The magnetic skyrmion transport driven by pure voltage-induced strain gradient is proposed and studied via micromagnetic simulation. Through combining the skyrmion with multiferroic heterojunction, a voltage-induced uniaxial strain gradient is adjusted to move skyrmions. In the system, a pair of short-circuited trapezoidal top electrodes can generate the symmetric strain. Due to the symmetry of strain, the magnetic skyrmion can be driven with a linear motion in the middle of the nanostrip without deviation. We calculate the strain distribution generated by the trapezoidal top electrodes pair, and further investigate the influence of the strain intensity as well as the strain gradient on the skyrmion velocity. Our findings provide a stable and low-energy regulation method for skyrmion transport.  相似文献

The boundedness of the every solution and the asymptotic behavior of all solutions of the nonlinear neutral delay differential equation [x(t) - P(t)x(t - t)]' Q1 (t)f(x{t-σ1))-Q2(t)f(x(t -σ2))=0,t≥t0 are investigated, whereτ,σ1,σ2∈(0,∞), P∈C([t0,∞),R), and Q1,Q2∈C([t0,∞),R), f∈C(R,R). By using the multichannel quantum defect theory(MQDT),we have evaluated the energy levels and lifetimes of 2sns ^3 S1,2snd ^3D(n=3-25)of BeI and 1 sns ^3s1,1snd ^3D(n=3-25)of BeⅢ,These energies and lifetimes that we have calculated not only agree with the recent measurements and theoretical calculation of Ref.4 and Ref.3, but also predict the lifetimes of 66 other highly excited states.  相似文献

The first examples of mononuclear, structurally characterized triarylphosphine complexes of zirconium and hafnium are reported. The metathetical reactions of MCl4(THF)2 (M = Zr, Hf) with [iPrNP]Li(THF)2 ([iPrNP]- = N-(2-(diphenylphosphino)phenyl)-2,6-diisopropylanilide) or [MeNP]Li(THF)2 ([MeNP]- = N-(2-(diphenylphosphino)phenyl)-2,6-dimethylanilide) in toluene at -35 degrees C produced the corresponding [iPrNP]MCl3(THF) and [MeNP]2MCl2, respectively, in high yield. In contrast, attempts to prepare [MeNP]MCl3(THF) and [iPrNP]2MCl2 led to the concomitant formation of mono- and bis-ligated complexes, from which purification proved rather ineffective. The solution and solid-state structures of [iPrNP]MCl3(THF) and [MeNP]2MCl2 were studied by multinuclear NMR spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography. The geometry of these six-coordinate complexes is best described as a distorted octahedron in which the chloride ligands in [iPrNP]MCl3(THF) adopt a virtually meridional coordination mode whereas those in [MeNP]2MCl2 are trans to each other.  相似文献
