.3.1]nonan-9-one derivatives that have antiproliferative properties by accelerating PA catabolism. Eight bispidine derivatives were synthetized and demonstrated the ability to activate PA catabolism in regenerating rat liver homogenates. However, only three of them demonstrated a potent ability to decrease the viability of cancer cells in the MTT assay. Compounds 4c and 4e could induce apoptosis more effectively in cancer HepG2 cells rather than in normal WI-38 fibroblasts. The lead compound 4e could significantly enhance cancer cell death, but not the death of normal cells if PAs were added to the cell culture media. Thus, the bispidine derivative 4e 3-(3-methoxypropyl)-7-[3-(1H-piperazin-1-yl)ethyl]-3,7-diazabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane could become a potential anticancer drug substance whose mechanism relies on the induction of PA catabolism in cancer cells.  相似文献
