The reactive 1:1 intermediate produced in the reaction between triphenylphosphine and alkyl propiolates or ethynyl phenyl ketone was trapped by isopropylidene Meldrum's acid (5-isopropylidene-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxane-4,6-dione) to produce alkyl 3-(isopropylidenemalonate-5-yl-5-ylid)-3-methyl-2-triphenylphosphoniomethylidene-butanoates or 3-(isopropylidenemalonate-5-yl-5-ylid)-3-methyl-2-triphenylphosphoniomethylidene-butanone in 75-86% yield. The synthesis of 3-(4-alkyl-4,5-dihydropyrrolo[1,2-a]quinoxalin-4-yl)-2H-chromen-2-one derivatives by a three-component reaction of salicylaldehyde, β-keto esters, and 1-(2-aminophenyl)pyrrole using piperidine–iodine as a dual system catalyst is reported. Good yields, mild reaction conditions, and ease of handling are the main aspects of the method. The structural assignments are supported by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and X-ray crystallography data. 相似文献

FeCo nanowire arrays have been obtained by current pulse electrodeposition into nanoporous alumina templates. First-order reversal curve (FORC) diagrams have been used to investigate magnetostatic interaction and average coercivity of individual FeCo nanowires embedded in porous alumina templates. The FeCo nanowires with a wires length up to 3 μm and wires diameter ranging from 25 to 50 nm showed interacting single-domain behavior. Using FORC diagrams, the spread of coercivity distribution was seen to be almost independent of the wires diameter, but with increase in diameter the inter-wire magnetostatic interaction was increased. It was found that for arrays with higher diameter, the coercivity of the arrays is lower than the average coercivity of the individual wires. It was detected that an increase in wire diameter results in a considerable increase in the spread of the distribution in the Hu direction of FORC distribution. Curve fitting on the experimental data proved a relatively linear relation between interaction field and square diameter of the nanowires. 相似文献

Biotransformation of several monoterpene ketones, including carvone, pulegone, piperitone, menthone, and fenchone, was carried
out by the locally isolated unicellular microalgae Chlorella vulgaris. The microalgal strain was isolated during a screening program from soil samples collected from paddy-fields of Fars Province,
in the south of Iran. Chlorella vulgaris was cultured in 250 mL conical flasks, each containing 50 mL of BG-11 liquid medium and 20 μL levels of terpene substrates,
incubated at a temperature of 28±2°C and illuminated continuously with fluorescent lamps with shaking at 80 rpm. The metabolites
were identified by thin-layer chromatography and GC-MS. Chlorella vulgaris has the ability to reduce the C=C double bond of carvone to yield trans-dihydrocarvone and cis-dihydrocarvone. The cell line reduced menthone and pulegone to the same product and gave menthol. Study of Chlorella vulgaris with substrates of piperitone and fenchone showed no reaction in these substrates. Chlorella vulgaris MCCS 012 was assigned according to the 18S rRNA gene sequence. The DNA sequence of the 18S rRNA gene of Chlorella vulgaris MCCS 012 was recorded in the NCBI under the accession number EU374170. 相似文献

An effective route to spiro[indoline-3,4′-pyridine]-3′-carboxylate derivatives is described. This involves reaction of isatin, 1-phenyl-2-(1,1,1-triphenyl-λ5-phosphanylidene)-1-ethanone, and benzylamine derivatives or aliphatic amines in the presence of alkyl acetoacetate (1,3-dicarbonyl compounds) in dry methanol under reflux conditions. The reactive 1:1 enaminone, which is obtained from the addition of the amine to 1,3-dicarbonyl compound, adds to the α,β-unsaturated ketone, which is formed from the reaction of isatin and 1-phenyl-2-(1,1,1-triphenyl-λ5-phosphanylidene)-1-ethanone, to produce the alkyl 1′-benzyl-2′-methyl-2-oxo-6′-phenyl-1′H-spiro[indoline-3,4′-pyridine]-3′-carboxylate derivatives in excellent yields. 相似文献

A novel and tandem synthesis of highly functionalized tetrahydroindeno[1,2‐d]imidazole is described. A one‐pot reaction between a primary amine, an aryl isothiocyanate, and ninhydrin leads to highly substituted indeno[1,2‐d]imidazoles under solvent‐free conditions in excellent yields (Scheme). Their structures were corroborated spectroscopically (IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, and EI‐MS) and by elemental analyses. 相似文献
